    Crispy Cream Cheese Wontons

Was in the area yesterday and was passing by when it occurred to me I should stop and have a meal. Another one of those restaurants where you've always planned to stop and partake yet you take mental note and say 'NEXT TIME'. So yesterday was my 'NEXT TIME' and I am glad i stopped. Was pretty hungry having not eaten anything all day. So I opened up with a Thai Iced Tea to wet and water my palate. Next I ordered Cream Cheese Wantons that were soft and crispy as well as creamy and a delight to consume. I also ordered Chicken Fried Dumplings that were a light crisp warm and flavorful topped with sprinkles of crispy flakes on top. Was quite satisfied with the sauces and took both appetizers down relatively easy. Then the host brought the main dishes which were the Chefs Special Fried Rice which consisted of Chicken Shrimp and Beef as the Proteins. Chefs Special hit on all cylinders for freshness and flavor. Tasted Chef prepared. Second course was the Shrimp Hot Pot which was delicious! Flavorful for I am a sucker for Glass Noodles and was glad to have more (left over) to take home. Let's say all the dishes were beyond delicious. The customer care and service was pleasant vigilant professional and courteous. The dinning area and restaurant as a whole was nicely appointed as well as very clean making the ambiance one of casual sophistication. A cozy enough dinning experience that also was casual enough to watch baseball on the dinning area tv screen. Will surely return. Class act all the way round. Gratitude and give thanks to Thai Dishes Restaurant and Staff for a very pleasant dinning experience. Look forward to seeing you again soon.

They need better customer service. It was my second time here and I got racially profiled. She accused me of being someone else that must've stole from the restaurant. Then over charged me with no evidence of what I ordered on the receipt. Then she made me pay during I was eating like I was going to run out. They are racist

This place is hidden in the parking lot of shopping center next to subway but when you do find it , you will not be disappointed. Small but mighty in taste. Their Thai food hands down is the best in the area. The service is impeccable and the ambiance is quaint with a bright open feel. A must try if craving Thai food. They have a wide variety in the menu so there's an array of. hooves to satisfied your Thai taste buds .

We were skeptical about this place based on the reviews we've seen. Honestly, the food was really tasty, at least what we ordered. We got the beef salad, pad se ew, and P.E.T. It's a really confusing setting because you walk in, and there's a table blocking the hallway to the indoor dining, making it seem like takeout only. However, you can dine in. The service was great. Our waitress was kind and very friendly. We got seated quickly, and drinks came out fast. There are a few downsides though. Portions were on the small side, though, so we left not really full. They automatically add in an 18% service fee. And I've never seen pad se ew with literally no veggies. Also, rice is not included in any dish... not even curry dishes. I guess they expect me to drink it like a soup. It's $3 to add rice. Despite the negatives, the food was truly delicious.

Blakh......... Beef & green beans they call it .

Oh dude ! Unfortunately I order true apps and didn't have choice! There food it's not even near flavor of Thai food ! I order some beef & green beans! It was all beans and couple pieces of unflavored and chewy beef ( wasn't sure was a beef ) because couldn't eat and finish it ! Not rec at all :(

Their spicy beef salad, tom kha chicken soup and when tigers cry were also really good and highly recommended. Their pad Thai and pad see ew were good but they felt just standard for a Thai restaurant. The only downside it the food takes forever if you order ahead. Like I'm talking 40-60 mins for a to go order and when they give you that estimate, they're not lying. It really does take that long for the food. Highly recommend eating family-style so that everyone has a taste of all the dishes. The Pad See Ew and Yellow Curry are some of the best examples of these classic dishes we have had in L.A. Finished with an excellent Mango Sticky Rice plus a Mango Sorbet. These desserts were so fresh. Love it when mangoes are in-season. Our house-guest gave the experience a 10/10. Ample, free parking; friendly staff; indoor and outdoor seating; and very good value for a foodie-satisfying meal. Reservations available through OpenTable. I wish they had had the option to add shrimp on it. The curry was a generous portion in terms of the sauce, but it could've had a little more chicken. Plus, we actually ordered it with chicken and tofu, but there was no tofu in it. The sauce was quite tasty. After a flight across country, we thought we would try this Thai restaurant. It was already 9 PM. As we walked in, everything seemed normal, with a table of about six people and other people at the bar. But, the private party plus the bar soon got incredibly loud as the minutes went on to such a point that we could not hear ourselves speak to each other at all. It was very unpleasant. The wait staff seemed oblivious that we were seriously not enjoying ourselves. There are nothing but hard surfaces in this restaurant. So our nice peaceful dinner after a flight across the country was anything but that.

The dishes are kind of like a small plates setting. A bowl is just a small amount of food to accompany your base (rice or veggies). The bowls are said to rotate by the day which I take to mean as preprepared (hence express). The staff were polite and brought the food out swiftly. I ordered a fried rice base and a green curry chicken bowl. The fried rice was a bit too wet (like freshly cooked rice turned into fried rice) and lacking a strong soy sauce presence; however, it does mean that it pairs well with the curry without being overwhelming. The curry has a bright fresh flavor with a creamy coconut milk taste and was definitely the highlight of the meal. I also managed to sample their soft serve. The flavors were Thai tea and blue butterfly. They tasted pretty standard and the Thai tea and blue butterfly definitely shone through, but not much else. The restaurant itself is nice but it's only for the breakfast cafe. You walk towards a kiosk and place your food order. Unfortunately I learned the hard way that it's better to just order online. It was chaos and confusing as the person onsite couldn't give me a timeline of when my food would be ready, but you're watching orders flying out the doors. In total I waited 45 minutes only to be reminded that I couldn't dine in, but wasn't told how long my order would be. Food was subpar, portion was small and bland. The fried rice was very dry and inedible, it taste like it's a couple of days old. The Tom Kha was decent, not the best I've had but it was good enough to enjoy. The Penang curry was very flavorful and had a good kick, this would be my favorite. Order ahead of time, there's nothing personable about this place.

Both are flavorful, come with rice, and feel reasonably priced for the portions you get. Those are my go-to orders and the ones I'd recommend. Some of the entrée-style dishes are a bit pricier and don't include rice, so I usually skip those and stick with the curries. This place has been a lifesaver after getting back from the airport when my wife and I are starving and don't want fast food. A couple of things to note. Parking can be tricky if you're not already in a nearby garage, though there is some street parking on nearby side streets. Also, there is a dine-in charge that's roughly equivalent to a standard tip, so just be aware of that going in.
