I got their light Landman Lager (you know because Landman is based in Midland), and it was crisp and easy to drink. My girlfriend got herself a darker brew that she loved as well. I will say that I was pretty impressed with the food and especially the service but there were still some things that kept me from giving it a perfect score. First off, the service was impeccable. When I walked in, I was greeted right away and sat promptly. My customers that I was taking out arrived a bit later because I was early but I was still provided with water and not bothered. An additional customer came so we had to move tables and it was done promptly and professionally. We were helped without it being overwhelming. Great job! The food was good and well-prepared. I ordered the roasted salmon and it was cooked very well with a crispy skin, the asparagus and brussel sprouts were salted well and cooked just right, the only complaint on the taste is that I wish there was a bit more jalapeño sauce and that it was spicier. It had no kick to it at all. My main overall reason for taking a star off is that the prices are definitely too high compared to the offering. Was the salmon dish good? Yes.
