Very OK Thai.. The ambience was good but the service was slow. The food was mediocre. It had Thai flavors but lacked authenticity. We had Pad Thai with chicken and there were no vegetables and the chicken was chewy. The shrimp rolls and calamari met expectations. The garlic chicken could have been more garlicy and the Tum Yum Soup lacked the depth of flavor in the broth. I'm hard on this review because I think they have the potential to be better. read more

So we decided to make a trip to Celebration and we weren't disappointed! Very lively community and beautiful downtown area, we came across Thai Thani, since we have started getting into Thai food we decided to stop by! Walked in and automatically were pleasantly pleased by the decor! We were seated in a booth, and the server Mai, came over and took care of us. Since we have gone meatless we skim right over to the seafood spot! She got the Pad Thai with Shrimp and the Woonsen Noodles(which are skinnier Glass Noodles) and I got the Bai Kapow with Shrimp as well with the level 3 of heat! The food didn't take long to come out and the presentation of the food was great and portion wise was enough to take home for another snack after you filled yourself up! This is my go to spot for dinner in Celebration. Large restaurant but we usually sit outside because we bring our dog. Mr. Sam is the best. He always checks on us and makes sure our food was good even if he's not our waiter. Usually always have a great experience and it's always consistent. Leaving the Disney area at rush hour led to an unexpected detour (to avoid the gridlock) to downtown Celebration. A quaint little town with many choices of restaurants and al fresco dining. Outdoor seating is important to us, we enjoy being outdoors and enjoying the wonderful Florida weather. The restaurant was immaculate, beautifully decorated, the service prompt and courteous. We shared two main dishes and both were very good, there was enough left over to bring home as well. The Chicken Phad Tai was good as was the Ginger Vegetable dish. Not a bad place to get Thai Food from in Celebration. We were there for my mother-in-law's 70th birthday dinner and had an okay experience. It was weird looking for parking and am not sure if they offer parking closer in the area. There was barely anyone there though I don't know if that was a COVID issue of people not eating out, or if this restaurant just isn't that popular. We had a whole section in the back to ourself. The tables were sort of strange where we had to crouch down to get to them. Maybe this is authentic but I wasn't really a fan of doing this. Service was fairly slow for the few people that were in the restaurant but we eventually got the food and it was all pretty decent. Nothing that would cause me to bookmark Thai Thani for my next trip to Orlando, but I wouldn't be opposed to eating here again. I didn't like the Thai Ice Tea at all though. I would not get that again. I'd probably check out other dining options in the area before returning. read more

Went today and got pad soon sen with shrimp 4 stars and crab Rangoon a to go. The crab Rangoon were clearly homemade and fantastic! The pad soon sen had jumbo shrimp, and was very fresh and flavorful. The only thing keeping this from a 5 star review was that there was no spice what so ever. They offered to have me come and get another which was very nice I just didn't have the time. Spoke with the owner for a bit when i was there ordering and she is an Awesome woman! Been here a few times now, and same experience each time. Pretty good service and food. I like that there is a Thai option in the downtown Celebration area. Parking can be a challenge as there is no dedicated parking lot - street parking and a small lot behind it, but it is open to all public parking. Be prepared to street park and start walking. It's a very clean and nice area where you can eat and then walk around the lake to burn off some of those calories you just inhaled! Thai Iced coffee and pad see ew with beef are winners for me. We also got the yellow curry with chicken which came with rice. Both entrees were good and plenty of food to share between the two of us. We took some home as well. Plenty of seating with an indoor bar, booths and tables inside with dim lighting and then they have some tables outside as well. If you're able to make it over there during lunch, I recommend that over dinner. They have lunch specials with good prices for pretty much the same amount of food. read more

