Our all-meat pizza was terrific. Location was right next door to our hotel, which made it very convenient. Carol, the lady who took my order, went out of her way to make sure we had a good experience. If they were located in our area at home, I would be ordering from them all the time. read more

Customer Service depends on who answers the phone. Last week I ordered a Toco pizza and even though it wasn't on the menu they were happy to make one for me. Not only that it turned out to be the best pizza I've ever had in Northern Michigan. But when I called to order another one today Ben answered the phone. All I can say is that Ben wasn't interested in making one for me so I wasn't interested either. read more

Unpleasant on the phone for a carry out order and food was cold when arrived for the pickup. We were told to pick up in one hour but the food was made at least 30-40 minutes prior. read more

Pizza was really good. Cooked perfectly. Boneless wings were also good. Chicken ranch wrap was also good. The young lady taking orders was extremely nice, food came out quick. Nice little indoor eating spots. Also outdoor tables. Will be back. read more

Fast, friendly service and it was clean inside. Close to our hotel. The pizza was fine. Nothing knocked my socks off. It did its job. I'd eat here again. FYI. The parking lot is tiny. read more

Amazing and carol is always such a gem and hard working lovely human! Great pizza try the Idaho! So good

Took 2 hours and 3 phones calls to deliver my pizza. It was a good pizza but it wasn't worth waiting 2 hours for it.

Quality of pizza has not degraded like many other places over the years. Yes inflation has hit but if you want a good old fashioned hand made pizza then I recommend. Staff always helpful. I order remote, pay via Apple Pay, and have wife pickup on way past from Traverse City downtown. One of my favorites especially the deep dish with flavored crust! read more

There pizza is decent. But we order because no competition on this side of town. The delivery the last two times has been almost 2hours. Not worth two hours wait time. I wouldn't order for delivery. read more

Let me start with, it is Cherry Festival week in Traverse City - I get it, things are busy. However, I placed an order for delivery (less than 2 miles from the Acme location), was told it would be approximately an hour, again, Cherry Festival, I get it. I waited a hour and half past the time I placed the order, called to check, was told the ticket was no longer there which meant the delivery driver had it and was on the way. Over 2 hours past the time I placed the order, called again, placed on hold for over 10 minutes, called back, eventually spoke with a gentleman, who told me the person that took the order did not ring it up as delivery. Why was I told originally it would be an hour, called an 1.5 hours later, and told a delivery driver was on the way then? He then stated, he checked his whole store, and could not find the order, however, he did remember making it. Then, he had the audacity, to state, they were closed, but as a courtesy he would make the order again, and have it delivered. Let me get this straight, you are over 2 hours of not delivering on what you committed to, and you are doing me a courtesy by delivering me food over 2.5 hours later....? You have got to be kidding me! When I stated just that, he said, oh no, you mis understood me, I will get the order to you in 15 mintues. Yep, I mis-understood, "I'm doing you a courtesy". read more

Really strong pizza if you're staying at the grand Traverse resort this is a great place to order carryout from. Their pizzas are fresh and delicious with plentiful toppings, and a delicious crust. read more

This place is right next to the hotel I am staying at so I loved the convenience of just walking over there. They also deliver to the hotel rooms too. Very popular place, which is a good sign. Many people coming in for carry out orders. I decided to eat there and their dining room has many booths and fun art. Not much air flow so it felt a tiny bit stuffy but it didn't feel hot. Fast and friendly service. They sell whole pizzas and also pizza by the slice during certain hours. Large menu and vegetarian options too. I really enjoyed the House Special pizza, which was basically a meat lovers pizza. The Garden Salad was fresh and delicious, and came with my choice of dressing (and they had a lot of dressing choices). Very positive experience. read more

Visiting from Iowa. Ordered the all meat pizza and a Hawaiian pizza and a cheese pizza. Was not sure what to expect as the name of this restaurant was unknown to us. But they were very friendly even though they were only going to be open about 30 more minutes they took my order and delivered it to our hotel and it was very good pizza everyone loved it. read more

Their pizza is barely one step above store bought frozen pizza. The crust needs to be overhauled. The gal taking the order was not very friendly but the gal sweeping the floor was pleasant BUT please don't sweep the rug with a broom when we are trying to eat, yuck! Won't go there again. read more

Great pizza and super nice, helpful staff! We went in person and placed an order for takeout. We went in toward closing and they were still able to accommodate our big party! We're very appreciative! read more

This was a very small and friendly place to eat. The pizza was amazing and the wings where perfect. Not expensive in anyway read more

I wanted a quick easy dinner at my hotel after a day of traveling and was hoping there was a pizza place that would deliver and indeed there was a great place. My son wanted the Hawaiian deep dish which was great with me as that's my favorite. It was large and filling, we had leftovers the next night also after being on a day trip. Being in a hotel, paper plates were brought with the pizza which was great also. We thoroughly enjoyed the pizza. Well done thatsa pizza. read more

Tasty pizza and the delivery was so quick! Definitely will be calling in an order to go the next time I'm in town.

