I have a feeling that 7 is "white guy hot" and if you really like it spicy and can handle ethnic levels of spice, 8-10 is probably there for you if requested. The place was basically empty and other reviewers have mentioned how quiet it is. I came on Monday night and it had been raining, so I wasn't expecting much of a crowd. A few takeout drivers came in. The service was excellent and friendly and informative. The atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. It is very basic/functional with a little bit of decoration. Lots of seating. The south side doesn't have a lot of great buildings with character and many are more "strip mall" like, and I can appreciate that it would be a bit hard to make it look that great. This time they really dropped the ball the order took way too long, they told me on the phone it would be ready in 40 minutes, I called before I left and they told me it would be another 15 minutes, so I left 10 minutes later to pick it up. When I got there I had to wait another 30 minutes, they said they were busy but there was nobody there. When I got home I was very disappointed in the food, everything had way too much salt, and the tandoori chicken was literally burnt, I had to throw it out. So, from 5 stars to 1 star in two months, very disappointing.
