For starters, the booking process was seamless. There were multiple packages to choose from, whether you just want to try out a class or fully commit. I also had no idea that they offered more than just pole! Some of their classes include Street Heels, Metamorphosis (which is a pole-less class; just straight dancing), and a stretch class! For transparency, I've never took a pole class in my life. While nervous going in, you can't help but immediately feel welcome. The owner of the studio, Taylor, was quick to greet me and the front desk girl, Jules, was as kind as could be! I can't even tell you how much fun I had at this class, and I wasn't even any good! Everyone in the class, not just the instructor, was so supportive and I quickly realized that this was more than just a class. It was a community. I loved it so much that the next week I invited one of my besties to join me! It was such a blast and I can't wait to book my next class!!

I love how during the spin class we got off the bikes and went into the studio to add on some exercises with body poles to do crunches and various movements to get a total, full body workout. Even better is the crunches and push ups that were integrated. The music is awesome, and I was encouraged to sing along, which if you really know me, makes me a happy camper. I will definitely be going back and am really looking forward to trying out some of the Zumba classes because I LOVE to dance! It seems a bit small, but the group was small enough to make it an intense, personalized experience. It was really tough - I got dizzy - but my sisters completely kept up and the instructor, Mike, was amazing. He looks like a drill sergeant, but he's reasonable. Be prepared to jump rope, jumping jacks, running up & down stairs, squats, push-ups, use cool-obstacle course equipment and ropes. Overall the class was totally worth the money and I will definitely be back for more (some may call it torture...!

We're not new to the apparatus but it's been a while so we were happy to check out an intro class. It was very easy to sign up online. First intro class is only $25 for a 75 minute class. It was easy to check in upon arrival and we got a brief intro to the studio and where we needed to go. Rachel was a great instructor and lead us with a thorough warm up and introduction to the aerial hammock. Her cuing was immaculate and she was able to meet and honor each and every student at wherever they are, which was much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to return to take other classes here and may pop in again next time I'm in town.

So I booked With excitement. Unfortunately, I had a prior therapeutic appointment for my shoulder pain and was advised to not use my shoulder for the rest of the night. I walked to this establishment, as I wanted to see if it would be limited use of my shoulder and arrived 30 mins in advance of the class start time. I wanted let them know that I may not be able to take the class but was willing to try but needed some more info. The lady at the desk was SUPER rude and snarky stating that she didn't know and said she only took that class once. When I asked if I could possible come back tomorrow as I was in town for two more days, She then proceeded to tell me that I took a spot that could have been used and they don't allow that making sure I understood I wasted a space in that persons class. She eventually changed her mind and credited me after chastising me about taking a spot. Another WONDERFUL woman interjected and was so helpful. She taught one of the hoop classes. She was wonderful. I will WASTE that $25 after that experience and will not be back. There are to many places like this around and if they treat you like that as a NEW CLIENT, I could only imagine how they would treat you if you're a regular. Funny thing, I've owned my own boutique fitness studio in Westchester for the last 15 years and would NEVER treat a client/new client this way. People like this ruin a lot of good things, you never know what people are going through but professionalism is a virtue in a costumer based business.

Note: there are two different poles that are practiced on (chrome and silicone). I've tried their Choreography with Beginner Pole and it was a super duper fun experience (silicone). I was quite nervous since I've never used a spinning pole or silicone and it was cool. A lot of twirling for the basic basic learners AND sooo worth it. Mary is sooo patient with each student and it's open level (Im pretty much beginner level lol) It's based inside a warehouse (I think), instructions are clear in getting there and it's not hard to miss since it's fully decked out from the outside and inside. (So classy, so sassy) I definitely recommend to those who are interested (it's hard deciding whether I like silicone or chrome now haha)

We stretched, conditioned, learned to get confident with our desire walks, a few tricks and the grand finale which was a combination of everything we learned and a chance to record our progress to a song of our choice. The energy here is awesome and the instructors are super friendly. Almost all the classes are held in small groups which is wonderful. The studio has 2 spacious dance rooms. My daughter loves dancing here. She loves her instructors and have made many friends. Going to class here feels like being part of a family. Everyone is so friendly. Some of the attendees mentioned that is bigger compare to other studio they'd been . Although the place is smaller than our old place( gym ) for our Zumba session, I like it as I feel that I am in real dance studio. Full mirror and drinking water supply is available , though we are used bringing our own bottle. Ample parking for everyone. :) Our Zumba class group is literally new too and this new home fits us. The owner seems nice and very accommodating. I will be coming back , even driving takes 10 minutes more than our previous Zumba house.
