I live so close to this place but never tried them until today. We were seated quickly, and the waitress was very attentive throughout the whole meal. I ordered the vegetable roll, thai iced coffee, and thai salad. The vegetable rolls and coffee were great, but the salad was kind of lacking. The variety was nice though, and there are a few things on the menu suitable for vegans and vegetarians. I'll definitely be back regularly! read more

My review is based solely on lunch as I've never actually been here for dinner. It gets pretty crowded around lunch, so try to go a little early. The coconut soup & spring rolls are good. The pad thai is excellent - get it "thai hot" if you like things spicy. I've also had the spicy thai noodles with chicken - always great flavor. They have a few outdoor tables, which is awesome for when the weather is nice. The service is a little slow, so you have to know that going in and be prepared to be patient. Overall, a decent place for Conyers. As long as you're prepared for slow service, you'll enjoy some good food. read more

Wonderful location and local was charming. I ate outside with my cousin and our two dogs .. they were very gracious. The food is on point .. hadn't been able to find something as good as what I had in miami until I went here. I feel like I am batting 0 for 2 for Thai food in Conyers. Customer service was just okay. The food was just lacking in flavor. Thai food is usually very flavorful. I asked for the Neam Sod salad. Even after asking for more limes to squeeze in, it was not enough flavor. Also, the ground pork was very fatty, which I'm not accustomed to. I just don't know about the expectation of flavor here. New ownership. The food is not as good....way too much sugar on everything. The spring rolls used to be cooked on order and were crisp and delicious. They're now soggy and chewy. Must be made ahead of time and left sitting. The coconut chicken soup is still good (please don't start adding sugar to this). Would not recommend coming to this establishment. The service was nowhere near subpar and I was treated poorly throughout my time there. Not only was the service poor, but they messed up my order not once but TWICE! The manager was not helpful nor understanding when I discussed my allergies with certain foods. The food is good. However, the service need improvements. On two occasions I placed an online order and the order was not ready upon arrival. The first time I placed my order at 6:55pm and the order was confirmed at 7:05pm, I arrived at 8:00pm to pick up my order and found that the order had not been processed. Unfortunately I have to give a bad review. I've been coming here for years..... and now it looks like I will not be coming back. The past three times the service as been horrible. Last night the family and I went and waited 20 minutes for a server. We also asked that the table be wiped off when we were seated because food was all over it. We waited 20 minutes and finally got up and left. Tonight, giving them the benefit of the doubt we gave them another try before I wrote a bad review. (I've been coming here almost weekly for 10 years) Doing that math, I've spent thousands of dollars here. Tonight we were seated and weren't acknowledged again, even though the servers went to both tables beside us. We sat for 10 minutes and decided to leave. As we were leaving another customer said good idea guys, I waited 30 minutes for an order of spring rolls. So I suggest to anyone to go elsewhere for your Thai food cravings. Yikes... Just read that Thai Palace scored a 55/U on their most recent health inspection on 10/7/16. The 1st time (which was really the only time we ate here...) It wasn't very impressive; The flatware was dirty and there were a LOT of flies in the restaurant. I'd like to give the restaurant another try but, not until they improve upon their safety score. read more

It's not easy finding great food in and around conyers but at least there are choices. We come to the Thai palace for sushi and noodles. Everything is fine- servers are a little too quick. Had some basic nigiri, a thunder roll, and noodles w chicken and shrimp . Like I said it's fine- not great but better than many of the other choices. Do give them a try read more

I had never eaten Thai food and the server was very patient with my order. The spring rolls are delicious. I love the shrimp fried rice & look forward to trying more dishes. The 2 times that I've been there were during my lunch hour, it seemed that they did need more servers. The one girl was very good but seemed like she had too many tables to juggle. Absolute best Thai you will find anywhere. I have been going for years (like 10+) and have never been disappointed. Authentic, fresh, and delicious. The coconut tofu soup is just spicy enough. The Me Krob appetizer is sweet and crunchy, and the Pad Thai is excellent. The management is wonderful; they really want to please their customers. This restaurant is a hidden gem of Conyers. Staff is kind, respectful and efficient. The food is exceptional! My picky-eater son has found many favorites here. The traditional Thai fare is wonderful, not an item on the menu to be passed up. The sushi is wonderfully prepared-with delicious and beautiful results. Way overpriced for what you get- ordered the seafood tom yum soup and the vegetable soup- the vegetable soup was 5 dollars and looked like it was about 3 to 4 ounces with a total of about 6 1/2 slices of vegetables and the tom yum soup was about 6 to 8 ounces and had a few pieces of mushroom and 3 pieces of shrimp- and that's it, and cost 13.00$... Very disappointed. Service was unsmiling and harried, as though we were inconveniencing the wait staff. Food was less than impressive: the batter on the fried calamari was so thick it was more like squid tempura, and the tiny $9 bowl of crab soup was unseasoned.
