I came here for cocktails and this place did not disappoint. The drink menu is EXTENSIVE and all of the one we tried were amazing. Service was quick and effective. Place is a little loud but you can enjoy a conversation on your table without yelling. Only thing is that they do not have prices of drinks in the menu, and they are 20 to 24$ each at least the ones we tried! So bear that in mind, but otherwise definitely recommend! read more

Bar One checks off a lot of boxes that you would want in a cocktail lounge. Great drinks, knowledgeable bartenders, beautiful decor, and chill vibes. I originally came here for a drink before having dinner nearby, and most recently popped in before eating at their business partner 800 degrees pizza which is attached in the same building. They have a great combination of classic cocktails as well as their own unique creations. If you are having a hard time deciding the bartenders are happy to make recommendations and they are more than happy to go off menu if you can't find something on the menu. They can tailor a drink based on your tastes! Like most cocktail bars the drinks are a little pricy, but I can say it is well worth a trip here as it makes for a great evening. The food was a 7.5/10 for me. I got the red snapper, the inside was maybe not cooked all the way but i'm not sure if it was the way it was prepared because I usually eat this entree fried. My date said their food wasn't the best, he got the salmon, mac and broccolini. The ambience was a 9/10. They played hip hop and rnb the whole time and the crowed was mixed! I would recommend making a reservation or getting there early in the evening because the bar was packed and no tables were available when we arrived. Luckily we were able to be seated after about 10 min of waiting at the bar. Our waitress was very accommodating and nice. I will be back! And I will try a different entree. read more

After wrapping up dinner at 800 Degrees, one of the bussers recommended we stop into their lounge. He said they "turn up" and he was surprisingly right. You can enter the bar from its entrance off of the Fairview Rd side of Philips Place or you can also walk past the kitchen in 800 Degrees through the unmarked wooden door. It is a dark bar with dim lighting, leather, gold finishes, and rich wood decor. Exactly what you would expect for a speak easy type bar. I ate at 800 Degrees prior to stopping in here so read that review for details on the food. They appear to share food and drink menus so that review covers both. When we arrived it was bustling with conversation and music. We didn't have a reservation, but the hostess was able to seat us at a small table for two. I would highly recommend reservations if you are going on a popular night like Friday because it was packed. The seating was comfortable with low back, plush leather chairs. There is a large bar area and that is first come first serve. It is loud. Definitely not a place to have an intimate conversation, but it has a fun and energizing vibe. Seating is spacious enough so that you aren't rubbing elbows with the table beside you. A DJ was setting up when we arrived and the music quickly changed over to 90s and early 00s hip hop. I ordered wine. The pour was generous and they have beautiful wine glasses. The cocktail, wine and beer menu is a book. Literally. They have cocktails and mocktails so there is something for any palette. It would be appreciated by patrons to know what the cost is or at least a price range prior to ordering especially since a portion of the menu has prices listed. There is plenty of free parking, but the shopping center also had complimentary valet on the Friday night we visited. Such an interesting place. It is sort of a speakeasy but also not at all. It's a fancy bar but also a pizza place. Super chill and upscale decor and vibe. The service was good and pretty fast and it was the perfect volume of talking and background music. The drink menu is great and the food menu has plenty of options. I ended up deciding to get pizza halfway because of that is what the attached other restaurant is so I figured it should be good, and also because although I wanted to be at an upscale place I wasn't in the food for upscale food. Love the fact this spot has expanded! Popped in here with the girls on a Friday was delighted to see additions to the menu in the bar as well. We opted for the Brussels sprouts with honey balsamic viniagrette, the fries, and OVEN ROASTED wings with both Smoky Barbecue & 800 Signature sauces. DEEE-licious. Stopped by to take a look at the new extension which opened up today. They did a good job making it match the vibe and decor of the original section - can't even tell. Every time I come here on a Thursday or Friday there's always a nice crowd, but not overly crowded. They have a great drink menu and the pizza is so enjoyable! I told the bartender I wished my drink was sweeter and he didn't waste a minute in offering to remake mine to my taste. Service here is great. Now that they have so much more space I'll def come back here with a group! *They take reservations for the booths and tables but seats at the bar are first come first serve Parking Free valet until 11pm. Came here on my birthday for a quick drink and live music that was advertised on the website. I guess the live music was rescheduled and a dirty martini with house vodka was surprisingly $28 and a cosmo was $18 which is the most ridiculous amount I've ever paid for a drink. The waiter came by 1 time. I've always wanted to try this bar, absolutely not worth the hype or the price. The ambiance and the bar was nice but not for a $28 dollar tiny cocktail with house vodka, so do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else in southpark for a drink. read more

Very cute place and only one in the area open so late, I think (i was visiting from out of town and staying close by). Bit of an older crowd for the most part. This was my second dining experience at the bar. Please note I was at the bar so table service may differ. I expected a higher level of service for menu pricing and location. There were 2 on duty bartenders. They were slow to greet, slow to get our drink order, gave us place mat to set our selves, forgot my friend's protein on the Gorgonzola salad and we had to wave a bar's helper to get new silverware. The bartender said he would take the protein charge off our bill, but it was never taken off and by the time I paid, I forgot. I would rate the food 7 out of 10 7 for drinks 8 for Ambience 3 for service Excellent service should be trained and a given at this level. I won't be returning, two chances. On a whim, I stopped by with my BF. Entrance is a bit dark. We weren't sure it was open, but in fact, it was. Perfect spot for a post dinner cocktail. Not a huge place...probably 3-4 half large booths and one long bar. If there was other seating, I must have missed it. Bar staff immediately attentive upon arrival. It wasn't busy so we were able to grab a seat immediately. Solid cocktails and service. I would give it a go, again. Taking a star off for our server's odd attitude...No charisma at all.
