I was left feeling like my business didn't matter to them at all. If this is how they treat long-time customers, I can't imagine how they handle other guests. Take my advice: AVOID THIS PLACE. There are plenty of better pho spots in town that actually value their customers. This was the last straw, and I won't be back. An absolute nightmare of a dining experience!
