Everything had so much flavors and tasted very authentic! My favorite dish was the Papaya Salad Platter (laos style), Beef Drunken Noodle, Tom Yum Soup, and the Fried Pork Jerky. This is the only place in the valley that has the Papaya Salad Platter! So if you are craving that spicy papaya salad with all the fixings this place has it! Attractive, neat, calm environment. I had looked at the menu on line before going to expedite the ordering. Unfortunately, the chili chicken which my companion had planned to order was no longer on the menu. further, if he wanted chicken it had to be ground chicken and not chunks. He ordered the pad Thai with chicken which he found just OK. I ordered the ground pork with jasmine rice at a heat level of 2. It was very tasty. I would order it again. The service was attentive. I had tried this place out a few years ago and wasn't impressed but we heard that the original chef from Thai Food Corner is here now, so we had to go! If you're not familiar with Thai Food Corner, it was my favorite Thai restaurant in all of Arizona that's located in Mesa. They were known for serving many authentic Thai dishes and flavors that you wouldn't typically find in other Thai restaurants in the states. Since we were in the mood for a "lighter" meal than usual, we ordered moo ping, pork jerky, and the kao soi noodles with chicken, all to share. The moo ping was phenomenal as usual. Juicy, tender, sweet but not too sweet, and cooked to perfection. The pork jerky was okay, lacked a bit of seasoning for our preferences, but overall, not bad. The kao soi noodles were delightful, chock full of balanced flavors and textures, with plenty of noodles and protein. Bonus points for the curry not being too thick or too little. Overall, service was warm and friendly. The interior is cozy with limited seating inside and outside, about eight tables in total. I highly recommend trying out any of their dishes off the "specials" menu located on the wall if you're feeling adventurous and wanting to try something different. read more

We stopped by once we hear about new management. I ordered medium spicy and the fish dish I got was not spicy. I was afraid to get a hot level because when I was at the other restaurant the medium one was already hot for me. Next time I will order hot or Thai hot. I missed the special menu, listed in Thai, on the board. Again, next time I will read the board first. The food here is delicious. The Kao soi curry noodle is super tasty. If you're familiar with Thai Food Corner in Mesa, you will be excited to know that the talented chef is here, and she is bring a new menu for you to explore. We ordered Green papaya salad, Catfish salad with green mango and spicy sauce, grilled pork skewers with sticky rice--all delicious and full of Thai flavors! If you're not sure what to order, just ask the friendly service, they are more than happy to recommend their top selling items, or look out for special menu as some of unique dishes are only available at Thai On Demand. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor sitting area, while there are not many tables, so I recommend you to arrive a little earlier to grab your spot. The original Thai Food Corner chef is now here! If you're not familiar, Thai Food Corner was part of the rare 1% of Thai restaurants in Phoenix that served truly authentic, non-Americanized Thai dishes, including specialties that are hard to find anywhere in the states. Everything we ordered was excellent. This is the only spot in Arizona I've seen with Pla Duk Foo (crispy catfish salad), and the explosion of flavor from the mango and dressing took me right back to Thailand (Note: This dish is on the Thai menu on the wall and not on the English menu). The Ka Pao Kai Dao (Thai basil with ground meat of choice) was perfect just like Thailand - not drowned in sauce and topped with a sunny-side-up egg. The chef is also expanding the menu with desserts like Lod Chong coming soon. The space is cozy, with both indoor and outdoor seating, and service was excellent. read more

Stopped into this little Thai spot recently and had a really solid meal. I went with the Panang Curry, which had good flavor but a slightly different texture than I'm used to--it was more brothy and less coconut milk-forward. Still tasty, just not the thicker, creamier curry I personally prefer. If you like a lighter version, you'll probably love it. My friend ordered the Drunken Noodles and raved about them! The restaurant itself is small but welcoming, and the staff was incredibly kind with super fast service. It's clear they care about the food and the people they serve. The search for a decent Thai restaurant continues. My wife and I wanted to give this place a shot since we miss all the great Thai food we used to get in San Diego. Easily one of the worst Pad Thai I've ever had. Bland, zero tamarind flavor, vaguely tasted like spinach. Barely any chicken and the chicken itself was dry. Does not taste whatsoever like Pad Thai. I don't particularly enjoy writing negative reviews, especially about a small business, but I also don't think it's right to allow others to consider this place without knowing the food quality first. I hope they either fix their Pad Thai recipe or make room for a restaurant that knows how to make it. read more

Stopped in to Thai On Demand for dinner a few nights ago, with my sister and her boyfriend. We had not eaten here before, and wanted to give it a try. It was well worth the stop. It was a nice night, so we sat outside. The waiter came pretty quickly, brought us water, and offered to take our orders. We weren't quite ready yet, so he graciously gave us more time.  We settled on a fresh Spring Roll (with tofu),  a Green Curry (medium - with chicken), a Red Curry (hot -with tofu), and Tom Yum Thai Soup (medium - with chicken). Oh, and two Thai Iced Teas.  We enjoyed the Thai Iced Tea thoroughly. Nothing special, but just right for a warm summer evening.  Then came the grinds.   There was silence for a couple of minutes, because ... we all loved what we had ordered, no exceptions. I'll speak to the spring rolls first.  They were a treat! Something inside them had a sweetness to it, which we guessed was some sort of mint. And there was tofu throughout. Along with lettuce, carrot pieces and cucumber, they were bound by a layer of rice paper. It at first appeared much like all other fresh spring rolls, but it came with something extra! Next was my yellow curry, with tofu, and hot. It lived up to everything I had imagined. There was a nice mixture of red bell peppers, tofu, broccoli, bamboo shoots (I think), and more. I ate the whole thing. It was delicious, with a nice burn.  I can only convey the responses to the other two dishes. Both were with chicken, and both received accolades! They felt the spices were just right and the flavors were rich.  Overall, the food was great and the service was solid! I recommend you try it at least once! Wow! What a great find for take out Thai Food! We ordered Yellow Curry with Shrimp and Pad Key Mao with chicken. I was greeted with a big hello upon entering and the customer service was a great experience. I delivered the Yellow Curry to my daughter and she said her dish was exceptionally good, she would 100% order from them again. My Pad Key Mao with chicken medium heat, was exceptional in taste and the heat was on the lower scale of medium for me. The Ambiance is not a factor as they focus on pick up and delivery, although they did have a tiny quaint patio where you could dine. read more

My food was terrible. I threw it in the trashcan because I picked up and it was too far away before I tried it. Otherwise I would've taken it back. Ordered takeout and ate it on their cute patio area. There are about six tables in front of the place, otherwise it's takeout-only style. We saw maybe 8-10 different people pop in for takeout while we were there enjoying ours. It's tucked in the corner of the Fry's Marketplace parking lot, unassuming and lovely. It's right next to that Tavern Grille place and Yo Pauly's (which is also now on my list bc did you SEE the yelp reviews on that joint?). Ordered drunken noodles and chicken pad thai. I have been into this family owned Thai restaurant 3 times and it is not only authentic, very fairly priced, and tasty, they have earned the title of my "favorite Thai restaurant" here in Arizona. They cook with little to no sugar as well (SO PERFECT). Oh, and don't let the simple decorations fool you! Your not there for the interior design lessons I hope, Your there for some real Thai food. So prepare yourself for a real treat because I can assure you after living in Thailand for 12 years... This is a good place to eat and the food is amazing enough to curb any Thai food connoisseur's addiction for a while! Mouth and Stomach give two thumbs up!
