DAMN GOOD PIZZA! I had seen an advertisement for this place on Facebook months ago before we even planned to visit family in TC. I'm so happy I remembered to check them out because it was bomb.com pizza. We did the Grand Pepperoni Pie and added Sausage. Pizza was great! We called the order in for pick up and they told us it would be at least an hour wait, which I expected because it was a Lions football Sunday so I'm sure they were super busy with orders. It was definitely worth the wait! The pizzas are HUGE! Really delicious and leftovers also reheat very well. Next time we're in traverse city, we will be sure to get Two Sons again. One thing worth noting, though, is that they told us they did not accept cash as payment so we did have to pay with card over the phone when we placed our order. Two Sons Pizza, tucked inside The Coin Slot, surprised the hell out of me. I've had a lot of pizza in Traverse City, but this might be the best yet. I ordered a custom pie (mushroom, sausage, bacon), their meatball pizza with added pepperoni, and the Pepperoni Grand. Every one of them was seriously impressive. Crust was crisp but chewy, sauce actually tasted fresh, and the toppings were balanced and flavorful--not just piled on for show. The meatballs especially hit different. It's low-key, no frills--just a little counter in an arcade bar--but they're doing it right. Great pizza, made with care. Definitely worth the stop. read more

Pizza Hut is literally better than this place. For being so pricey you think that they'd actually have a crust. It was all cheese and felt like I'm eating off a melted brick of it. Dropping a review as a tourist, this place was recommended to us by a couple locals that said it was good pizza. First, the size is huge. We (family of 9, 6 adults, 3 kids) ordered 3 pies, due to people wanting different types. We had PLENTY of leftovers. Second, we were a bit baffled. All 3 of the pies, none had cheese. Ill admit, there were literal sprinkles of mozzarella (less than a dime size on a piece of pepperoni and no more than 1-2 pieces of mozzarella per piece) and the only conclusion we could come up with was that because we ordered "custom" pizzas, we didn't select mozzarella as a topping (we figured it was like adding extra cheese) so we got none. Third, a little bummed that we ordered knots, 2 orders, but they only had one. It tastes like they used a whole bottle of garlic salt, which we liked, but others may not. Fourth, delivery was a bit of a mess. You order through door dash, and we specifically asked for a handoff at our room, because were staying at GWL, come to find out that they left it in the lobby, and anybody could have came and grabbed it. We never got notice from door dash until well after we grabbed it from the lobby. Door dash delivery was done by Two Sons, not an independent driver. Overall, for the price theres plenty to go around, but the hoodwink on cheese made us think twice next time. read more

Omg! We went in here (we're an older couple) and were blown away by the noise and we thought we'd better leave but we're adventurous and kept going. Way way way in the back if this "arcade" is a pizza kitchen. Very small. So we ordered and found a seat in the arcade. They brought out pizza to us and wow!! Amazing and we ordered fried zeppolis. This pizza was not good for several reasons. Ordered online, had the wife pick it up. It was ready when she arrived but it was already cold when she picked it up. Nothing to keep hot until picked up. The flavor was good, especially the crust but as stated in past reviews, too much heat, mushrooms were literally burnt. Sauce was like barely there and almost no cheese. The pizza here is almost perfect. We stopped here for lunch before heading to cherry festival downtown and I am VERY picky when it comes to pizza. The crust is just thin enough and the ingredients they use are great. My only thing is I'm not a sauce person and this just has a little too much for me but it's a good red sauce. We stopped in here because of the reviews we saw. We were very disappointed. The service was great! The guy at the counter was nice and provided great service. Cool vibe; it is an arcade with some great games! It also had a "beer garden" in the parking lot with outdoor seating. The food...was not good. I tried the meatball pizza and the pepperoni pizza. Neither one were very good. The pepperoni slice had a lot of pepperoni on it, but very little cheese. I did not like the flavors and the crust wasn't that good. I did takeout. If two people, think slice vs 20" pie, took two days to eat leftovers. Great big slices. Great flavor. Light on cheese and sauce, thin crust, which is Great. This place deserves more than 4 stars! They have amazing wood fired pizza with those delicious charred bubbles to enhance the flavor of the pie. The ingredients are fresh and flavorful and this pie won't leave you with a belly ache from all the grease and too much cheese. I've eaten here 5 times now and each time it's been fantastic.
