We got a pizza, salad and sandwiches from this place. Everything was good, but not quite worthy of a 5. They delivered to our location at The Shores snd their estimated time of arrival was spot on. We also picked up and they had our food ready within 15 mins. read more

Have had their pizza many times before, tried to order today an hour before they closed and they wouldn't deliver. Lost our business. If you're a mostly delivery based business, maybe if you want to stay in business you should actually deliver your food!!!! Stupid way to run a business. read more

This order took a really long time (1 hour 15 mins for pick up) but it was worth the wait! The pizza (house special) was delicious and so was the salad. If the timing wasn't so long I'd give 5 stars. Definitely delicious and would have it again! read more

This place is the bomb!! Quick pizza and it's amazing!! Great service, and really good sandwiches!!! Definitely stop in here!!

We had just finished a long bike ride, and it was 2pm and we did not want a fancy lunch, but something tasty. This place delivered! We both had grilled wraps, mine Turkey, hers chicken. Lots of tasty goodies in the wrap, and grilled just perfectly, like a panini. Get the side pasta salad, excellent. Out of town a bit, so quieter and way cheaper. Two huge wraps for 15.37. Most people seem to get pizza here, but dont ignore the other stuff. Fresh and well prepared read more

Amazing. We ordered from our Hotel back in April 2021. We had a very large order because everybody wanted something different. These folks not only made a killer pie, but everybody loved what they got and they had it delivered to our hotel room in about 45 mins. Not bad for a busy Saturday night in TC! read more

I'm a Pizza fanatic and I know good pizza. This pizza was slightly above average with plenty of topping. I think they could add more sauce that has a bit more flavor to bring their pizza to the next level, but overall it's not bad. It's a bit pricey for the overall quality but they are one of the better pizza places in town. read more

I'm from California went to Michigan and order some pizza from here there pizza is so good I hate to sat there crust kinda reminds me of cesars pizza there is a definite similarity different but the same formula anyways there pizza isn't a disappointment read more

This pizza was good! It's in my opinion the third best only because I had pan crust and it was really, really hard. Although the crust was bad, everything else was amazing! You know when something smells really good but doesn't taste like it smells? It was he exact opposite! It was so good!! Totally recommend read more

Great gluten free pizza. Fast delivery and courteous delivery man. What more do you want?

Pizza was fantastic! Ordered an XL Pizza with extra cheese, ham on whole, and sausage and pineapples on the halves. Cheesy bread was great! Highly recommended. Better than any chain! read more

Although this is not my #1 TC pizza spot, I highly recommend it! My boyfriend and I arrived in chilly TC at around 8pm the other night after a long drive and wanted something quick and yummy to enjoy in our room for Thursday night football. The Acme location was due to close in 30 minutes, but still happily accepted our order. I am a very loyal fan of the Idaho pizza (basically a loaded baked potato in pizza form) so I ordered that and my boyfriend ordered chicken pesto. Both of our pizzas were fresh, hot, and delicious. Check it out and get the Idaho- you won't regret it. read more

Although the food was average. The customer service towards POC is down right absurd. My Family and I called in a pizza,we went to go pick it up ....they said they didn't have it under the name we gave.We then continued to say what was in the order. They cashier then said "Oh ...I don't have it under E***y I have it under Denise (De-Nice)Like from a TV show. You may say "oh it was just a big misunderstanding .....,NOPE we clearly spelled out the name multiple times. You may also think that it "was a joke" "there was no harm" NOPE they knew what they were doing and it was completely inappropriate and disrespectful when nobody told them to put that . read more

We order pizza everywhere we travel. The pizza we had last night was not just outstanding but it was the best pizza I have ever purchased. Great service, fast delivery and incredible tasting pizza. Everything about it was spot on. We had the regular crust with pepperoni. The sauce, the cheese, the topping and crust were all amazing. Five stars is not enough. We'll be back. read more

