The multi storey car park has a great lighting set up to let you know where a free space is.. If you look at the roof you'll see lots of red and green lights.. If you see a green light underneath it will be a free parking space.. There are lots of different shops all the kids you want even a small version of debenhams.. And the food on offer is great. wagamama, nandos, you sushi, the list goes on.. There are lots of lovely little stalls dotted about where you can buy some original not in the high street type things. There is also a big tesco attached and a newly opened cineworld..

There's a few new eating places too - Giraffe, Zizzi and Carluccio's is opening later this year. Things that aren't so good about it: - It's a bit of a strange shape so it means you'll walk from one end to the other, and then remember something you need at M&S or Tesco, and have to walk all the way back again - The car park is a bit of a nightmare. I try to avoid visiting on the weekend as even then it's hard to park. At Christmas you'd be better off getting public transport if you're really desperate to shop here. - The toilets seem like they're really far apart I go here when I need to, but I rarely visit just for a wander around the shops anymore.

They have concessions of Miss Sixty, Miss Selfridge, Kurt Geiger and many more. They stock Debenhams own ranges such as Red Herring where I have seen a few really pretty formal dresses at very reasonable prices indeed, they also come in an extensive range of size starting from size 6. Debenhams have recently started an advantage card that works similar to that of Boots but you can only use it on cosmetics. It's called the Beauty Club Reward Card and for every £1 you spend on beauty you get 1 point, once you spend over £25 you get 3 points per £1. When you get 500 points you get a £5 gift voucher. It may take you a while to build up your points but I guess it's better than nothing and like the Boots Advantage Card the points don't expire so you can build them up.

I popped in last night whilst in silverburn with my bf to show him the range and someone in their wisdom has decided to split it all up over the store. Not only that there was loads of gaps where products where labelled out of stock. I am hoping this is simply to down to the huge demand for these products but its dissapointing when for such a small range for it to be out of stock. I would have made a wasted journey last night if i had travelled here purely to buy something from the range .

I've been here a few times recently - once to get some sports gear and then more recently for lady undergarments. They didn't have the nice sports stuff that I looked at online and the range was pretty small. Still, I got a nice pair of yoga trousers for £25. I also wanted to get some stationery and asked where the range was. I was directed to cards etc, but no notebooks. I mean, they even have the nice Paper Library range at the wee M&S at The Avenue and yet none of it here. How?! Service is pretty meh here too, to be honest. Trying to pay for things is pretty hit and miss and you might have to try a few counters before you find one with staff on it. M&S, I thought you were supposed to be fancy - well this store isn't a fancy shopping experience at all.

And Gavin Crawford is the place to come to get it - it carries the biggest selection of Radley bags in Scotland despite its minute size. Plus, the service you get here is much more splendid than any big department store. If Radley isn't your thing there is a huge selection of other carefully chosen designs. I mean, sure they sell lots of stuff. I just didn't really see that many things that I'd class as a bargain, like you get when you visit Poundland or other shops like that. I also didn't find anything totally bizarre and obscure that I just had to buy right then, so after two aisles I ditched my basket at the checkout as I'd given up on finding anything I'd be interested in. They sell a lot more food than I realised though, so perhaps they're trying to compete with the wee Tesco on the other side of the shopping estate (I don't think Waitrose would be worried about losing customers to Home Bargains). It's a really big shop and has a lot of variety, although the range is pretty random so I'm not sure I'd go here on a whim hoping I could find what I'd need.

Argos is such a weird concept to a person who didn't grow up in the UK. You go into Argos and it's like a waiting room, with catalogues and computer screens. You pick what you want and pay, and then wait about 5-10 minutes for it to appear from the secret warehouse out the back. It's kind of mysterious and fun, yet silly. It's not really suitable for browsing - you need to know what you want. I've visited here for too many random purchases - tanks of helium, mostly. I like that you can check online and see if it's available, and then order it for collecting. I can't say the staff are amazing at customer service but maybe they're just as confused about the whole set up as me.

It reminds me of that childrens book "Old Hat New Hat" and I can imagine the same scenario too as there are just so many hats; too big, too small, too wide, too tall, too loose, too tight, too heavy, too light, too red, too dotty, too blue, too spotty... and so on. However, unlike the bear in the book, I'm sure you'd leave with a brand new hat rather than the old one you came in with. The staff at Ella Bulloch are really friendly and if you are looking for a hat this really is a one stop shop, with so much choice it would be hard to leave with just one! As I don't own any fancy hats I'm not really sure what to going rate for a hat is but the prices here seem very reasonable and they even had a bargain hat stand with discounted hats!

Inside, it's bright and clean yet still manages to have a slight degree of that treasure hunt and find aspect to it which I just adore. Thus, you can rummage around for twenty minutes through slightly dodgier item before finding an amazing dress. Moreover, if you find a lovely little number in here there is an extremely low chance that you'll notice another girl wandering round with the same dress. So while it might not quite have the H & M status, you won't get the game of 'spot my cloths' as you walk through town/to uni. It is slightly out of the way, but definitely well worth a rummage. I still miss that glass and the County Shop never had another batch delivered.
