Was there this past weekend and Chalena took care of 10/10 service, can't wait to come back next time I'm in town

I kinda thought the reviews were a bit of a joke and then I walked in. Sat down at 6:20 on Thursday and the bartender looked at me and then just walked off and never came back. Jokes on me I guess. read more

First off, the bartender Chalena was nothing short of amazing. She was warm, personable, professional, and fun all at the dame time. The venue had the perfect amenities for the mood I was in. If you want good drinks, good atmospher, and great sevice do yourself a favor and visit this place if your in Midland. read more

Man talk about gouging. $8 bucks for a pint of Guinness. I can get a tall mug of the same thing at tap house. Not to mention they don't serve tall mugs of anything but on Tuesdays and even then you can't get tall mug of Guinness. Wont be coming here anymore read more

1st time here Walked in with my brother to play pool and was greeted by a waitress ! Super sweet and very easy going . We were all I.D , which was great cause I love the responsible mind set of the waitress and establishment! Waitress was prompt with service , and made sure we had a sober driver ! Which not many places ask or get concerned about . Although we weren't super intoxicated atleast myself ,I am pretty responsible but the care and concern of the waitress was outstanding! I briefly spoke with the bar manager and he was a great guy! Understood what I spoke to him about (I won't say it on here cause I'd like to keep that private ) but he was great in how he handled the situation! Thank you sir , you are. Gem of managers of places like this ! Keep doing Great things brother ! I will be back to this place as I enjoyed myself playing pool in a cool and comfortable atmosphere! Thank you again ! read more

Stated they would play a fight but come fight night nothing is playing and staff has no idea they would be hosting it. Why even post on social media that you'd be showing the fight? Only reason I gave 2 stars is due to the staff being awesome read more

This was the first place we saw when we got into town. It's more of a bar than a restaurant but they had alot of draft beers on the menu. Go here to drink but not to eat. All the food was fried which is typical bar food but it wasn't great. Beer was cold. Service was ok once we moved from a table to the bar. read more

I mean the food isn't even worth reviewing unless you need something to snack on while you're drinking. Besides that it's a great spot for games and craft beer. Great draft selection and the pricing is very fair. Don't expect amazing cocktails but I'm sure they can make whatever you like. They do have a very impressive small bourbon selection though. read more

The service was awesome and pool tables were great. Food options were limited but were very good.

Food was decent but beers are expensive and so is the food. There is always some old drunk who's been way over served alcohol by the bar trying to start crap. Not a fun place to go if you want to relax and enjoy yourself read more

Highly Recommend. I came in on a Saturday afternoon for a quick snack and a few beers since the hotel I was staying in was right behind the bar. There were not many patrons but a few, what I assumed were regulars based on how Alisa greeted them, walked in a bit later. Sarah and Alisa were very attentive and recommended some beers and food. The menu is limited but it has all the basics a bar should and the fries were amazing. The place is huge with a great bar, tons of TV's, pool tables and a ping pong table. Definitely worth a pop by for the good people, tasty food and great beer selection. read more

Really nice sports bar with lots of space, TV's, and games. Golden Tee, pool, beer pong, ping pong. Staff has always been attentive and friendly. Also, has happy hour from 3-7 on weekdays read more

Its a nice bar with good selections on tap. Bartender was friendly, and the area was super clean.

Hosted a Happy Hour here for the Oil Show and had great service the entire time and a great time.

I came to West Texas visiting my friend's family, and they took us here for drinks! I read the reviews, and saw the low rating, so I was very skeptical about this place. I do have to agree to some extent with the staff. However, the experience I had here was great! They have games here that you can play by purchasing a game card. The food menu is bar food, so do not expect a 3 course meal here, but I LOVED the food. They had fully loaded nachos using Doritos, pizza, hot dogs, pretzels, etc. They have lots of different beers on tap and bottled/canned beers. Highlights of my experience here: -nachos were very very good -they have beer pong and pool as part of their games -they have naturdays! Natural Light's Strawberry Lemonade beer. 99.9% of the bars I have been to do not offer these beers, but they do here! I understand that the in terms of the staff that people have their bad days and good days, but with the past reviews, it seems to be an occurring event happening. With that being said, I had an AMAZING time here! read more

I'm in town visiting family. I would give it 0 stars if possible. The service was bad. The food was bad. it took too long. The bar tender was cold. Couldn't get a refund since we paid with cash. Horrible. Go somewhere else. I should have looked at the reviews before coming. read more

Do not recommend. They'd rather sit in the corner and chat. Been waiting for someone to offer me a refill. The ghetto read more

First off, this place is cool for games and hanging out. That said, hands down the worst wait staff in Midland. Plan on getting your own drinks. And putting up with waitresses chatting at the drink station while the whole bar waits for drinks. Literally 30 min between drinks if you get seen at all. I don't know why they don't just follow the airports lead and have kiosks to order from the bar. These girls are awful. read more

