SC Roll (Deep Fried Roll) Very Good
Brandon S.

Walked in on a Monday, 3 people at one table, one person at another. Ordered our food. 40 minute wait.. They must prioritize online orders. Not safe to assume an empty dining room equals low wait time. Their crab Rangoons are ok, and different. They add extra seasonings to the cream cheese mix. The fried rice had a very odd taste to it. Reminded me of when my Thai neighbor would cook squid. Had to drown it in white sauce to make it edible. The table of three that were there same time as us left their rice untouched. The peanut Thai sauce was pretty good. Just not 40 minute wait time worthy. Probably won't return. Meh

Shrimp Pad Woon Sen

Came here on a Monday for dinner. Was not very busy in the restaurant, but they do have take out service. As soon as we walked in we were greeted. We picked a booth to seat at and immediately were asked what we would like to drink. We ordered the crab Rangoon, Shrimp Pad won sen, and Thai Basil. Very tasty. Would come again.

Pad Thai, fried sushi, yellow curry, fried tofu

Wasn't to sure when sitting down as there was no one else there eating (we were there a bit early for dinner). Felt a little relief when two orders to go came and went. Well, once our food arrived, all concerns disappeared. Great tasting sushi, fried tofu, stir fry, and curry. Good portions and fair price. Waiter was friendly and willing to engage in some culture talk. Will go back for sure.

Chicken Pad Thai

I got the chicken pad Thai (medium) and the crab rangoons. I did a call in order and it only took about 15 minutes for it to be ready which was great. The chicken pad Thai was good, but I've had better. The crab rangoons were very good, I would definitely order them again. The portions were good sized and the prices were fair. The employee that took my order over the phone and rang me up was very friendly. My food was fresh and still hot by the time I got it home. If you're in the Duncan area and want Thai food without driving to Greenville or Spartanburg give them a try.

Golden pineapple shrimp (beef was subbed) and chicken fried rice

Best sushi in the area. You may have to wait a bit for it, but it's so worth the wait. We generally always get the red dragon and the caterpillar. This time we also got the kobe and spicy tsunami. They are always fresh and tasty. The chicken noodle pasta and soup are both fantastic. The Pad Thai is delicious too. We've had a few other dishes too. All have been very good.

Hole in the wall Thai. Looks beat but man everything I have had here has been great!

It's not much to look at from the outside. But man is the food good here. I come here every time I come to town. Golden squid was delicious also the pad Thai is great. But my favorite is the spicy Thai seafood basal. And if you ask for Thai hot they will give it to you and it is hot!

Nice greeting upon arrival. I was seated immediately. My waitress Annel, was awesome. I asked for…read moresome recommendations, and she was spot on. She said the soup, Gai was what she liked. So I got that. And the curry was the Panag. Nice, a bit thick so it would stick to the rice. It took me longer to look at the menu than it took to get my food. They were quick. The place was full and very busy. Even so, the service was quick. Everyone was checking on the customers. Very attentive. The place was nicely lit. They had a TV. Nice place. The food was awesome. The taste was better than expected. I got medium heat and that was plenty. I also got some chili paste j.i.c. I did use a little. You have a great place here. I will definitely be back, next time I'm in town. Highly recommend this place. You won't be sorry.

I had seen a lot of good reviews for Sweet Basil Thai so finally got to check it out. Parking is…read moredifficult here as there are many restaurants in a small area. We stepped into the restaurant the first thing we noticed is it's dimly lit. We waited a few moments before a server came over , she then took us to a booth. The seating wasn't that comfortable. We were given water very quickly. Then a server came to take our order. We had not had time to look at the menu so asked her to come back. Then another server came and asked if we wanted different drinks instead of water. We declined. The first server came back again so we ordered our Appetizers. We both decided on soup. My husband had Lemongrass and chicken and I had the coconut chicken with mushrooms. Yet another server came to take our Entree order. The soup arrived and it was very hot and tasty. The only down side was the chicken in the soup was overcooked and chewy. We were then given Spring rolls and dip. They were hot and crunchy. Our Entrees arrived before we finished the rolls. We both ordered our meals as a medium spice which is pretty spicy so be careful when ordering. Overall the food was good. Service was a little confusing as they all seemed to serve you! I did use the bathroom which again is dimly lit but you could see it was dirty and the floors need a good clean as they are black in some areas and very sticky. Noise level was ok even though the restaurant was busy and music was be played.
