I was stuck with a treadmill that wouldn't run, until I found Fixness Equipment. Charley came by my house on a Saturday within an hour of messaging him, and he solved a problem in minutes that no one could solve for over 6 months. His crew is top notch and the best around.

Brandon was the employee that had helped me out and showed me a couple different machines and workout accessories. I ultimately ended up settling on a tredmil! Brandon was kinda and very knowledgable about the all the equipment in the store. He went over the warranty information with me and answered any other questions/concerns I had. The only thing that I had an issue with was the distance fee. I am already paying $300 for delivery and set up but due to the 46 mile distance I was charged an additional $40.

They guided me through the equipment, making their best suggestions on what would suit my needs. The prices were decent and really depend on what you want your machine to do. There are some small gym items in the back, like foam rollers, stretch bands, etc in the back for sale. My only complaint is the parking lot. That thing is a real pain to get in and out of and I'd rather park next door. Maybe I'm missing something or not a pro at parking but there is no way to turn around, it's 1 lane and the next thing you know you are in the street because there isn't enough room for a car.

Consumers Beware: If You Value Your Money, Stay Away!…read more My wife and I are local gym owners and personal trainers, we have purchased and assembled tens of thousands of dollars worth of gym equipment in our careers. Sports and Fitness Exchange is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. I bought one of their own home brand machines that was defective, returned it, and paid them another $300 for a different leg press--also their home brand--only to get another defective product missing parts. They ignored my calls and emails for a week, so I had to drive down there myself with the machine. Instead of making it right, they blamed me for the missing pieces and said "they get this all the time, where customers say they are missing parts" and I should've paid $399 for "expert assembly." That's nothing but an excuse to dodge responsibility and squeeze more money out of customers. This wasn't some used or third-party product--they sell and represent this brand as their own, yet still refuse to stand behind it. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Sports & Fitness Exchange. Absolute nightmare.

I purchased two items from this store online-- a lateral shoulder raise which was a 'pre-order', and a Technogym unit. The former was placed on 10/16/2023 and I have not received it as of 12/20/2023. They mentioned delivery within 90 days which was fine, however, they refused to update me on the status of anything that was happening on their end. After sending several e-mails inquiring about the status of my order, I was finally told it was scheduled to arrive to their warehouse early February of next year. This means I would not get it until mid-Feb at the earliest. A 4-month wait for a piece of strength equipment? Imagine all the gains I've already lost. I responded stating I wanted a refund as they would not be able to deliver on time. I received a generic response from the crackhead across the screen stating that I would have to pay a "15% restocking fee." How does that make any sense given the context of this situation? This is not an item that I ordered, received, and no longer want. This is an item that your company has failed to deliver on, and had you been able to provide better customer service, I might have actually waited until February. As for the Technogym unit I ordered, the cable came completely worn out and damaged; the weight stacks were not even properly assembled. I submitted an inquiry for this in October and, once again, after several weeks of correspondence, they stated they would send me a replacement cable. As of this writing, no such replacement cable is in my hands... Avoid this company at all costs. Unethical, unprofessional, criminal.

I have a Kaiser M5 Elliptical in my home that I did not purchase from At-Home…read more The unit is about 5-6 yrs old and was starting to click and make odd noises. I contacted Kaiser and we tried to troubleshoot via email, texts and video but to no avail. I started looking for local exercise equipment repair techs and came across about 4-5 of them including At-Home. They were the only one to actually answer the phone and provide a response. I was told I'd hear back in 1-2 business days and I did. I heard from Chad to schedule and he had Seth come to my home the following day. Seth came by and dis-assembled the unit and saw that the belt was beginning to shred and identified that as the issue. I ordered a new belt and a week later Seth returned to install the new belt. It seemed fine when he left and the next day we used it and heard a rubbing sound. I contacted Seth and he came by later that day and noticed it was rubbing against the outer case. He made some adjustments and now it's good as new. Been using it for two weeks and no issues at this time. Thank you Chad and Seth for taking care of us. P.S. none of the other repair places ever returned my phone calls. I have a gym in my garage and will always call At-Home for any needed repairs.

It took 3 weeks before someone came out, He was Hear for 5 or 10 minutes, just looked at cord and said it needed to be replace. a week later I receive an invoice for $234.47 just for him to come look. I have not received any info / quote on what it would cost to repair and time frame. I was never informed that there would be a fee for them to come look and especially $234.47 for 5 minutes looking at the cord. I called I told them that was the problem and I could send them a picture. He should have come out with the equipment needed to replace the cord.

LOL From scheduling, availability, cost, and the kindness of the team members in my home, this company seems to be top-notch. Previously we had somebody else from another company out and they did not do the job properly. I explained the situation to Response Crew and I was relieved to receive reassurances from the manager of Response Crew that he'd send one of his best door guys out and that we would not be disappointed. The manager also called back twice to make sure we were happy with the job. Although I missed those voice messages I figure posting about my experience here will make up for that. It's always tough when you are trying to hang a new door on an old frame that may not be perfectly straight anymore. And yes only time will tell if the fit holds. But I will say that even if we do have another problem in the future, I know where to go - Response Crew is a no brainer and for sure I'll be a repeat customer for future needs!