That's a Pizza has really great pizza and salads. I have been ordering food from the Acme location for ten years. Good luck getting an order delivered in less than two hours from the Acme location. This has happened the last two times I have ordered. The first time I ordered I was told an hour for delivery, two hours later and still no pizza. When I called to find out what was taking so long, I got a slew of excuses. No apology or maybe a discount on my next order. The pizza showed up cold. The second time pretty much the same thing. I was told an hour and a half to an hour forty five, I thought they were being more realistic about there delivery times. Over two hours later still no pizza. This time they did give my a discount on my next pizza. That was fine until the pizza showed up cold again and smashed to the side of the box. I called back and they refunded my order. So they did better with their customer service. This is a recent development, I have not had this problem in all the years I have been ordering from them. There is something not working right at this location. Still unless I hear that they have figured out their problems, I won't be ordering anymore. read more

Very good pizza. Delicious and not greasy. Good for a long travel day. If there is a couple of plates ever better.

Worst pizza in Northern Michigan, and snarky service to go with it. About a year ago I swore I'd never order another pizza from them again. They are always late, and I'm not talking a few minutes but like an hour later than they say. You wait 2 hours for your pizza and no surprise, it's cold. So I call the store and the guy says, "Yeah? So?" Not to mention their pizza is only so-so when it's at its best. The only reason I ordered from them again is that I live in Williamsburg and it's hard to get pizza delivered here. If you have other pizza delivery options, go with them. read more

By the time we got to our rented condo & settled it was just after 10 and several people wanted food - easiest thing? Order pizza! Called a chain & they said they didn't deliver where were were & suggested That'sa Pizza. Ordered 3 pizzas & 2 breadsticks and had it in just under 30 minutes. Great for after 10 on a Friday night! I thought the breadsticks were just ok, someone else loved them. I enjoyed the pizza. I would eat here again if in the area! read more

That'sa Pizza has been on my side of town for years, and for all those years I really was not a big fan. However, within the past year or so they have really come along in the quality of the food. We stopped in after golf, desperately needing some good pies to erase to our post round hunger. We ordered to large supreme pizzas and they were prepared perfectly. Good sauce and right amount of cheese. All the toppings tasted fresh. If you are on the east side of town and needing a good pizza do not hesitate to call on That'sa! read more

My husband and I are big believers in pizza. Not chain pizza, but the mom-n-pop kind. And when we moved to Traverse City, we just happened to move a mile away from some of the best mom-n-pop pizza in the Grand Traverse area. Perfect sauce-to-cheese-to crust ratio. All of their pizzas are good. Doesn't matter what you order. But do check out their daily menu for specialty 'za. They also have some tasty wraps and grilled sandwiches. Smoothies are quite tasty, too. Again, check the board for creative specials of sandwiches and smoothies. When I dine solo, it's cheesy breadsticks and Carolina Peanut Salad. I could live on that every single day. Our faves are the deluxe and meat, but the Idaho pizza calls to me. One caveat: They're consistently late with your order. read more

Look, I'm from Chicago, i.e., the land o' great pizza. And whilst I understand I was in the land o' Great Lakes, i.e., The Great Lake State, I still expect good pizza. I was bit put off by the reviews as none of them were by what I would consider to be 'za afficionados, but hey, I was still willing to give it a try. We were staying at the Grand Traverse Resort, we'd been out playing all day in the fluffy white stuff, the wife and I were exhausted and just wanted to have glass of wine (or more), and thus were completely uninterested in heading out to downtown T.C. Plus, the son likes pizza (who doesn't?) and so I picked up the phone. The person on the other end couldn't have been more helpful. They knew right where we were staying and told us the delivery person would be there in 45 minutes to an hour. It being 'round seven on a Saturday evening, and based on the reviews, I fully expected them to be late. Surprise! They were spot on punctual! The pizza was decent: Crust nice and crispy, not too much cheese, and the right amount of ingredients. So why doesn't this get more stars? Well, the sausage was in crumble, not pieces/chunks, and it tasted, well, (and I know this sounds absurd for something like sausage), processed/synthetic. The green olives and tomatoes instead of being sliced, were, as well, in bits and pieces. Now maybe this adds to an overall more uniform flavor, but I don't like it. One thing about which I definitely cannot complain? The price: Less than $20 for a 16" three-topping pizza. Back home, I'd be paying $10 more. So, would I order again? Yeah, sure. It's not bad pizza, but it's not great, either. read more

The pizza sucked. It was 1/5 a step above frozen pizza. It was doughy and tasteless. It made you feel sick after you ate it.

