This is my favorite Thai restaurant around! I haven't had one thing there that I didn't like!! The service is great and quick! The Tom Yum soup extra spicy is my favorite!! Great thing to clear your sinuses out with this good ole Kentucky weather! I also really enjoy the drunken noodles! It is a must to visit if you are in the area! read more

Pad Thai was just a blob of noodles with tasteless colorless chicken. Had very little egg and peanuts. Had practically no vegetables in it. So disappointing :( read more

Visiting Georgetown for business, looking for some healthier choices..... the Pad Ginger was excellent. I broke down and had the spring rolls, those were also good, much enjoyed meal. Oh I also tried the Chai Tea iced, was very good as well. read more

I've heard great things about this place... until I tried it. The building was cute and easy to get to. Parking was a little difficult as they were busy. I ordered take-out over the phone it was very difficult to understand them. I picked up my order (drunken noodles) and they were HORRIBLE. Tasted like they sat in water for a week. Soggy and no taste. I ended up throwing it out, I couldn't even eat it. Call ahead to see if they are open, I hear they go back to Thailand once a year and are closed for months at a time. Definitely not a place I would recommend. read more

I've been wanting to try Thai Garden since I moved to Georgetown, but the one time I planned to go they were doing renovations. Now, they've reopened, so I stopped by for lunch. The place is cheerful, a cute yellow house with a pretty green interior. I was seated quickly even though the restaurant was full by the one woman who handled everything out front. She waited on all of the tables, bussed all of the tables and was the cashier. And yet, my order was taken quickly and my food came out quickly. I got the Basil Fried Rice with Shrimp - my favorite Thai dish. The spiciness was perfection. The shrimp were ample and a nice size. It was a large portion and I had more than enough to box up for a second lunch at home. It was some of the best food I've had in Georgetown - I'll be back. read more

My boss ordered lunch for us one day from this place. I was nervous about it as I had never had Thai food before. It was great! I've ordered it for myself since and requested it again for our next work lunch. read more

Great spot for Thai food in Georgetown. We have added this to a regular rotation of favorites. Pad woon sen is a favorite of the house.

I'm a big fan of Thai. There's just something about this location that makes my heart happy. Maybe it's the cute little yellow house that houses the restaurant. Maybe it's the kind employees? Maybe it's the fabulous food that is delivered from it. Whatever it is, it keeps me coming back. I recommend the sweet and sour chicken. read more

Now the first thing that made me give them 5 stars is the Thai tea most places that have it have no free refills where here they give u 3 free refills which is plenty in my opinion Next their food and service, Service: they are very good at watching for empty cups so u don't have to wait 10 minutes for a refills like other places and the food was amazing it wasn't too hot and wasn't too mild. I will personally be back soon read more

Favorite Thai restaurant! I've enjoyed everything I've had there from the Tom Yum soup, drunken noodles, pad Thai, red & yellow curry, fried rice, and pad cashew. I don't like tea but everyone tells me the tea here is also pretty good. I love it! read more

This place was nasty! I'm from Seattle, WA and have eaten pad Thai many times before and have never had anything this nasty!!! I even told the lady it was nasty and super sweet before I paid and she was like that's how it is here, I've worked at places where they make it even sweeter . WTH? She mentioned something about a pepper plate but that's not how u should receive pad Thai, they never even asked how spicy I would like it while taking my order, so I assumed that it would just be a little spicy, boy was I wrong! I will never ever go to this place or recommend it. Idk what kind of Thai food they make here but they are fooling these people to think that's what it should taste like! Disappointed and disgusting food, I took one bite and left the plate full of food!! DO NOT GO HERE, this is my true honest review. read more

Drunken noodles are my favorite. The price is great and it's enough food to feed me for 2 meals!! Best Thai restaurant I've found in the area read more

Very nice owner and chef!! Love the drunken and super noodle soooo very yummie!! So sad they will be closed for a month while they are in Thailand read more