Fast delivery and great pizza! I ordered their cauliflower crust pizza and it was really good and had no stomach issues after eating it. Absolutely recommend eating here! read more

We were in from out of town and this pizza was absolutely delicious. We got pepperoni and onion. The crust was not super thick or thin. It was just right. Will definitely go back - have to say it's the closest thing to pizza on the beach besides being in San Clemente, CA. read more

Good pizza'. The thin crust was thicker than we like. (We get cracker thin usually) but there was a good crowd. The owner stopped by a few times. That says a lot read more

Great pizza. Our whole family loves the pizza here. It's one of the few places that we can all agree on. We love that they are a local business. We really love the pepperoni and sausage pizza and my daughter loves the cheese pizza. read more

I forgot to take a picture of the food but it was very good. The pizza was a bit greasier than I expected but not terribly. The wings were probably the best wings from a pizza place I've had. The breadsticks were also very good. I called to place the order and the service was quick, they had the order ready a few minutes early too. I did not dine in so I cannot speak for the in restaurant appearance. read more

We called in for carry-out as we were staying at a local hotel. The girl manning the counter was very friendly and bagged up extra plates, napkins, utensils, and to-go packets of crushed red pepper and Parmesan cheese without even being asked once I mentioned we were at a hotel up the road! Pizza and breadsticks were really good! Their original crust is about a medium-thickness so if you like super thick crust- go with the deep dish. We will next time because there will be a next time!! We didn't dine in but the tables were clean and open. Super friendly place and I'd absolutely recommend it for those looking for some pizza in the Traverse City area! read more

Nice thin crust with plenty of cheese and fresh veggies. Polite staff and fast service. Zero ambiance in doors so take out recommended to park across the street read more

I save my 5 star pizza rating for the best authentic Italian style pizzas. This one is not that, but was excellent!

Really good pizza and you can get it anyway you want. Good service. The Acme store could use some updates to the inside and especially to the drive in entrance. To tight for two vehicles at once. read more

In my opinion this is some of the best pizza around the Grand Traverse area. They always have the best service and questionable smells. I really love their pizza and recommend them to all of my friends. Keep up the great work! read more

We ordered 3 pizzas and 3 different salads to take to a family meal. Being visitors, it was our first experience with this place. The pizzas were all very good. The salad greens were fresh and we especially enjoyed the Eastside House salad with the nuts and cherries. On future visits to Traverse City, I would be happy to try more from this restaurant. read more

I really liked the pizza we purchased from here. Was really good and fresh. The options they have for pizza is very unique. Haven't heard of some of the names before. But will be back to try. This was a pretty busy place. Small building but we'll kept. Time was about 30mins total to make and pick up. Being that it was close to my hotel was a plus also. We ordered pizza made it an half and half. Pricing was decent also. read more

Ordered take-out from here today. Got my free birthday pizza, yay. B-day is this week. Ooray. You can get one for your birthday month if you're part of their rewards program. They've added a larger countertop to provide more space between the customer and the cashier, re: this covid-19 stuff. As my pizza was free, I twisted mom and dad's arm to get lunch here, too. It wasn't hard. Mom had a half a Greek salad, while dad had sausage and pepperoni pizza. Mine had black olives and fresh shrooms, yummy. read more

There were there in my party. We got an extra large house special pizza and ate in. It was one of the best pizza I've had. Absolutely delicious! Crust was slightly crispy on the outside and doughy like a great loaf of bread on the inside. The pizza was hot out of the oven when it came to our table. Great experience. read more

I have had frozen pizza better than this. Ordered medium pepperoni, fresh mushrooms, and banana peppers. Barely one pepperoni per slice and very few of the other toppings. Asked for garlic butter crust, non existent. read more

Great pizza, salad and service. We took out so I can't speak to the ambiance. We're new to town and will frequent this spot.

Friendly staff. Got a calzone and gluten free pizza. Both were good but nothing amazing.

We were staying at the Turtle Creek hotel and ordered a pizza from this restaurant. The lady who answered the phone was very friendly and the pizza was delivered to our room very quickly. The pizza was fabulous. They sent plates and napkins with the order. We would order from this restaurant every time we come to Traverse City. read more

If our night was the Titanic, this pizza place was the door. The chicken bacon ranch pizza hit the spot. It took a fast ten minutes to cook, and only a few more to chow down. We left with full bellies and happy hearts. It's a hole in the wall, non chain, unique, yummy pizza spot. read more

Have you ever had a bacon, chicken, ranch pizza??? You must try! This pizza is a favorite of myself and my coworkers. We order at least once a week! Also, the sandwiches are delicious and they have a decent variety. I've never tried a smoothie but I think that's my next order add on. The staff is very friendly and helpful. For being a little pricey they put in the extra live and attention to detail you would and want to expect. read more

EXCELLENT little Pizza joint! I had a calzone with Ham, Spinach & Roasted Red Peppers. It was a nice portion, hot, flavorful & delicious. I asked for a side if sauce & the host was friendly, kind, efficient & extreme accommodating. The phone would not stop ringing with take out orders. Impressed with the competency of the staff. They were bustling about in the kitchen getting the orders out quickly. I LOVED their pizza sauce! Really savory. A rich tomatoey sauce. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED! read more
