Had the most amazing stir fried flat noodles in Lad Nar. The refreshing taste of young ginger in Pao Khing was a bliss for my taste buds. Loved the food. Service was a little laid back but the ambiance was warm and welcoming.

My meal at Thai Thai 2 totally hit the spot. We were walking the cold Main Street of Bethlehem and stumbled upon this cozy Thai spot. The ambiance was very nice, warm and cozy with perfect lighting. The service was nothing to write home about but the food was great. I enjoyed my meal, it was a good deal and I would go back.

This place is a cozy and comfy Thai restaurant. Nice building and decoration. with offer outdoor seating during summer time. There are many signature and popular Thai food selections from appetizers, main courses and desserts on menu such as Curry puff, Spring rolls, Satay, Pad Thai, Tom Yum, Drunken Noodle, Panang curry, Mango with sticky rice, and Thai tea drink etc. Also they have various choices for vegetarian. Thai Thai II is authentic Thai food style, that is quite formal and good place for meeting/party with family or friend especially for special occasion. Food is as good as standard. Also the service is warm, friendly and fast. It is located on Main St. Bethlehem, PA in tourist and business downtown area. It is convenient location and a lot of parking spots available both garages and meters near by.

The vibes are immaculate. Great for a date night with moody low lighting, clean minimal and eye catching decor, kind and attentive wait staff and THE FOOD IS PHENOMENAL.

First time coming here and it was quite the night. Ambulance, road blocks, it was crazy but we made it. It's located in a nice area and lots of people walking around, carriages, good Friday night. They had an interesting entrance where you zig zag a bit to get in, but nice little restaurant. It was a cold rainy night, so it's a good night for something spicy and warm. My boyfriend loves panang curry, so that's what he got. I wanted to try something different and got the Thai Thai Chicken with coconut rice. I was a bit nervous about trying something new, but it came as a surprise. It wasn't bad at all. Crispy on the outside and thankfully not dry in the inside. It was nice to pair it with coconut rice, but I gave it to my boyfriend since he liked it very much. My dish wasn't anything too special, it's like fried chicken and you dip it in a sweet and sour chili sauce. The panang curry was decent and of course, he finished it.

I visited this establishment with a large group to celebrate a friend's birthday. The parking on Main Street is limited, so we used nearby metered street parking. We visited on a weekend evening and did not make reservations. It was busy but we were seated within 15 minutes. The interior design uses intricate statues and beautiful cultural artwork. I loved how the dim lighting and dark color scheme created a cozy dining experience. For starters, the table ordered curry puffs, Thai dumplings, and Thai chicken lettuce wraps. The curry puffs were savory and filling, the dumplings had a generous amount of meat, and the lettuce wraps were light. For my entrée, I ordered the chicken pad Thai. The dish was not overly sweet and the noodles were perfectly cooked. However, I found that the chicken was a bit dry and the dish was not spicy enough for my liking. I asked the waitress for a side of dry pepper flakes which added a nice heat. I also mentioned that we were celebrating a friend's birthday. She later surprised the birthday girl with a surprise dessert, which was ice cream with artwork. It was an amazing creative that made her night. Overall, I enjoyed my experience here and highly suggest it for a special event.

Really good! The curry puffs were doughy and delicious. Cream cheese Rangoon and spring rolls were also very good. I had the yellow curry tofu, the portion was definitely too small, but the flavor was delicious. It's also BYOB if that matters lol.

The food SLAPS! The duck curry was wonderful. Thai Thai chicken - I was a little nervous but wow. Crispy outside but very juicy meat inside. The rice is coconut rice which was awesome and the papaya salad wasn't bad. Drunken noodles - yum. Great tasting just not a huge portion Thai ice tea - wish there a little more milk/half&half as mine was a little strong but solid. WRONG PRICING ON ONLINE MENU!! Overall fantastic food. Very understaffed so prepare for longer waits. Major downfall was their Thai ice tea pricing online (scanned menu) is wrong and staff said it was wrong for the past 2 years. Doesn't seem fair if you ask customers to scan your menu and not let them know the prices they are ordering are incorrect. All the food was wonderful. Outside and inside seating. You'll see me back for sure! Easy 5/5 Food: 5/5 Service: 4/5 Ambience: 4/5

Nice restaurant with outdoor seating so you can enjoy watching the action on Main St. The food was good, flavorful and spicy! The service was excellent, very attentive server.

