Crab Rangoon and Mee Krob - The image features two white square plates on a dark wooden table. The top plate contains fried appetizers, a lemon wedge, and a small dish of dipping sauce. The bottom plate holds a Thai noodle salad with shrimp, bean sprouts, red onion, cilantro, and a slice of red chili. The dishes are presented in a casual dining setting, highlighting traditional Thai cuisine.

Absolutely delicious! Visiting Daytona, looking for Thai food for lunch and I'm happy we tried Thai Erawan! They exceeded expectations! Ambiance- 5 stars - Well appointed, tasteful decor and soft ambient instrumental music. Service- 5 stars. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. They gave helpful advice for entrees. I was considering ordering the Pad Thai but the waitress mentioned their Pad Thai is on the sweet side so I decided not to order it as I know my personal preference for Pad Thai is savory. Food was served quickly! (It probably helped that it wasn't too busy for lunch.) They consistently refilled our drinks throughout lunch. Food- *****5 stars***** Lunch specials include an appetizer of soup and a vegetable spring roll. We enjoyed the crunchy spring roll and the savory broth of the vegetable soup. The crab rangoons had a subtle hint of curry which differentiates it from a standard crab rangoon. The crunchy mee krob had a lightly sweet flavor, not cloyingly sweet. I ordered the roasted duck red curry which featured well balanced flavors, complex spices from the curry, sweetness from the coconut milk and savory umami from what seems like a touch of fish sauce. If you prefer a crunchier roasted duck, you may want to order it with the duck on the side but I thought it was fine because the duck absorbed the flavors of the red curry. Our other entree was the sautéed ginger pork with vegetables which featured a savory light brown sauce. Also tasty! Our raspberry iced tea and iced Thai tea were refreshing in this warm Florida summer weather. Overall, we look forward to returning to Thai Erawan to try other dishes. Well done Thai Erawan!

The best Thai food we've found since living here. If you're in the area you have to give this place a try! The service was also very good! They were attentive and on top of everything. We also ordered the egg rolls, they were delicious! Everything was reasonably priced. We will definitely be back!

A serving of fried chicken pieces garnished with chopped green onions and a red pepper slice is presented on a white rectangular plate. Two dipping sauces, one dark and one light, are placed in a small divided dish at the top of the plate. The dish is set on a table with a lemon wedge and a spoon visible in the background.

I went there with my husband! The stupid booth they assigned us at first was extremely tight space and I am a petite size too. Food was not that great like other people told me. Except the fried food appetizer.

Pepper Beef - A foam takeout container holds two servings of white rice and a beef stir-fry with vegetables, including broccoli and carrots, partially wrapped in aluminum foil. The food appears freshly prepared and is presented for takeout or delivery.

To start, I have only tried Thai Erawan for takeout, could be a whole different experience for dine-in. I got the pepper steak to start. The meal was good. Nothing further to say beyond that point. It's a place I would go if I want Thai food and that's the only spot around, it will satisfy your craving. It isn't the best Thai spot in town but it is up there. The steak was tender, but lacked a certain depth you expect from a dish like this. There were also burnt pieces of garlic that proved slightly unpleasant. Also got an egg roll which was to greasy for my liking.

I've been eating at Thai Erawan mostly every week for a long time now!!! I've been there through the transition of management and i'm still extremely satisfied with the food and customer service!! In fact, with the new management, they've redecorated giving their own personal touches and creating a nice atmosphere. Highly recommend!!!

I got the fancy duck and Thai tea. My husband had sweet and sour chicken and Thai coffee. We shared Thai donuts. The fancy duck was rlly good & stayed crunchy while soaked in its sauce!! It came w peanuts, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, corn, green onions etc and I asked to add eggplant! 8.8 Thai tea, 10/10. Sweet & sour chicken, 7/10. Hubby says he wished the veggies were cooked softer. He didn't like all the veggies going on! Some included, pineapples, tomatoes and pea pods. Thai coffee, 8/10. I rate it 10/10!!! Thai donuts were a 10/10 from both of us!!!! Donut was cooked to perfection and sauce had peanuts, was not expecting it to be as good as it was! Service was good. The inside was beautiful! So spacious!

the front entrance of a restaurant - The image shows the storefront of Thai Erawan, a Thai cuisine restaurant, with a beige exterior wall and a decorative tiled roof. The restaurant has a large window with an illuminated green 'Open' sign and a glass door. There are two supporting columns at the entrance, and a small landscaped area with plants in a white planter. The building is part of a shopping center with neighboring stores visible on either side.

