After multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly, we ultimately had to take additional measures to collect payment. For small services businesses, situations like this are extremely damaging. Contractors invest time, labor, equipment and materials with the expectations that the businesses will operate respectfully and honor their agreements. Laurel Golf Center is not one of those businesses. We strongly encourage other vendors and contractors to steer clear of doing business with Laurel Golf Center.

In April 2019, it was with a couple of friends, and I was relatively impressed with the course. While it's a fairly simple looking mini golf course, there are some challenges. The course is nicely maintained and better than a couple of other area courses I've been to. It's above average for the area, but not the best I've been to around here. I do consider myself lucky to have only 2.5 miles from home since 2020. In April 2023, there was a Meetup group meeting here. However, there was a transformer power outage in the area, and they had to close the course before we started. He rescheduled the Meetup for another Monday 5 weeks later in May 2023. The Meetup organizer is great at mini golf, but he was having an off day explaining all the various challenges this course has, and he says it always throws him off some. I enjoyed hearing his stories, but for me, I enjoyed the course and its challenges (well until I saw my high score...haha). Overall, this is a nice course and will return in the future.

And I think the more intimate and quiet nature of the scenery makes it the better choice. We recently visited for mini-golf with our 9yo, and we all had a blast! The course is nicely challenging for very amateur players like ourselves, but not too difficult to be frustrating. Everyone had a wonderful time. The course itself isn't the shiniest and might be due for some TLC. But, it's clearly been renovated over the years. It does not have decades of wear and tear showing. The tee-off pads looks fairly new, and the greens aren't tattered or anything. It's a nice escape for a family outing. Whether you need golf supplies, want to practice your drive, or fancy a round of putt-putt, this is a wonderful destination!

A parking lot filled with every car I want. Mercedes SL (insert number) Acura (Insert model) Lexus IS blah blah And there was a bunch of Infinitis... which they can keep. I don't like Infinitis. I think the shape of them is odd and... ugly. Anyways, I was there for a fundraiser so I set up my table and began to do my thing... after my thing was done, I got a little of the County Club treatment as I sat down to lunch in the club room and dined on some of the club kwizine. That's the fancy french way to spell it right? A fresh salad lightly dressed with a balsamic vinaigrette. Full of ridiculously fresh lettuces. It was all the salad truly needed ( and had) cause the lettuce was so freakin' good. I could definitely detect some little gem and butter lettuce in the mix. There was a choice of hamburger or chicken. The chicken was in a light broth of old bay, bbq sauce, and something else which is escaping me. The chef behind the table cut the little knobby bone ( the bone that connects the breast with the wing) off of the breast after I picked it from the chafing dish... begging the question... why did they leave that on? But I think it oddly made some sort of weird difference. Well, whatever they did, the chicken was super tender and flavorful and the buns they had were crucially delicious. It was a spectacularly simple and delicious meal. I loved it. Everyone at the country club was extremely pleasant and attentive. Servers made sure that I had enough to drink and cleared my plate away quickly. The worst part of my experience was leaving the country club, as I know that I am very unlikely to back anytime soon. Extremely out of place... I was going to the bathroom so I told him that and asked if that was okay... Played in November on a late Saturday morning and we're talking $33/person including the cart. I will admit that the pace of play is a bit slower. Also battled some geese along the way. There's not a lot of hazards, fairways are a bit close together so you may so people in your fairway that are on the next hole. 7 par 4s and 2 par 3s (holes 6 & 7). You can see the flag on just about every hole. I believe it is hole 2 and 9 that are the only ones where you can't see the flag. It's a city course so don't expect all the bells and whistles. Gotta give a shout out to Sal. He keeps things fun as the starter, cracked a few jokes, and will give you some pointers. Plenty of parking on the lot. There's no driving range, but there's a green for you to get some putting and chipping in.

The gravel covered lot was absolutely horrible! It was hard to drive on and they had piles of the same gravel throughout, further limiting the already limited parking. My friend basically had to park on a gravel pile with the front of her truck partially in the street. They really should do a better job with this lot. As for the grounds, they were beautiful. The lawn was very well maintained. The grounds were free of trash or any other debris. It's is a shame that the parking lot didn't get the same care. As for the soca for breakfast event, it was wonderful. I would definitely consider coming back for other events at the golf course. Hopefully, the issues with the parking lot will be resolved before then.

Each hole is a replica of a hole at well known golf courses (Sawgrass, Cherry Hills, Augusta National, etc.). They do a great job of taking each one of the holes together to make a great experience. I have typically been there in October and the course has been consistently in great condition. The greens are very fast and challenging. Probably one of the more difficult courses I have played. The staff have been consistently friendly and helpful. I always look forward to my opportunities to play here.