Food was decent but waiting too long for a drink. Been here for 3 hours and only was served 2 beers. Staff pass by never made the effort to see if we needed another one. Doubt I'll ever be back. A Monday night was dead. Should've been decent to great service. Only like 10 people here. Ridiculous. read more

So rude........ there were intoxicated customers everywhere but unless we had money in hand and a familiar face we we're screwed. Overpriced drinks and feeling unwelcome were not worth the visit read more

Came here with my husband on a date night (The first one in 3 months). We walked up to the bar, and after a few minutes of waiting the lady told us that we can't order at the bar, we have to go sit down and then someone will come get our order. So we go sit down. We wait 15 minutes and no one ever came to get our order or give us drink menus or anything, so we just got up and left. The place wasn't busy at all, so I have no clue what the issue was. Won't be coming back. read more

Terrible Service and Dirty !!!! Rude Staff !!! This Bar among others in Midland has all the opportunities to be an amazing place but due to the absolute worst staff and their complete lack of experience or carelessness towards building a good customer clientele by creating a pleasant atmosphere. This place goes above and beyond Crappy Service!!! I have worked as a server/bartender for 15 years off and on across 10 states. And have never been treated so horribly, staff is Slow, Rude, Underwhelming and Seriously Lacking any real structure or management to correct the bad behavior. Very Disappointed. read more

This is a generic bar for people who like listening to the Cupid shuffle and the electric slide. Drinks are watered down. Food is a 5 out of 10. Service is a 1 out of 10. Just a lot of dusty people in this place. Watch out for the Haboob. If this was in Dallas, it would go out of business in a few months. read more

Terrible service. I went there on the recommendation of a good friend and the bartenders claim they can't make change. No redeeming qualities at this place so if you go, consider yourself warned. read more

$18.40 for a double vodka soda. Wow. What a joke!!! WHY would anyone in their right mind pay that for a vodka soda?! These are San Francisco prices in the middle of TX. Although the bar itself was nice, mostly because they don't allow smoking inside, those prices are asinine. read more

This is one of the better bars in the Permian Basin. Very clean. Great staff. Awesome patio. We had a corporate event there and the staff was incredible. Took great care of us and very accommodating to our needs. We would recommend this to anyone and will definitely be back next time in town. read more

Such great service especially by Sham. She was quick and super nice allll night long. Super hard worker. 10/10 would recommend!

I have to give a low rating this time .. this was my first time here.. really my first time out in a year sadly.. I may go back and try again another time I'm not sure, it looked like a nice establishment but the reason why is because my husband myself and a friend of ours waited in line with our masks for about 20- 30 minutes which is fine but as we finally get to go in, the door guy refused to let me in because my ID was bent it wasn't cracked , it was not illegible nor did it interfere with my photo it was clearly me and I'm 42 so I just thought that was a little extreme I'm a business owner dressed nice I wish I still looked 18 but I don't lol but I said ok and we left. So In between having two jobs 3 kids a husband and dog I will make some time to get a new Id my bad I guess I use it all the time no one has ever said anything I didn't realize it was that serious. By the time I get another night out I'm sure there will be a new door guy lol read more

Thanks Murray for taking care of Ross and I and always saying hi when we come in. Very involved manager!

Very clean and nice place. The wait staff is awesome and quick to provide you with anything you need. But the true heroes are the guys clearing the tables of empty drinks. Those guys are on the ball! I just wish the "garden area" was as big as the other Woody's, but the fact that the staff is far more attentive is the reason I will be going here more often. read more

Oh HELL NO!!!! Order two mixed drinks... and had very little to no alcoho! for them prices, we got screwed!!!! The food made me sick!!!! No jok, Never again!!!! Ever! The waitress seemed nice read more

Atmosphere is awesome. Tvs everywhere with sports. Service is the absolute worst even when slow I see the servers bull shitting around. The service is terrible. Staff just stands around hanging out in a corner or in the bathroom. When you go talk to them they give you a terrible attitude and won't help you. I went for the first time last night because we were meeting friends. A massive storm came through, out of no where. When we were driving in the parking lot there was zero visibility, that's how hard it was raining. Our alarms went off on our phones for a flash flood warning. We could see lightning striking the ground. It was so bad the electricity at the bar went out for a minute. We ran under the roof so we wouldn't get more soaked. We asked if we could cut through the patio because of the down pour and dangerous lightning conditions. A Fat bald bouncer came over and said " y'all need to go the fuck around or get the fuck out of here." We told him "it's raining and lightning bad, we just don't want to be soaked, or risk getting struck by lightning, his disgusting petty ass said "I don't give a fuck, go around get soaked or go the fuck home." Fuck that pos, and fuck this pos bar. Save your money and respect, go somewhere else. read more