It was okay I had. A long hair of a womens in my food it was definitely a turn off. They do not offer fat noodles, another patron was complaining his food was cold. They seemed under staff and a bit over whelmed I will try them one more time

Best Thai around the area, and you don't have to cross the bridge back to the commoners on the mainland ;-)

Thai and I - Chicken Soft roll

Thai and I

Thai & I - Bunnell…read more Ella--our daughter--has been craving Thai, so we made our way back to one of our go-to spots. She ordered the Thai Noodle Soup (pork), and she calls this her comfort food--her version of chicken noodle soup. When our family is sick, we crave chicken noodle... this is that for her. My husband and I always say we're going to try something new... and then we panic and order our usual favorites because we don't want to miss what we already know we love For him: Massaman Curry (chicken) + rice For me: Pad Thai (chicken tonight, but I've had it with shrimp before and loved that too) I'm a wimp when it comes to spice, so here's a little hack--order it low (I got a level 1 ) and then use the chili oil they can bring to the table to build your own heat. Total game changer. Service was a little behind tonight--it took a bit to get our drinks (just water and tea), but since we knew what we wanted, we ordered everything at once. Once the food hit the table, it came out fast, hot, and delicious. Staff is always friendly, and they handled a full house--multiple larger parties (8-12 people) plus all the regular tables--so it was definitely a busy night. Drinks took a minute, but everything else--from the food to the friendliness--more than made up for it. Atmosphere is casual--shorts, jeans, and business casual from people coming off work. We were seated immediately, and they have a good mix of booths and tables to accommodate different group sizes. Portions are solid. We all left with leftovers (which isn't always the case for us). Our daughter basically only had broth left because she loved it that much--she's already planning round two tomorrow by adding noodles and protein. On a normal night, we'd finish everything and be completely full, but tonight we stopped at satisfied instead of stuffed. Pricing: about $16-$17 per plate Appetizer must-order: scallion pancakes. You don't know what you're missing until you try them. We could easily eat 50... but you get about 8 Location is just off US1 in Bunnell--an unassuming building with a gem inside. Watch for the signage or you might miss it. Reliable, flavorful, and one of those places we keep coming back to--especially when the craving hits.

Service was excellent, our server took our order which was a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon wine, my husband ordered his chicken drunken noodles with a spicy level of 4, I ordered Pad Thai with chicken. My husband really enjoyed his meal and said the spice level of 4 was the perfect spice level. My pad Thai was really good unfortunately I can't eat a lot and our server was worried something was wrong since I ate so little. I explained it's was great but can't eat much at a time. Trust me if I didn't like it I would not have taken it home in a to go bag. The inside was great, they give you a choice of booth, table or intimate little table. We will definitely be back!

The restaurant is located in a strip mall - clean, neat with a few tables and booths (but you can also reserve for large groups). This place was on the list to try and I'm so glad we did! First, Alice, who is one of the owners, waited on us and could not have been more friendly or personable - she is a joy! The restaurant serves a number of different Asian cuisines - in addition to Chinese there are Thai, Japanese and Vietnamese offerings as well. We started with pan-fried gyoza which were SO good - fresh and flavorful. Hubs loves kimchi so had to try theirs - he inhaled the bowl and declared it amazing (I'm not a fan but it did smell yummy and garlicky!!). He enjoyed it so much he got an order to go as well. I tried my go-to Chinese favorite Kung Pao Chicken - it was quite good, well spiced, full of fresh veggies and lots of peanuts. Next time I'll probably get it with shrimp or tofu. Hubs had Pad Kee Mao with chicken (Thai hot!) and loved it. Although we were too full, the almond pudding on the menu did sound good - maybe next time!
