I just attempted to order a pizza from you guys. The lady who took my order was so rude on the phone and kept yelling at me to please hold and then would yell at the customers in the restaurant that she would be right with them. She then told me it was going to be 45 minutes and sounded all mad. And then i decided to take my business elsewhere because obviously she should care less. For the price, the pizza is pretty good. Not as greasy as Little Caesars but in other ways, it's similar to theirs. The pizza was ready in 15 mins and the staff when I picked up were friendly. Great choice for a quick lunch or dinner on a game night like we had. Worth supporting this local TC business! read more

My family has gone to crusted creations for as long as I can remember. I don't want to be a mean person but... the guys working here are.... Not great. They told me 20 mins and I was there in 25. They then "couldn't find my order" and then once they found it they said it wasn't paid for (I paid over the phone). The manager is nice but the guys working kept calling me "sweetie" like I was 5 years old & then once everything was settled with the payment they told me it was 10 min wait. I'm fine with waiting 10 mins but why tell me 20 if it was actually more like 40....? Just a weird interaction. Good pizza tho. read more

I downloaded this app just to leave this review , I can excuse it taking 45min every time I order and even let slide being rude sometimes , pizza places can be stressful to work at. This time tho, they put me on hold....10 mins pass, chalk it up to forgetting. I wait 10min, call back and they do it again. Usually u can hear them on another call or the counter but they put it on hold and go back to make food. That is a new level of lazy and rude. Horrible service but darn good pizza tho haha. Saturday, 9/16/2023, stopped in for a gyro in the afternoon. The only woman working had a grimace and didn't use any words while I ordered but instead just shoved her hand on my face when I was looking for the credit card scanner. I wish I could say that being rude and filthy was the worst of the service, but nope. So with her bare hands she entered my order, ran my card, handled the bun, retrieved and heated the meat, answered the phone, stuck dirty dishes in the dirty dish water, typed on the order screen, filled the bun with meat, scratched her scalp, then grabbed all the toppings to place in the gyro. Again, no hand washing, no gloves. Bare-handed placed feta, onion, lettuce, and tomato I assume on the sandwich and then audibly shooed a fly away. I used that pause to finally collect myself enough to say "I changed my mind, please give me a refund.". I can't even deal with what I witnessed in those 10 minutes. After YEARS of eating their pizzas I'm just disgusted thinking about how unsanitary it is now and wonder how long has this been going on. I wonder if we could carbon date the stains on her work clothes to get a ballpark, as they appear to have never been washed. read more

Holy crap. We have ordered pizza from these guys for the last number of years. Ordered today for delivery at about 11:30. They called at 12:15, couldn't find the address. They went back to the store to have someone else deliver it. That person couldn't find it (Google wan't holding their hand enough). That person went back to store. 1:30 I talked to the manager. He says that it's my fault because I didn't give them an "address they can find". I tell him shouldn't have to pay for pizza 2 hours late (for a customer) and he says "then I'll just cancel your order" and he hung up on me. Customer service?? What's that? read more

Pizza tastes like cardboard, management might be the most inept human in existence. called three consecutive fridays for pickup order only to discover upon arrival my pizza hadn't been made! On the second occasion he gave me a pepperoni pizza instead of pineapple, when I mentioned this they put raw pineapple on a already cooked pizza and said there you go. Awesome, as he gave away a free salad to the guy in front of me for no reason. If you are a tourist I highly recommend you avoid this pizza at all costs. Flies all over the kitchen, shitty pizza and horrible customer service. i suggest trying Dino's, Domino's, Pizza Hut etc...Usually I recommend local but in this instance avoid them like the plague, I know I will. read more

The pizza's fair, it's not the best I've ever had but it's not the worst. And don't let people lie to you: You can absolutely get bad pizza, and it's NOT still good. This is one of our favorite pizza places in town. Might be the best. Very reasonable I.e. large w/ double cheese, pepperoni and mushroom with a side of extra sauce $14.95. And I'm a sauce guy and their sauce is very good might be why I think it's one of the best in town. read more

Crusted Creations has been around for quite a while (I can't remember it not being there). Its just a pizza place. No where to sit, no fancy tvs, no atmosphere. However they do offer some tasty pizza. They have an average thickness crust that is pretty tasty. They are pretty cheap, and its not anything to write home about. However they consistently put out a tastier pizza in comparison to other joints around town. read more