I'm from New York, and my sister moved to Pennsylvania, so she introduced me to this spot. Now every single time I visit her, I somehow end up right back here because the food is just that good. They used to have a second location that closed, but honestly, it doesn't even matter because this one was always my favorite, the food here is on another level. We always start with the Brussels sprouts, the fried green tomatoes, or the hush puppies. You simply cannot go wrong with any of them. The appetizers are always hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. And then there's the mac and cheese... absolutely to die for. Even the children's mac and cheese is ridiculously good. Creamy, cheesy, comforting, exactly how mac and cheese should be. Their salads deserve their own shoutout too. The goat cheese salad with pickled eggs is perfection, and the Caesar with cornbread croutons? Genius. It's the kind of detail you don't expect but end up craving every time you think about it. But of course, the real star of the entire place is the cornbread. Truly heavenly. They serve it warm, and the whipped butter melts right into it, it's honestly dangerous how good it is. I could eat the entire dish by myself without hesitation. The service is always great, quick, friendly, and welcoming. It's one of those places where the vibes feel just as good as the food tastes. On weekends, it does get packed, so making a reservation is probably a smart idea. All in all, I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. The food, the atmosphere, the consistency, everything hits. I will always come back whenever I'm in the area, and yes... mostly because the cornbread is truly that good.

We were seated right away in an open format atmosphere with the best balance of light and dark. The bar across from us looked fantastic. What we noticed right from the start is how well the staff works with and for each other to bring guests the best dining experience possible. Maddie was our server. She was kind, professional, patient, and knowledgable about both food and drink on a grand scale. Her recommendations were stellar. I had a refreshing gin and basil martini as well as their beef carpaccio, which was absolutely fantastic. My girlfriend started with their beef stew, which was thick and satisfying. It was so delicious, she almost canceled her entree to have more. She went with the home cooking route and indulged in their meatloaf with green beans and mashed potatoes. Although she loved that as well, half had to come home with her, which made for an excellent lunch the next day. I went with the raw of it all and got their spectacular tuna tartare with asparagus, radish, and rice. Usually, the tuna is cut into strips but this tremendous block of gorgeous fish knocked me out. Absolutely fantastic from presentation to flavor. For dessert, we got their brownie with ice cream and this was all upper level in taste and texture. I would be shocked if their ice cream hadn't been made in-house. We loved our first experience with Apollo and we look forward to our next visit, which is hopefully sooner than later.

We ordered the Caesar salad (phenomenal) The steak tartare, just divine perfection The waitress heard me talking about the sweat breads from the chicken dish (that I wasn't ordering, I'll explain shortly) and said the chef could do them as a side dish, DELICIOUS!!! My husband got the world's largest most delicious pork chop. Now, my meal. I ordered the halibut and recognized that perhaps it wasn't for me, but I ordered it it was my choice I wasn't going to send it back. Our waitress took note that I wasn't eating and told me that simply would not do and hustled to the kitchen to come out with the chicken dish, I was so appreciative of her noticing and accommodating this, truly, amazing service and that chicken was succulent beyond words! We also got 3 of the desserts, the seasonal eggnog bread pudding, the cinnamon raisin bread pudding which was insanely delicious as I personally am not a huge bread pudding fan but if every bread pudding was this? That would be my go to! And of course the butterscotch pudding which better never leave the menu because it is lick your plate delicious!!! Their farm-to-table approach means a rotating menu and selection of curated ingredients that make up stunning dishes. From appetizer to dessert (which sadly we didnt have room for) the menu is thoughtful and intentional. Starting with cocktails - the famous Sleigh Bells Ring (featured on the cover of Edible Magazine) was perfection. Not too sweet, warming and tart with the mescal and boozy cranberry sauce- and incredible concoction. The Dark Love Story was equally seductive with a vodka base and aperitif blend with red wine reduction. The thought they put into their menu doesnt just stop at food! We were torn between starters but the Tartare was our pick and an excellent one. The egg was golden, the capers crisp, and the truffle aoili was never overpowering. The housemade crisp chips were a welcome change from the often offered toast bites while still being an elevated dish. The potato crsted cod was served beautifully with a lobster broth poured table-aide and was accompanied by fresh clams, shrimp, and mussels- honestly not a critique to be found. The grilled Chipotle flank steak was cooked to perfection and the hen of the woods mushroom was a showstopper. All in all I struggled to not make a reservation for every night I was in town because it is a must to go back. The decor and staff arw welcoming and as thoughtful as the meals served with mushrooms present all throughout complimenting the Bolete name. 10/10 all around.

The Blood Orange Coconut Margarita. Bright, refreshing, like bottled sunshine. Already plotting how to recreate it at home. For my main, the halibut was absolutely perfect -- paired with tomato risotto and asparagus. The sweetness of the tomatoes and the bitterness of the asparagus played off each other beautifully, with the fish right in the middle holding it all together. Thoughtful, balanced plating.
