Customer Service depends on who answers the phone. Last week I ordered a Toco pizza and even though it wasn't on the menu they were happy to make one for me. Not only that it turned out to be the best pizza I've ever had in Northern Michigan. But when I called to order another one today Ben answered the phone. Let me start with, it is Cherry Festival week in Traverse City - I get it, things are busy. However, I placed an order for delivery (less than 2 miles from the Acme location), was told it would be approximately an hour, again, Cherry Festival, I get it. I waited a hour and half past the time I placed the order, called to check, was told the ticket was no longer there which meant the delivery driver had it and was on the way. Over 2 hours past the time I placed the order, called again, placed on hold for over 10 minutes, called back, eventually spoke with a gentleman, who told me the person that took the order did not ring it up as delivery. Why was I told originally it would be an hour, called an 1.5 hours later, and told a delivery driver was on the way then? He then stated, he checked his whole store, and could not find the order, however, he did remember making it. Then, he had the audacity, to state, they were closed, but as a courtesy he would make the order again, and have it delivered. Let me get this straight, you are over 2 hours of not delivering on what you committed to, and you are doing me a courtesy by delivering me food over 2.5 hours later....? You have got to be kidding me! When I stated just that, he said, oh no, you mis understood me, I will get the order to you in 15 mintues. Yep, I mis-understood, "I'm doing you a courtesy". read more

Quality of pizza has not degraded like many other places over the years. Yes inflation has hit but if you want a good old fashioned hand made pizza then I recommend. Staff always helpful. I order remote, pay via Apple Pay, and have wife pickup on way past from Traverse City downtown. One of my favorites especially the deep dish with flavored crust! read more

Took 2 hours and 3 phones calls to deliver my pizza. It was a good pizza but it wasn't worth waiting 2 hours for it.

There pizza is decent. But we order because no competition on this side of town. The delivery the last two times has been almost 2hours. Not worth two hours wait time. I wouldn't order for delivery. read more

Visiting from Iowa. Ordered the all meat pizza and a Hawaiian pizza and a cheese pizza. Was not sure what to expect as the name of this restaurant was unknown to us. But they were very friendly even though they were only going to be open about 30 more minutes they took my order and delivered it to our hotel and it was very good pizza everyone loved it. read more

Their pizza is barely one step above store bought frozen pizza. The crust needs to be overhauled. The gal taking the order was not very friendly but the gal sweeping the floor was pleasant BUT please don't sweep the rug with a broom when we are trying to eat, yuck! Won't go there again. read more

This place is right next to the hotel I am staying at so I loved the convenience of just walking over there. They also deliver to the hotel rooms too. Very popular place, which is a good sign. Many people coming in for carry out orders. I decided to eat there and their dining room has many booths and fun art. Not much air flow so it felt a tiny bit stuffy but it didn't feel hot. Fast and friendly service. They sell whole pizzas and also pizza by the slice during certain hours. Large menu and vegetarian options too. I really enjoyed the House Special pizza, which was basically a meat lovers pizza. The Garden Salad was fresh and delicious, and came with my choice of dressing (and they had a lot of dressing choices). Very positive experience. read more

I wanted a quick easy dinner at my hotel after a day of traveling and was hoping there was a pizza place that would deliver and indeed there was a great place. My son wanted the Hawaiian deep dish which was great with me as that's my favorite. It was large and filling, we had leftovers the next night also after being on a day trip. Being in a hotel, paper plates were brought with the pizza which was great also. We thoroughly enjoyed the pizza. Well done thatsa pizza. read more

We called in for carry-out as we were staying at a local hotel. The girl manning the counter was very friendly and bagged up extra plates, napkins, utensils, and to-go packets of crushed red pepper and Parmesan cheese without even being asked once I mentioned we were at a hotel up the road! Pizza and breadsticks were really good! Their original crust is about a medium-thickness so if you like super thick crust- go with the deep dish. We will next time because there will be a next time!! We ordered 3 pizzas and 3 different salads to take to a family meal. Being visitors, it was our first experience with this place. The pizzas were all very good. The salad greens were fresh and we especially enjoyed the Eastside House salad with the nuts and cherries. There were there in my party. We got an extra large house special pizza and ate in. It was one of the best pizza I've had. Absolutely delicious! Ordered take-out from here today. Got my free birthday pizza, yay. B-day is this week. Ooray. You can get one for your birthday month if you're part of their rewards program. They've added a larger countertop to provide more space between the customer and the cashier, re: this covid-19 stuff. As my pizza was free, I twisted mom and dad's arm to get lunch here, too. Have you ever had a bacon, chicken, ranch pizza??? You must try! This pizza is a favorite of myself and my coworkers. We order at least once a week! Also, the sandwiches are delicious and they have a decent variety. I've never tried a smoothie but I think that's my next order add on. The staff is very friendly and helpful. EXCELLENT little Pizza joint! I had a calzone with Ham, Spinach & Roasted Red Peppers. It was a nice portion, hot, flavorful & delicious. I asked for a side if sauce & the host was friendly, kind, efficient & extreme accommodating. The phone would not stop ringing with take out orders. Impressed with the competency of the staff.
