He even brought out some salsa macha to pair with my fish and quesadilla, which was a great touch and added amazing flavor. The food itself was outstanding--the fish was easily 5 stars, and the sopas and shrimp quesadilla were just as impressive. Everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and made with care. There's so much on the menu that I already know I'll be back again (probably tomorrow) to try more. If you're looking for great food and even better service, this spot is absolutely worth checking out.

We parked in a nearby lot and were able to walk up and make our purchase. We brought our pizza back to one of the nearby tables. It was near closing time and pretty dark. We were quite hungry and dug in quickly. We got the Basta pizza and it was fantastic! The bison was such a unique topping and paired so well with the flavors - it was one of our first times trying nduja and we loved it. The honey made for such a pleasant aftertaste as well. We scarfed it down quickly - it was all so delicious! Definitely check this place out on your next visit to Fredericksburg!

The inside seems to be a bit of a mess with many random boxes lying around. The menu was looking great especially the drink section, however we were told that because of a rush the previous day a few food items were not available. We got the "hey bob!" Pizza which was alright we also got a choose your own pizza with just pepperoni and sausage which our group preferred. The service was good, our server was able to answer all of our questions and took our three person group order without writing it down and everything came out correct.( very impressive)Overall the experience was okay I would just change my order for next time I visit.

The p/u time was in 24 minutes but it was ready in more like 30 min. It was busy with about 3 sets of people ahead of me even though I was only picking up. The one gentleman was taking orders at the window & handing out pickups. I don't know who was cooking the food but I imagine one other person was preparing in the kitchen? I took the roll home & split it in half to see the contents. I measured the roll just for reference. I'll say that the uploaded, advertised photos make it seem larger & overflowing with lobster meat but that wasn't the case, IMO. The roll is about 5" wide and maybe 2" tall. It's flavorful with the garlic butter & soft roll but for $24+ tax, don't know if I'd spend that much again?