Thai Garden - Cute little home like place - Thai Near Me - Georgetown, Kentucky

This is a "don't judge a book by its cover" place. The decor and outside doesn't look appealing from the road or from the front door but I was craving Thai food. I sat in my little corner while a mom tried to quiet her energetic child so she could come take our order. I order spring rolls and shrimp dumplings and Thom ka soup to start. They were fresh and hot and the spring rolls and dumplings were great. The soup left much to be desired... until I realized that they didn't add the curry. I asked for the spices and doctored it up myself and it was much better. Still not the best I've had but it hit the spot. Then we ordered chicken pad Thai and chicken skinny noodle and we asked for both to be Thai HOT! They didn't disappoint. I usually have to beg for places to believe me when I say I want it hot but they believed me and exceeded my expectations. I coughed and my nose ran and I smiled through some of the best flavor I've had in a while. The chicken isn't the best and the pad Thai doesn't have vegetables but it was still pad Thai. I learned that I love pad Thai more than skinny noodle because I love the sweetness of the noodles with the spice. The service was great and she managed to do it while also helping her daughter make up songs. Give it a try with an open mind that it's a small Thai place in a small town and tip well! We need places like this to stay open! read more

This is the best place in Georgetown! I use to go here almost everyday! The best thing to eat is the chicken pad Thai. The lady and gentleman that work here are super nice and depending how busy it is they can have your food out to you in just a few minutes. It is definitely a restaurant worth trying! read more

Wonderful little place! The beef salad, green curry and pad ginger we ordered were all delicious. Very prompt and courteous service. Great prices read more

Poor excuse for Pad Thai. Looks like noodles with greasy yellow sauce. I questioned if it was really Pad Thai. Was told yes. That is a joke. My husband is Thai and he agreed with me about the pad thai and complained that the sauce on his food was too watery. With that being said I've eaten at many many Thai restaurants and have never seen Pad Thai served this way. Also, we used to eat at this restaurant, but moved away. We just moved back. We were surprised that it was under the same ownership with the same cook. To top it all off our waitress was too busy hanging with her friends to provide any kind of service. We had to go to the table that SHE WAS SITTING AT to get anything. Even the check. Know that we were the ONLY CUSTOMERS that had. That is the last time I will waste money at this place. I will not go back. read more

Thai Garden - We just left here. I ordered Pad Thai. It was horrible. Basically noodles with a greasy yellow sauce. Nasty! Save your money - Thai Near Me - Georgetown, Kentucky

Best Asian food in Georgetown ! We've tried a variety of dishes and they are all great .

Does anyone know if this place does like a veggie or beef mild pad Thai? "I don't eat chicken or onions so I have been on a search for onion and chicken free pad Thai lol. Basically I want noodles and an egg (spring?) roll that doesn't have chicken or seafood. read more

I definitely wanted to make a more recent review on this place.. Nonetheless I was hesitant from some of the reviews but I really enjoyed the food here. The parking lot of the location is extremely small and hard to get in and out of somewhat (the only reason for the lack of 5 stars). I walked in shortly after opening at 11:05ish, was greeted quickly and friendly. I placed an order to go. Food was made quickly and very delicious! I ordered the drunken noodles and red curry. They ask how spicy you want your curry, I told them hot. The spice of the curry isn't as hot as an Indian curry would be and I've had spicier curries at other Thai places before so the heat level was a little weaker in my opinion but had a delicious flavor and a nice small kick to it. The drunken noodles were very delicious. Sticky type of texture but I'm assuming that's how most pad Thai or Thai noodle dishes are. I don't have texture issues so no bother to me. Other than that, I enjoyed this place and would definitely come back. read more

So glad to have this place in Georgetown! The drunken noodles are delicious. I really liked the yellow curry, and my kids agreed and loved the Angel noodles. The vegetable soup with chicken is good for a person with bland taste like my mom. I've only tried a few things but I can't wait to try more! For $8.99 it's a lot of food! read more

My husband and I simply love this place. The mango fried rice, pineapple fried rice and drunken noodles are amazing and our absolute favorites! Very friendly staff and overall great food! read more

Amazing food! Thai Garden is a real Georgetown treasure. Everything my family has ever gotten here is absolutely delicious.

