I popped online and ordered like 30lbs of food for under $75. It was correct, made fresh, and ready on time! Pricing is right, too, as the entrees are pretty hefty. I stand by my last review. BEST. CHINESE. TAKEOUT. SPOT. Our order last night included: rangoons, vegetable rolls, egg drop soup, sesame chicken, orange chicken, mongolian beef, fried rice, white rice and lo mein. Perfection. Oh, and they threw in some free fried donuts with our order! Lots and lots of leftovers. My only qualm with Long Xing's is they don't deliver and its not really a 'eat in' type of spot. I tried Natta Thai Food for the first time. I had Panang curry, which was fantastic. It had a very…read morenice spice level, but the spice didn't overpower the other flavors like the basil. I would highly recommend it. I'm mainly posting to help people with the logistics, since I didn't know what to expect before I went there. They apparently set up shop at the corner of Edgewood Road and Ellis Road most of the time. I'm terrible with cardinal directions, but I think they were parked on the NW corner. There's a decent sized gravel area right next to where the truck parks. So, there's plenty of space for you to park your car. When you order, they ask what kind of car you're in, and they bring the food out to your car. I did my best to get pictures of the whole menu. In my opinion, the food was more like what I would expect from a sit-down restaurant than a typical food truck. What I mean by that is that I generally expect food trucks to have slightly smaller portions, considerably smaller menus, and quirky menu items. As you'll see from the attached pictures, Natta Thai has a pretty big menu for a food truck. The portion sizes and prices are more commensurate with a sit-down restaurant too, and the menu items seemed pretty traditional to me (although I'm far from an expert). A quick word about spice level: When I ordered my food, they didn't ask me what level of spice I wanted. Most places in Cedar Rapids do, but other places I have lived generally don't. Basically, you'll want to know that green curry is spicier than yellow curry, or whatever. Obviously, you can also look at the pepper icons on the menu, or ask the staff.
