I'd rate this establishment a solid 2.5/5. It has a wealth of potential and looks like a vibe. The overall experience left room for improvement. Food- 3/5 The food was EXTREMELY SLOW. It took over 45 min to get appetizers and the food closely followed. Deviled eggs- highly anticipated... didn't deliver much. The eggs were vinegary and dry. Wings- were the best part of the meal. Well done. Not much in terms of flavor though Salmon Cakes- mushy Sliders - Okay Drinks: -Stolen Moments, would not recommend. As soon as you walk in the art throughout the entire Lounge is hardcore dope. The dark red lights make the atmosphere so relaxing and smooth. Updated review 6/30/24: 333 Lounge reached out to me and invited me to come back and give them another chance after my first visit didn't work out. I'm all for second chances and supporting small businesses. Shoutout to the 333 Management team for reaching out to me and extending the invitation. My best friend and I decided to finish my birthday weekend by dining here and stopping by for Sunday karaoke brunch. We were greeted by a pleasant hostess at the door. Our server Norma was great from start to finish and our experience was made better with her bubbly and sweet personality. I had the wonderful opportunity to meet Chef C who is the executive chef at 333 Lounge. He assured me that this experience would be great. The music was really good. My friend and I sang along with the music and I even did a little dancing. I enjoyed the ambiance of 333 Lounge. Now let me get into the details about the food. I ordered the Cajun wings with ranch dressing on the side as my appetizer. The wings were piping hot and absolutely delicious. My friend only ate one and I finished the rest because they were really good. I ordered island chicken and waffles and my friend ordered Cajun shrimp and grits. My friend enjoyed her food. She said the grits were the creamiest grits she's ever eaten. She stated the shrimps were really good as well. My island chicken was jerk spiced fried chicken and oh my goodness, it was crispy and scrumptious. It sat on two waffles topped with pineapple salsa with Captain Morgan maple syrup. My 1st time going to 333 lounge was a nice experience. The difference was a bartender named Kamirah!!! She has the perfect attitude for bartending!! She always maintains an inviting smile than the other bartender who had an almost dismissive attitude. I noticed 1 of the busboys was in an area and she waved him away to get out of her way vs saying excuse me. A couple of other customers noticed that and we all agreed it was not a nice look for her. I think I ordered 1 drink from the rude one and with Kamirah, I waited purposefully for her to be available and got at least 10 drinks from her instead!!! Kamorah even said we should all return on Sunday for Karaoke which shows me she is looking out for the business. I hope they give Karmirah a raise!! So, you may not be able to tell from the rating, but I like 333 lounge. I just feel like it has so much more to offer, but I always leave underwhelmed. Let's start with the food. Birria tacos should not be made with chicken and the salmon cakes didn't taste fresh (prepackaged & warmed up). I got the "IN A SENTIMENTAL MOOD" cocktail since it was one of the few rum options. It just tasted like lime and was served in a curved martini-like glass. For $15, I expected something complex, balanced, or strong. None of the above! The waitress was ok, but she took a little while to check on us and get our orders & didnt have the happiest demeanor. The restaurant takes an automatic 15% tip and we didn't feel moved to give more with the level of service. Music was a good mix of r&b/hip hop but felt too loud. No one dances, football is playing on all the screens, and everyone looked bored or screaming to talk. There are seats near the sidewalk which is nice for people watching. I came here for a Game Night last night, and though I came alone, I had a really good time. Highly recommend the RUM PUNCH. It's delicious, and from the first sip I knew it would be POTENT. Also, their deviled eggs. Not many places generally offer deviled eggs on the menu, and while you only get 4, these were some of the most flavorful deviled eggs I've ever had at an establishment. I also had the shrimp and grits, which were equally tasty. They don't ask you for a card to open a tab here, but they seem to just know where you are to hand you the bill at the end haha, so I was a bit confused, but they found me, and it was accurate. There was a live DJ playing awesome old-school hip-hop/rnb jams, open karaoke, and super good vibes. Everyone was here to just have a good time. I went for the the 2 for 1 rum punch all night that was advertised on the eventbrite but I was told by the waitress that management said, it was until a certain time; Also my friend asked at the bar and they didn't know anything about it. Such a fun lounge for last minute Halloween fun! Not only was there outdoor seating with heat lamps, but the doors were all open for airflow. The DJ made it worthwhile