The toppings are generous and the flavors strong. My wife gets the artichoke and mushroom. Add an extra ounce of artichokes and wow, what a veggie sub. I usually stick to the Italian. Nice quality meats and the dressing is perfect. The perfect blend of juiciness, greasiness, and herbs. Yum. Fries are only fried once you order. GREAT real lemonade. I also like the large selection of sizes to choose from so it's easy to adjust to your current hunger level. Much better than most sub places.

Honest is a vegetarian Indian restaurant with a menu that is different than any other Indian restaurant in the area. There are a number of items of Indian street food and the overall vibe is more of the kind of modern Indian casual restaurant you might actually find in India, which makes sense since this is a local franchise of a chain that started in India. Not surprisingly the times I have visited the clientele was primarily Asian. During my visits I have tried a number of items and while I found the sandwiches were good, what were my favorites were the curries and the Chinese style noodles. A number of the items were flavored with very authentic spicing so you need to be careful if you are hot spice sensitive; I really enjoyed the spiciness, but not everyone will. Overall Honest Restaurant is a great alternative to most of the other Indian restaurants in the area. The atmosphere is casual, the food is very good with some options not usually available, prices are moderate and service is good. Well worth a try especially if you are looking for something a bit different.
