They charged me $47.99, I asked them if that bill was right they told me their was tax, I asked how much and they told me it was $3, I said that is only $39.99, they said to me, what are you complaining about everything is going up and we haven't gotten a raise. This was a Sunday night desperate for food order and it was this or Dominos. The pepperoni bread sticks were the saving grace here and I would recommend just getting those instead of the pizza. WOAH! Where to even start. First, the food is something you'd eat at a Sysco cafeteria. Zero flavor and watered down. Do not eat here. Second, the owners attitude needs an adjustment. Well what brought me here...everything closes at 9:00 seriously in a touristy town??? We went to another place walked in at 9:55 they close at 11:00, bartender tells us "you have to hurry kitchen closes in 5 minutes" so we found this place. So.... we called today at 6:30pm on November 11th (so your managers know) We ordered one order of cheese stick to be delivered literally a block away at silver spruce . We told them if they prefer we could pick them up instead. We were told they would be delivered to our location ( who repeatedly give them business) in 10 mins. 30 minutes later my husband calls to ask about our order. They put us on hold then hung up on us. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, YOUR TIME! I always support local business first and when I found this joint I was excited. I put in my order for delivery and though it took longer than most places to get delivered (40 minutes to an hour) I didn't mind because it was local. I received my order and though it was a simple one it was stilling missing 2 out of the 3 toppings, I shrugged it off as a simple mistake. Then as I go to enjoy the pizza there is a hair melted into the cheese, gross! My boyfriend called Dino's and the gentleman on the phone apologized and promised a full order coupon for next time. In the mail I received a coupon covering only 1/2 of my order. I called Dino's to speak with the owner Bill who argued with me because there was in no way hair could be in there pizza and especially because there were no notes on my order stated the issue. He argued with me and basically stated there was nothing he would do about it. I did not spend almost $50 to support a local business during a pandemic to have them treat their customers this way. We are hypercritical of any pizza not from Chicago. So when I say that this was a seriously tasty pizza, that should mean something about their food. He complimented my husband's shirt, gave us our food, and sent us on our way, feeling welcomed in a dark, quiet town that we've never been to before.
