I have a pretty high spice tolerance, and even at the third level of heat it was very spicy--but also really tasty. I had a chili chicken dish that wasn't the most authentic, but I still enjoyed the flavors. My husband ordered the chicken Pad Thai, and he wasn't the biggest fan of it. It came with rice and I also got spring rolls on the side. The curry was lacking a bit of flavour in my opinion and the rice was a little dry but overall it was still tasty. The spring rolls were good too. Some of the portions were a little small given the price however. The place is so cute, fun atmosphere and easy ordering. They have daily specials and a 10% student discount which make the already affordable dishes even more value. She bluntly told me, "The manager isn't here, so you have to pay for both dishes whether you eat it or not." That was it--no solutions, no effort to fix the issue, nothing. I was left feeling like my business didn't matter to them at all. If this is how they treat long-time customers, I can't imagine how they handle other guests. Take my advice: AVOID THIS PLACE. There are plenty of better pho spots in town that actually value their customers. This was the last straw, and I won't be back. An absolute nightmare of a dining experience!
