The slightly sweet, malty Guinness oil was so good that we found ourselves reaching for just one more piece of bread several times. For our entrees, we ordered the Braised Be Beef and the Chicken Pie. The Braised Be Beef features slow-cooked beef short ribs served over creamy mashed potatoes with roasted broccolini, carrots, sugar snap peas, and a red wine reduction. The beef was incredibly tender and easily fell apart with a fork. The Chicken Pie was another standout. The flaky pastry enclosed a creamy filling of chicken, wild mushrooms, leeks, and a white wine cream sauce. To drink, we ordered a Guinness along with the Berry UnIrish, a nonalcoholic blend of blueberries, fresh lemon juice, San Pellegrino, and honey. The Berry UnIrish was refreshingly sweet and a great option if you're looking for something without alcohol. The Guinness, of course, paired perfectly with the hearty Irish fare. We were on vacation, having a great time at Disney, laughing and enjoying each other's company. What we were not was intoxicated. The situation escalated when one of our friends was accused of being drunk and our entire party of 10 was asked to leave. The problem is that she wasn't intoxicated at all. What makes this especially troubling is that our friend has worked incredibly hard to maintain her sobriety and recently celebrated 12 months alcohol-free through AA. To be publicly accused of being drunk after reaching such a significant milestone was humiliating, heartbreaking, and completely unnecessary. When we brought our concerns to the General Manager, Scott, we expected leadership. We expected someone who would take a moment to assess the situation, listen to both sides, and use his own judgment. Instead, he simply stated that he trusted his employees and made no effort to independently evaluate what had happened. A manager's job isn't to blindly accept accusations. A manager's job is to gather facts, assess the situation, and make informed decisions. In this case, Scott failed to do that. As a result, the restaurant lost a party of 10 customers. More importantly, they deeply hurt someone who has spent the last year fighting for her sobriety. That's the part of this experience we won't forget. Everyone makes mistakes. Great restaurants acknowledge them, learn from them, and treat people with dignity. Unfortunately, this experience was defined by assumptions, poor judgment, and a complete lack of empathy from both the staff and management.

My friend got the slushy premade margarita and she mentioned it was hard to drink. Tasty but the icee made it hard to drink. We sat on the dock side and heard and saw a back/side view of the band playing from across the way. We had a great view of the volcanos erupting from the restaurant across the way. It was great weather making it a great night for margaritas on the dock. The price came out around $20 per drink. I took a star off because the bartender wasn't friendly. When asked what's the most popular margaritas her answer was "they are all good" she seemed upset because we didn't know what wanted and had questions.