Visited on a Thursday night and got their Thursday special. XL 2-topping pizza and breadsticks or cinnamon sticks for $16.50. They both came out piping hot. Overly generous with the pizza toppings. Breadsticks were light and did not feel like you were eating too much bread. Ten booths inside. (Wished we would've thought to get it to go and taken it next door to the chairs and watched the lake view.) No wine. Although there were only about 1/2 the tables taken, the front was non-stop people coming in to pick up their pizzas to go. Although it wasn't my favorite pizza ever, I would visit again if in the area. read more

Pizza was pretty good but the person taking the phone orders was reallly dumb. We asked how many breadsticks are in an order and she said 4 to 5. So we ordered 3 orders. They delivered 3 huge (about the size of a 14in pizza) boxes of breadsticks. 12 bread sticks per box. We only needed 1 order. Food is good but I really don't like the restaurant lying to us about the menu. This place is sketching and will lie to sell more product. read more

There food is really good! The people are great just like the food. The garden salad is really good

The low rating doesn't reflect the quality of the pizza, we enjoyed the flavor especial the pizza sauce. The lower rating was given because the order was for a deluxe but instead a bland pepperoni was delivered - the online specialty menu doesn't even include a pepperoni pizza. Before you signed make sure your order is correct. D read more

It's alright, I would have rather had Domino's; but they don't deliver to the Holiday Inn Express. The pizza was ok, but it wasn't any better than any chain restaurant pizza you could get. They claim to be really something, but it's just alright. The price was decent, the pizza was decent, the delivery was super fast and friendly. I might get the pizza again if I were in a pinch like I was tonight. I had to stay in the hotel and get work done so I just called Domino's and when they said they didn't deliver this far I just looked at the advertisement in the room. Would I go out of my way to get it again? Probably not. Especially in a town so full of good places. Do I feel like I got a decent meal delivered to the door? Yes. read more

Really good pizza, tastes homemade and not like chain pizza. Super fast delivery. Will definitely be having this again next time we are up here. Fresh toppings, nice amount of cheese, crust and sauce yummy! Not too thin, not too thick crust. Good value, Very friendly service. Great local pizza spot! In a town with so many wonderful things to eat and drink, this is a good "order in and watch a movie" pizza place. read more

The pizza was great, cheese was nice and thick and strongly- just how I like. And the pepperoni was a little crispy and spicy- perfect. The dough had a great flavor. I took away one star because delivery was about an hour- so we opted to pick up- and also, it was pretty greasy. Price was ok- two larges and a 2 liter for $24. read more

The food was top notch! The delivery took 90 minutes, and they warned us, so be prepared for that if you want maximum dinner efficiency. The pizza was filling, which was almost annoying because I wanted to eat more pizza. Now... (Don't say it!) that'sa... (Don't do it!) pizza! (@$%#&) read more

Funny story: We were recently in the Traverse City area on a mostly foodie vacation: Our goals were to only eat at restaurants we'd never eaten at before, and to find artisan foods to send to our out-of-state kids. This is hard work, people, and on about the third afternoon of our week we found ourselves too tired to go out to eat at one of the posh places we had on our list. We just couldn't do it. So we decided to order from the sad-looking little pizzeria next to our hotel...actually, we had it delivered, all 1000 or so feet to our room. Wow! We tried a pesto artichoke pizza with roasted peppers, a roasted portobella sandwich and a house salad featuring apples, dried cherries (because Traverse City), walnuts, gorgonzola and balsamic vinaigrette. Everything was delicious. And I said, "I have to Yelp this." So I am. We're very glad we took a chance on this pizza joint. read more

This place is seriously the cat's pajamas. I hiiiiighly recommend getting an Idaho pizza. What is that, you may ask? Well, it is the most MIND BLOWING pizza you will ever encounter - pizza crust, MASHED POTATOES, bacon, cheese, and a side of sour cream. Hooooly cow. It is so yummy! It's just like eating a loaded baked potato, except it's better. Their antipasto salad is also delicious, with huge slices of salami and provolone cheese and a flavorful Italian dressing. Definitely hit this place up if you're in the area! read more
