Natasha is amazing, so experienced and does eyebrows using wax on a cuetip. It's virtually pain free, and she clearly knows what she's doing!! She does thick and thin eyebrows and shapes them perfectly so they match. I'm sure I've been converted away from threading now. I've uploaded a picture of the location and charges that apply.

At my appointment, we discussed the length of my hair and let Trinh know that I liked it on the longer side, not above my chin. I had a lot of new growth since starting hair vitamins, but I clearly didn't want my hair cut down to the new growth or anywhere near! Trinh is very quick, seemingly implusive with her "snipping", THEN she says, "I have to check my cut." More snipping. I didn't feel Trinh was focused on my haircut, frequently responding to conversations going on with other staff. I paid $120 for a Deva cut - my hair is fine and a bit thin, so I was charged the lowest price for the Deva cut. Trinh said "my haircuts last for 4 months." I can see why. It will take 4 months for my hair to grow to a length that I like. Trinh was very nice and took a lot of time teaching me how to use Deva products and was constantly "checking the cut" but kept on snipping. In the past, I have often left with a Deva cut that was frizzy. My hair was not frizzy when I left the salon. That's the best I can say about my experience and that the shampoo assistant did a very nice job.

Many nail places don't properly disinfect the pedicure tub and the jets , reuse of manicure instruments / nail files and products are put in reused plastic soap containers. Yuk! I drive by my old nail place and can't imagine going back to a place like that no matter how cheap the cost. La Belle is busy with customers but I'm usually have 2 seats between me and the other customer. Relaxing instrumental soft music , no TV and no loud shouting across the room (lol). Vikki , is super friendly and always makes sure I'm comfortable. She is a professional and does a fabulous job for my manicure and pedicure and eye brows waxing. They use top of the line polish and hand and foot products. Easy booking on your phones Payment is pre-paid on line so I just leave when I'm done. Highly recommended and worth the cost. I have been going to Eye Theory for almost half a year now to get my eyelash extensions and refills done. I am totally addicted to them! Mascara just can't give you this look! Jenny is very detail oriented and will work with you to give you the best look possible. My lashes are naturally fine, short, and basically nonexistent, but she was able to find every possible attachable lash to make it come out looking full and fluffy! Her work is amazing and it truly shows. My lashes always comes out looking and feeling natural. It's a painless process and at-home lash maintenance is also very minimal. The salon itself is clean, bright, and welcoming. Parking is easy and the online booking system makes scheduling appointments a breeze. I highly recommend Eye Theory for your eyelash needs! Two stars off because one woman who works here earlier in the week (maybe Sundays or Tuesdays?) really botched my eyebrows a couple times. The first time she ripped a large chunk of hair out that I'm still growing back six months later. I gave her another chance (mistakes happen). During this second session, I explicitly asked her not to thread the inner corners of my eyebrows because I'm growing them in. She proceeded to start threading that exact section after I told her not to and I had to literally stop her in the middle of what she was doing. During both sessions, she was aloof, arrogant, and clearly wasn't listening to anything I was saying. Because of these experiences I went to a new brow place right before my wedding because I couldn't trust the quality or service here right before such a big event. The new place did such a fantastic job that unfortunately they've gained a customer and Elegant Brows has lost one. Feedback to the owners: most of your team is lovely. Providing feedback to the woman who works earlier in the week is needed to ensure consistent quality and customer satisfaction.

My eyebrows grow really fast, so they require that I go in every week. Every week I went into the salon, I was met with more and more anger and unkindness. It seemed like the more I went, the less the lady liked me. AND, on top of that, the more and more I went, the WORSE my eyebrows came out. She never checked for evenness and when I did point it out once, it wasn't fixed. My upper lip was also never fully threaded. She went very quickly. I always have had nice, thick brows but she made mine thinner and thinner. One time, she made my skin start bleeding because of how fast she was going and how much she was not paying attention. The only good thing about this place was the price. I paid $17 for eyebrow, lip and chin-- but it wasn't worth the bad eyebrows and mediocre threading. I now pay $26 for all three at a place in Ardmore. The time it takes for my hair to grow back now is much longer and my eyebrows have finally begun look normal again. I've visited this salon several times in the past, and my previous experiences have been great…read more Unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. I opted for a Gel-X set, which is advertised online for $75. I received gel polish and had my cuticles trimmed, and I was ultimately charged $142. When I asked about the significant price difference, I was told that gel was an additional charge and that I was charged extra for a manicure because my cuticles were trimmed. (Which is crazy since they didn't cure the polish all the way and cut me while cutting my cuticles). I find this very misleading. Gel polish on a Gel-X set seems like a standard part of the service, so I was surprised to learn that it would nearly double the advertised price. If there are additional charges, I believe they should be clearly communicated to the client before the service is completed. Unfortunately, the quality of the service was also disappointing. Several of my nails looked as though they already had a week's worth of growth, and multiple nails were noticeably crooked. I did ask my technician to correct some of them, but they still were not even. There was also *uncured polish* left on my nails, which made the is highly dangerous and can leave you developing an allergy to polish. Even more concerning, just four hours after having the set done, one of my nails completely popped off ripping off some of my natural nail with it. My nail has had a pulse ever since. I've had great experiences here in the past, which makes this particularly disappointing. However, between the unexpected pricing and the quality of the service, I will not be returning. I would strongly recommend making pricing and additional charges much more transparent to clients and ensuring that services are completed with better attention to detail and quality control.