Seats 32 people in the little yellow house. Language barriers exist (as a previous reviewer stated) so what? The drunken noodles were pretty good. Medium was not hot enough...might want to go a little hotter...quite a score for Georgetown Kentucky...if you like food from the Asian persuasion...this is a must for you. read more

Cute little place. Drunken noodles are the best. Sometimes the service is a little slow but very friendly. The food is great for Georgetown but not the best Thai I've had but probably in the top 10. Not a ton of parking but it's manageable. read more

Fast Thai food. If you are in the mood for fried rice, the spicy basil fried rice is tasty, but if you're looking for menu diversity, this is not the place for you. read more

Very authentic, the Shrimp Pad Thai was fantastic as well as the Tom Ka Soup and Red Curry dish!

I love this place. My favorite is the chicken Pad Thai, tasty every time. The owners are wonderful people. Highly recommend it!

I loved this place! First time there and with triplet 20 month olds, whose idea of fun is throwing food and yelling. The people were absolutely wonderful, playing with the kids and ignoring all the noodles and silverware on the floor. The food was delightful and so affordable. I don't understand any of the negative reviews. Health department grades are 100's, prices great, people amazing. Delighted to have gone here. If the food is not up to your "standards," go to McDonalds and feed 8 people for $40. Bet it won't be as good as here. read more

What an excellent little place to grab lunch or dinner. We're always happy to visit, as sometimes we don't want to make the drive into Lexington for Thai food. Depending on when you go, service may be a little slow, because items are made to order, and there is only one woman out front. English is not her first language, and she is very soft spoken, but incredibly friendly and nice. She is more than happy to talk to you about a dish, and has had a small conversation with us many times. IF you are accustomed to very spicy food, I would definitely suggest telling her you want Thai hot, as it seems most who order don't like spicy. We've now had nearly everything on the menu, and every dish was excellent. I suggest getting a Thai roll for an appetizer! read more

This would have to be a great hidden gem in Georgetown. From the road it appears to be a ordinary lil yellow house, but looks can be deceiving. Here they serve an array of thai food, but I can't get past the pad thai. I am completely addicted. It is very good and made with such care. The service here is friendly and the place is always clean. The place isn't extremely fast because each item is made per order, but it is excellent. If you stop in once, I am sure you will enjoy it. read more

This is surprisingly good Thai restaurant for this area. The food is very good with different characteristics. If you are used to the various levels of heat of Thai food I would just recommend order and add spice as desired very spicy is not very spicy. The various sauces and seasoning is very good, looks homemade and can add the desired spice needed. read more

We went there around 8pm and the server seemed not very happy to have us at that hour. We ordered basil fried rice and rice noodle dishes which were not that great despite their huge portion. read more

The food was high quality, affordable, and a decently large portion. I had the tofu green curry, it was spicy but not overwhelming - at under $7, it was a steal since the broccoli and other greens were obviously fresh. Have patience with the server - there is a language barrier and she takes care of the entire restaurant by herself. read more

First Thai I've had in Georgetown and was not disappointed. Food was on par with my favorite place, prices were good, and the food was out in under 10 minutes. My basil fried rice was very good and my friends yellow curry was good as well. The place was fairly cold but this is currently the middle of winter. Parking was a little tight but not terrible. Full stars. read more

The food is really really good! The carry out is your best bet! It's only two people running the place so you have to be patient. Plus, the lady doesn't speak hardly any English :-) read more

I've been to this place twice. I typically try places a few times until I give them a review. This place is ok, nothing to brag about. I'm just NJ and you can beat authentic foods there. When I go to try other places i end up pretty disappointed. Their soup bowls are HUGE, I really wish they had a side bowl. Pad Thai is extremely bland, and they use a lot of oils/butter kinda gives it a fast food taste. Their chilli isn't hot at all. Please get this plate hot if you want any spice. Thai ice is on point! There is one more item on the menu I want to try, so I'll end up finding myself here again soon enough. read more

Slow service, usually one server/cashier/busser for the whole damn place and she is slow as christmas. Tables are crammed in on top of one another. Food takes forever. Building has serious roach/bug problem. Never going back. read more
