Two stars off because one woman who works here earlier in the week (maybe Sundays or Tuesdays?) really botched my eyebrows a couple times. The first time she ripped a large chunk of hair out that I'm still growing back six months later. I gave her another chance (mistakes happen). During this second session, I explicitly asked her not to thread the inner corners of my eyebrows because I'm growing them in. She proceeded to start threading that exact section after I told her not to and I had to literally stop her in the middle of what she was doing. During both sessions, she was aloof, arrogant, and clearly wasn't listening to anything I was saying. Because of these experiences I went to a new brow place right before my wedding because I couldn't trust the quality or service here right before such a big event. The new place did such a fantastic job that unfortunately they've gained a customer and Elegant Brows has lost one. Feedback to the owners: most of your team is lovely. Providing feedback to the woman who works earlier in the week is needed to ensure consistent quality and customer satisfaction.

I've never had gel manicure chip this fast. It's a very pretty spa don't get me wrong, but the quality doesn't line up with the looks. Street Parking in this area is difficult. They offer complementary parking in their parking lot if you spend more than $120 at the salon if not parking in that garage cost $12. The manicure was $53 and to remove gel nails is $15. Wouldn't recommend.
