They quoted between 10 to 11 AM, but they were finished way ahead of schedule. I found out about That's The Move from a second-hand furniture store, as they were one of their preferred moving vendors. Oliver and Logan were absolutely great and for many reasons, but below are two. 1. The manager of the former storage unit I utilized refused the previous moving team from coming onsite of the facility, he wanted to see their vehicle insurance and workers comp insurance, and unfortunately the team needed to update their paperwork, as they've never been asked about paperwork before, so with this in mind, I gave Oliver and Logan a heads up about this matter. They ended up calling the storage unit manager, had a conversation, and there was no issue having them onsite to obtain my belongings. Really above and beyond, and that proactive action avoided a second time wasting disaster. 2. When Oliver and Logan were moving my belongings into my place (2nd floor by the way, no elevator), I had laid two tarps down for the dusty storage items, I honestly didn't know if those were enough, but these guys were able to Tetris fit all my stuff onto these tarps and I was both shocked and grateful. I would use this team again, they were professional, they actually followed up, and handled my stuff with care. If you're moving call That's The Move! And that's it.
