Two stars off because one woman who works here earlier in the week (maybe Sundays or Tuesdays?) really botched my eyebrows a couple times. The first time she ripped a large chunk of hair out that I'm still growing back six months later. I gave her another chance (mistakes happen). During this second session, I explicitly asked her not to thread the inner corners of my eyebrows because I'm growing them in. She proceeded to start threading that exact section after I told her not to and I had to literally stop her in the middle of what she was doing. During both sessions, she was aloof, arrogant, and clearly wasn't listening to anything I was saying. Because of these experiences I went to a new brow place right before my wedding because I couldn't trust the quality or service here right before such a big event. The new place did such a fantastic job that unfortunately they've gained a customer and Elegant Brows has lost one. Feedback to the owners: most of your team is lovely. Providing feedback to the woman who works earlier in the week is needed to ensure consistent quality and customer satisfaction.

When I sat down, the nail technician began my French tip manicure, but the lines were crooked and much thicker than I wanted. She redid them three separate times, yet they still looked the same. I had already made my decision, so the constant questioning was frustrating. Overall, I would rate my experience 2/5. Unfortunately, I wouldn't return.

My second suggestion would be to include all the eyebrow services online. I called in to inquire if Alexis still offered the brow extensions and when I was told yes I booked an appointment.
