When I arrived, I was told I was in the wrong place and directed to walk around the corner. There was no clear signage indicating where DoorDash pickups were supposed to go. The only sign was a small A-frame that was blocked by parked cars, making it nearly impossible to see. Following the directions I was given, I ended up in the back of Mavericks and even wandered into the kitchen, where the cooks looked at me like I was the idiot. I went back to the front, and the waitress walked me to the correct location. As I followed her, I overheard the owner behind the bar say, "There's a goddamn sign," apparently talking about me. He didn't realize I was standing right behind her. When I appeared, his attitude instantly changed, and he apologized by saying, "Sorry, I've been here since 11." 6-7 hours of work, oh no! I'm sorry, but working since 11 isn't an excuse for talking about customers like that. If your pickup process is so confusing that people end up in the kitchen, that's on your business, not your customers. I won't be back. Better signage, a clearer pickup process, and a little respect for customers would go a long way. Do better, Tommy Boy.

I explain to the guy that it's really surprising and disappointing that they don't subscribe to that channel since the last three national champions came from that conference and there are now 18 schools in the conference. I know it comes down to economics, but when my waitress finally gave me the check for my beer, that small Modelo was $10. A case at Costco is $24.99, so a hair over a dollar a beer. Works out to probably an $8 profit on that one beer. No wonder they were only about 10% full and most of those weren't watching the games anyway. Went to The Draft sports pub in Pleasanton.
