He referred an excellent catering company that we used for drop off, and Phil and his staff handled everything, changing out platters and running the bar seamlessly and unobtrusively. The drinks were excellent and the ambience superb. Several guests commented how much they liked it. The space was ideal for the number we had--about 50-providing both intimacy and space. There's an exclusive bathroom for the lounge. The audio system was excellent, we hooked up our iPad no problem and played from our Spotify list. Microphones were provided and worked well. Phil also adjusted the air conditioning as needed. There was a large party going on in the front bar section, but we heard very little noise interference from there. An amazing time!

The space is big with a small stage, bar, and outdoor seating. I hosted the party with 36 attendees and had an amazing time. Street parking was available and easy to find. Vanessa and staff did an amazing job. We had catering set up in the back right, live music onstage, and photographer roaming throughout. I would 100% recommend this venue for party or events.

I came across Savoi's social media page when they were advertising "Wine Wednesday," and the promo looked pretty appealing in the video. It was marketed as offering $5 hookah, a $25 wine flight, $5 glasses of wine, and $20 bottles. When we arrived, the wine prices were accurate--but the hookah was actually $15, not $5. A $10 difference is significant and, frankly, that's false advertising. The bistro has two floors, but on Wednesdays (and possibly other days), the lower level--which serves as their lounge and reportedly features a DJ--is closed. That was disappointing, especially since it seems to be a big part of the vibe they promote online. Looking at the menu, I was surprised by the pricing. Entrées ranged from about $25 to $40, and appetizers were around $15 to $18. For a place that leans more toward a lounge experience with a relatively limited menu, those prices felt too steep--comparable to some Michelin-starred restaurants. I understand costs like rent and payroll, but the value just didn't align for me. We had a glass of rosé, which leaned tart, and a wine flight that included sangria--thankfully, the sangria was really good. For food, we ordered the calamari, wings, and steak nachos. The calamari and wings were solid, but the nachos could've used more steak and definitely more sour cream--they were a bit dry for my taste. We also tried the hookah, which was enjoyable, and a refill was $10. One thing to note: there's a 20% gratuity automatically added to all bills, and 22% for parties of seven or more. I understand the reasoning, especially post-COVID, but I personally don't agree with applying an automatic gratuity to small parties of three or less. I wish more places would reconsider that policy for smaller groups. Overall, I had a nice time, but for what's being offered, the pricing doesn't quite match up. A few adjustments could really elevate the experience.

After we entered and walked to the back, a friend said, "It feels like we just walked into a frat party, right?" It was just not the crowd I would expect for Bushwick. Echo Bravo is your spot for wings and beer; though, other food is on the menu. I stopped here upon…read morethe recommendation of a woman who works at Lucky Charlie and she was on point. The wings here are great, as is the atmosphere and people. Good people working here provide great service and good patrons who will not be strangers if you come alone. This is a place where you don't have to know anyone to have a good time. I arrived around 9 or later on a Saturday night, walking from Lucky Charlie. It's close to the Jefferson stop on the L line. Echo Bravo sits on property that has a triangular front with the entrance on the left. There is a covered area of permanent outdoor seating in front and this would be a prime place to enjoy beer and wings and these wings are good, very good. I believe I have found my place when I have a craving for wings and beer. Wings in NYC are difficult to find when looking for quality wings at a fair price. These wings at Echo Bravo are great traditional Buffalo style wings and you can order them extra crispy as I did. The large order is twenty pieces at $37. This is still steep in my opinion (totaling$60 w/a beer, taxes and tip), but they are good. Moriarty's in Philadelphia comes in around the same price point for a large order, but it's the whole wing and is served on a large oval platter piled high for a comparison. So far Echo Bravo serves the best wings I have had in NYC, save for International Wing Factory UES, but those come at a steeper price point. I had them serve me half the wings at the bar and pack the rest for home. They did so, including carefully wrapping the celery and carrot sticks and including the blue cheese dressing that has chunks of blue cheese, yes substantial chunks. The celery and carrot sticks were fresh and crisp. The wings were the smaller bone sections, but were extra crispy and the sauce was the real deal, tangy, and plentiful. The flavor of the wings goes to the bone and they may be brined wings. I ordered them at the Hot level and that was perfect for me. The small square bar napkins are insufficient, but they have as many as you desire and they also have plenty of wet naps at the ready. So no worries. They have three flat screens behind the bar, another row of high top seating behind the bar stools and further back are other chairs and two/three topper tables, with other tables just inside and to the right of the entrance. There are plenty of seats to watch the screens that surely must go quickly for the big games and matches. The outdoor seating must be great during the Summer. Echo Bravo shares common ownership with Kilo Bravo and I would expect similar qualities there. The woman at Lucky Charlie recs Kilo Bravo for wings as well. Service was great and the bathroom was clean. Echo Bravo brought the receipts this Saturday night! Four stars!