My first delivery order with Thai Thani didn't go smoothly. I was not happy with the portions for the price i paid. Upon hearing of my issues the manager then the owner reached out to me to fix my order. Talk about excellent customer service!! I ordered delivery on uber eats around 8 pm. Uber eats prices are higher than going into the restaurant, maybe go in for dining to get more bang for your bucks. Som Tum had a really good flavor, usually som Tum is very Americanized and I always have to edit my order to add shrimp paste but this one had no need for it. With som Tum the more spicy it is, the more delicious it is and this one at Thai Thani did not disappoint. Now if you never had laab with duck you are completely missing out!! This one was a little different then I'm use to, more of a yum and laab mix but none the less absolutely delicious!!! One of my all time faves and another dish Thai Thani nailed for me. There's a spicy sauce I love that has toasted rice in it and this reminded me of it. If you do try laab duck..... I would ask them to slice the duck into smaller pieces that way the flavor is more of an impact in every bite because it's so good!! Thom jeed was also very flavorful. Try this soup over the others and you will not be disappointed. So onto the sticky rice. Here the sticky rice is a jasmine sticky rice and not the traditional glutinous sticky rice. I had an issue with this being I'm Laos and make this everyday. The owner addressed this situation, was completely understanding and even sent out more rice and food for us. because of this amazing customer service this restaurant gets 5 stars. Wow. I can't even express what a wonderful experience this was. I don't even leave reviews that often, but I had to after the experience I had here. From the moment I stepped in, I was immediately greeted and made to feel welcomed. The staff offered suburb service, everyone we encountered was so nice, professional, and personable. We even commented to the owner or manager how much we enjoyed our time and he shared he wants everyone to feel like they are in Thailand. Visited this place for the first time and I will definitely be going back. It was picked due to location since I had friends staying in Kissimmee and boy were we pleased with the food, and the spiciness. The medium hot was perfect for three of us and one had it hot, which he said was excellent too. Two of us had Pad Thai, which if they can't get right, should never be visited again but no worries, it was super tasty and given in a nice portion. Today we chose to order online and pick up rather than eating in. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Staff were all correctly wearing masks except for the man I assume was the manager who was maskless. There was an issue with my order not being ready at the time quoted online but they were very apologetic, and repeatedly checked on me and offered drinks. The food as always was wonderful. My husband said they are the best wings he's ever eaten and the man has eaten his weight in wings a few times over‍. The curry puffs are flaky and filled generously, they come with a sweet vinegar sauce that's delicious. The Panang curry was heavy on the meat and vegetables and had a great flavor. The chicken fried rice which was snagged before I could photograph it was fabulous, tender, not greasy, not too dry and seasoned well. This was our first visit to Thai Thani in Celebration, FL. It was around 6pm. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean and advised us of their Covid precautions and how they use bleach to sanitize the tables. We ordered the Thai tea to start out. Always delicious! We ordered Pad Thai, a chicken and shrimp dish with a chili sauce and a spicy chicken. The chicken and shrimp dish was ok. The sauce was runny and ok. My niece liked the spicy chicken dish which tasted like a spicy sweet and sour sauce. But tasted pretty good. My wife and daughter had the Pad Thai chicken. They both complained the flavor was very blah/bland. I tasted it and I agreed. Flavor was missing. Coming from Boise, Idaho, we expected to be "wowed" by another Thai restaurant. I have to say the Thai restaurants in Idaho were much better. For what we paid, we expected much better quality and hopefully a great "wow" factor. Just so so. Service was good. But the restaurant was very slow. A lot of the other restaurants in Celebration were pretty busy. I can't say business was slow due to location, reputation or maybe both. Why 3 stars? Non-existent service. I literally had to get out of my seat to ask to order, ask for the spice rack which I asked for when I ordered, ask for a drink refill, and even to close my bill. The waitress was way off in the front side of the restaurant surfing Facebook and was nowhere within eyeshot of all the patrons of the restaurant and frankly couldn't look less interested to be there and be bothered by customers. There were children sleeping in their seats and literally no one was being helped or attended to It's a real shame because The Thai Thani Restaurant has amazing authentic decor, large portion sizes, our pad Thai dish was pretty tasty, and this restaurant is located close to all the Disney resorts in the an adorable town created by Disney called Celebration which really has a old school Disney feel to it and is very Nice and walkable. We might be back, even though Service was not so great, because the portion sizes were enough for 2 meals ! read more

Unfortunately, I can't even comment on the food so this review is purely on my experience with the hostess. Hubby and I walked in around 8:30pm and stood in front of the hostess podium for about 5 -10 minutes before being acknowledged by the hostess. Once the hostess saw us, she walked over and told us to "hold on just a moment" and walked away. She didn't ask us how many were in our party or notify us of a wait time. We waited another 5-10 minutes before deciding to walk out of the place. I would've waited for the hostess to come back but we were the only customers waiting to be seated the entire 15-20 or so minutes we were there. Decided to walk around the lake in celebration when I happened onto this place so I ordered from my car... I got chicken pad Thai which was unfortunately a bit dry for me... They didn't have any fish sauce or any sauce of any type... And unfortunately the chai tea was Super sweet so I came home and made some chai tea I let it cool and then I added the sweet chai tea to it and it was absolutely delicious. Aliza and her husband was so nice and friendly. They are currently open. The decor was very gorgeous and there were so many things to keep my daughter entertained. We started off with the sampler my daughter loved the cream cheese wonton, eggs rolls and chicken satay. We had the pad see ew chicken, combo fried rice and duck jacuzzi.