Everyone is extremely rude. The phone guy is short, cuts you off, and just sounds miserable. They are not much better in person. When arriving to pick up my order, I was asked my name, and I said they never asked me my name, to which the guy replied do you have a name? I said my name and what I ordered and he finally asked my phone number after explaining to me that he has sooo many orders and there is no way to pull up what I ordered. I didn't say anything but how am I supposed to know how your POS system works? Especially when their super helpful phone guy doesn't ask the correct info? I never post reviews but this place got me so angry. I arrived 5 minutes before my order was supposed to be done. I ask the guy behind the counter how long and he tells me 10 minutes. Cool 5 minutes behind isnt a big deal. Not super busy but hey everyone falls behind. After 11 minutes he tells me 'Almost done'. Alright must be boxing it up now. Again a little past when I was told but no biggie. After 25 minutes of my arrival (20 minutes after it was supposed to be done) he has it ready. This is Pizza, not filet mignon. It takes 18 to 20 minutes to make a pizza. What were you doing the 20 minutes before I arrived? Again it wasn't busy one other person came in. And honestly I would have been fine if the guy behind the counter simply said 'sorry for the wait' or 'My bad I thought it was going to be done earlier' Or anything. The lackadaisical attitude infuriated me. I get it you're not being paid any more to help out the customer but a little urgency or care would be nice. Pizza was good but overpriced. This is one of if not the oldest pizza place in TC. They make my favorite pizza in the world, but I fully admit I am completely biased. This is not a greasy thick overly filling pizza. It isn't a thin crust either. The crust is soft but firm and bubbles up nicely in the oven. Very standard toppings. I have never in my life experienced such terrible service. The people here were rude, condescending, and mean. You couldn't pay me to go back here. In the past month I've found myself ordering pizza from here often. You can buy a single slice and they're pretty close to where I live. It became a routine for me to buy a small pizza or a couple slices on my way home after running errands (i.e. bank, grocery shopping, etc.) Their pizza's not the best but also not the worst and for the money I was okay with that; Until today. Today I was refused service after the woman at the register would not accept my debit card. She claimed that my faded signature actually read see id and demanded I show her my license. I did not have my id on me, as my house is only a few blocks away and who in their right mind thinks they'll need a photo id to buy a slice of pizza. She was rude and condescending and was essentially insinuating the debit card was not mine. I thought about writing a review then and there but decided to go back with my id and try to reconcile what had just happened. I walked in calm and attempted to have a reasonable conversation with this woman when she began cutting me off saying do you want a slice a pizza. Every sentence I began she interrupted immediately to the point where I was speechless. After being yelled at and interrupted countless times by her I asked to speak to her manager. Eventually, she did, but I watched as they walked out together her whisper to him while he shook his head. He began the conversation already decided. He claimed I was arguing with him and that the back of my id could easily be mistaken to have read see id. The mistreatment I experienced left me dumbfounded to the point where I just walked out. I have worked behind a register at a food establishment for years and never once have I even checked for a signature let alone think I need to on a three dollar order. Crusted creations is where it is happening. Good price and would definitely choose them over any of the other Pizza joints around town. Their crust is thinner than most and doesn't end up being like cardboard and their sauce is incredibly tasty. I usually get Xtra sauce. And to top it all off they have several flavors of crust. Poppy seed, sesame seeds, butter, garlic, Cajun, and ranch for free. I haven't done it in awhile but they use to have the "badonkadonk" crust, which is all the flavors of crust listed above and it was delicious. I can't recommend them enough. read more

The salads are great as well. I love the chefs salad the most and they even take out all the stuff that I don't like in there for me. I love Crusted Creations, and have loved it for over twenty years. Their pizza is more of a New York style thin crust. It's delicious, and their ingredients are quality. The only thing that I think is horrible at this place are their chicken wings - rubbery and disgusting! Their subs are excellent! In fact, I asked them to make me a BLT sub - which isn't on the menu - and it was AMAZING! I think they might put it on the menu, but even if they don't, you can order it. Same price as the club sub. The employees are very nice, and seem to care about quality. Trust me on the BLT sub! Really, really good! read more