as well. This is a dual review for their lounge at night and the Brunch on Sunday. Lounge- Too crowded and too small. It was ratchet to say the least. I havent even enjoyed the lounge. I came for a birthday once and they wouldn't let some of the male guests in for over an hour. It was freezing that day. The bar is always super packed and you can never order a drink. All in all I have chosen to not come back on a weekend night. Brunch- A friend was celebrating her birthday and made reservations at another spot that turned out to be super packed. We ventured to 333 which was empty at 12. We were the first party. It started slow. The DJ was playing love tunes and we were looking to turn up a little. The people who worked there were accomodating and wanted to make it a great time for the birthday girl. The brunch is pre fixe for 25 you get a sangria or mimosa and an entree. The sangria was on the weaker side. Food- I got the chicken and waffles. Chicken was flavorful. The waffle was too dense for my liking. I more so like my waffle fluffy. However it was ok. My friend got the shrimp and grits and let's say super cheesy. She ended up only eating the shrimp which was flavorful. Ambiance - the DJ ended up taking requests from us and was playing music we liked . Around 1pm they do karaoke which made things more lively. Around 2pm the place gets crowded with more people. I would come back for brunch eventually but I wasn't blown away. read more

I normally like this place but I have to give them a low review. The drinks were cool. I had a Cosmigos Frozen margarita. Tasted good. I got the bill and I was like wow, $40.00? I guess this is my last drink for the night. This was for two of them. Come to find out later everyone else was getting them 2 for $20. I was beyond annoyed. My bar tender, I believe her name was Melissa, like this was a drink that came from a machine. She didn't even do anything. Just pour it in a cup. And that was 2 for $40 for me and $20 for everyone else. I don't like that. I don't live in NYC anymore so Im boot a regular. Didn't appreciate the up charge. I hope they get it together. I wouldn't go back on my own off the principle but my friends always end up there so Im sure I may go there at some point. Let me begin by saying the manager and 333 Lounge went above and beyond to accommodate my girlfriends for a table for a meeting of the minds. Chloe canceled due to a last min event so 333 was able to accommodate the same day. We all arrived on time and was immediately greeted by a tall, yet handsome, security guard. We got our ID's out and lined into the establishment straight to the MANDATORY $2.00 coat check. There are about 3 girls there moving as quickly as possible. Plus, they are not rude to guest. That's a plus. When we were seated, we were expecting a table with chairs, but we were seated on couches almost 4 feet away from each other. We had to compromise all of us on little stools and fit 4 people on the couch to have our quick meeting. We thought when you have a restaurant/bar the waiter would come take our orders - NOT HERE! I had to go to the bar to place 8 orders including drinks. The bartender was very nice. Once we paid and got our drinks we squeezed back together on the stage and finished our meeting. Only 4 of our orders arrived. After 1 hr of waiting I had to squeeze pass the guest coming in to find out where the rest of the food was. They were kind enough to give me a free shot while I waited for the rest of our food. They gave us a little extra, but that was due to the wait, the stage squeeze and screaming over the speakers. Before I forget about the flavor of the food. There are flavors but stick with the good one. The stickey wings are amazing, but the cod fish is over powered with PEPA. The spring roll is shrimp not chicken. They should say that before you order. I am severely allergic to seafood. The fries are basic, so I don't understand why it takes so long to get appetizers here. The drinks are iced down for the party goers, but if you get there before 10pm you can have the pleasure of drinking from a glass. You can actually enjoy their specialty drinks because they're good. SMH! We should have did the meeting in house and came here after to dance and take a drink. The place was packed within 3 hrs of us being there. This is not a place for the mature crowd, but for ages 21-28 years old. There are too many immature party goers and SOME truly begrudged staff members. Party here if you don't mind sweating, but don't try to have a meeting in here. We should've went to SWEET CHICKS right at the corner. We've definitely crossed off 333 LOUNGE off our list. read more

We were immediately seated, however no one EVER returned, so about 20 minutes in someone from our group attempted to get the servers attention (she was at the bar) she gave him a rude look and said "I'll be right with you " as she continued to talk with other people who worked there. My cousin wanted to come here to celebrate her birthday and this was just not the spot. Everyone there was like old.
