Omnia Nail Spa is definitely one of those places that can be hit or miss depending on who you get. I had an okay experience two days ago as a walk-in around 5:30 PM. I only waited about 20 minutes,l which was better than I expected for after work hours. I got lucky and had Sandy who did both my gel manicure and a pedicure. She was nice and gentle throughout the whole process. Usually I dread pedicures because they can be uncomfortable or even a little painful, but with Sandy, it didn't hurt at all which was a relief. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend Omnia nail spa. The quality of work is subpar - after four days of having my gel manicure. I've already noticed chipping. I've never had gel manicure chip this fast. It's a very pretty spa don't get me wrong, but the quality doesn't line up with the looks. Street Parking in this area is difficult. They offer complementary parking in their parking lot if you spend more than $120 at the salon if not parking in that garage cost $12. The manicure was $53 and to remove gel nails is $15. My good friend recommended this place to me because she has been loving it. Unfortunately I did not have the same experience. When I arrived they asked me if it was my first time, which I said yes. Knowing this you would think they would try to make a good first impression. The services I wanted were a gel pedicure and an aura nail manicure. They sat me down for the pedicure and I showed the nail tech the inspo pic for the manicure and the first words out of her mouth were that she could not do the design. I followed up by saying my friend had just gotten a similar design at this salon and her nails always look amazing. The tech had asked me what pedicure I wanted and I chose one that was listed for $60 and when I went to check out I find out it was actually $80 because I got it with gel and that was not made clear to me from the start, which made me pretty upset. When we sat down for the manicure, 5 minutes in the front of house staff came to let my tech know that her appointment had arrived. I knew this wasn't good and that she would be rushing now. She started to attempt the aura nails and I told her to stop immediately as I could tell it was going to be bad. So I told her to just give me a simple French manicure. She proceeds with the manicure, rushing, with no attention to detail. With a total of $185 before tip at the register I just felt misled about pricing and unsatisfied with the manicure. I left the salon and inspected my nails in the car and realized how bad they were with multiple areas where there was no polish, powder covering my hands in some places, and parts of the nail and cuticle sticking out on multiple nails... there was even a large scuff mark on my left middle finger nail. So I decided to go back in and have her clean them up at least, but in the end I was still not satisfied with the manicure at all keeping in mind that it was not what I had wanted in the first place. My friend is currently trying to convince me to go back with her so they can get me right next time, but I just don't want to pay that price point if I am not going to get what I want. Very disappointed about my visit yesterday at Omnia. I finally found a technician who does my brows, and nails just way I like them!! What I did not appreciate was the price gouging, and the sneaky way they tried to slip it on you. She tried to charge me $40 for a simple glitter tip to my toes, and another for my nails. At the end when presented with my bill it was $153.00!!! For nails, pedicure and brows!!!! They try to talk you into getting the scrubs and all that but I clearly told her just do the basic pedicure with the gel which is extra I know. But I've never paid more than $85 for all 3 services at once!! They did take off $20 and I kept my gracious tip in my wallet. I love my nails and the toes are just ok. It was another lady that took care of my mother but was too sarcastic and a price gouger and I dislike both of those things. I liked Omnia Nail Spa. I walked in without an appointment and inside of a minute I was sitting down at a very clean station to get my nails manicured. I also added an eyebrow wax. Both of my services were done quickly and efficiently. The spa is extremely clean and COVID safe. The spa has a whole room full of nail tech stations and the waxing/skin area is separated from the nail room. So is the pedicure area. I liked the price for my services and was pleased all around. I looked to my left and I noticed the Omnia Spa hallelujah!!... is what came to my mind afterwards because I was so glad I made the decision to check this place out. I arrived and everyone was nice and friendly, I checked out the spa. I noticed how trendy, stylish and elegant it was....coming here is definitely a treat. I don't know what kind of cheap ass gel polish they use, but I won't be going back. I had my nails done on Saturday and by Tuesday they were already peeling. These pics are all from today (Friday). I called to complain and was told that they only guarantee gel polish for ONE WEEK, but they'd make a note and "try to accommodate" me. I'm a lawyer who works 50-70 hours a week. I don't have the time to keep running back and forth for them to fix my nails, when it should have been done right in the first damn place. Katie was my nail technician and she was very rude, unprofessional and did not want to complete my service after she cut my cuticles and made them bleed. Not only did she injure two of my fingers but she broke my natural nail when the tool slipped out her hand she also cut her finger and made it bleed. From that point on she was upset over something I had no control of and she began to file my nails really short after I informed her that I was happy with my length. I told her I didn't want them thick so she stated that's why she filed them short when clearly the thickness has nothing to do with the length of your nails. She jumped up and did not want to serve me any longer. As a respectable paying customer I should've never been treated that way. The owners had knowledge of everything that went on and never offered to accommodate me for my troubles, of course I still paid the full price with no apology. I would never visit this salon again. Service is ok, it's a wait if you don't have a appointment & I feel they try to get as many clients in as they can "squeeze in" I don't like that. Horrible. I called to make an appointment and the woman who answered the phone either became suddenly deaf, or she had some sort of problem with my last name. (No language barrier BTW) After spelling it and repeating it back to me over tens times she decided to just put me with just my first name. WEIRD. Upon arrival I was escorted to the busy (and slightly dirty & cramped) pedicure area. I was instantly annoyed by Lisa or whatever her name was who practically harassed me trying to upsell a higher priced pedicure package. She even went as far as telling me that my skin was extra dry and I should try wax and some other crap. After telling her NO about six times she started to ask me if I wanted a drink. I politely declined. For some reason or another she continued asking! I said NO THANK YOU. She asked me if I usually drink and then asked is it too early and chuckled. I assume they serve champagne? Regardless, this definitely isn't THAT salon. It was crowded, noisy and no amount of alcohol could make it a relaxing spa experience. Now for the really bad stuff. Lisa cut my cuticle while doing my rush job of a pedicure. She also asked me why I keep my toenails cut so low. (They aren't low, I simply don't believe in foot claws and keep a normal length) On to the polish. Sloppy. I got a gel pedicure and you would think that we were on a game show and she only had a certain amount of time. White pedis are unforgiving and extra care should be taken when polishing. I've been excited about visiting this nail salon for some time however, my experience with the salon didn't meet my expectations. My pedicure went really well and the products that were used were good. After my pedicure a different nail tech did my gel manicure. The manicure experience was horrible. I had to remind the nail tech to get warm water for my nails. She went to shape my nails but she shaped them down to the point where I lost my length. When I started to look at my nails she said, if you don't like I'll get another tech." I advised her that I didn't think the shape was even so she called for the receptionist to get me another tech because, her exact words, " I don't want to do her nails anymore." I waited for another tech and after correcting her shaping mistake my nails were so short. No one apologized or offered a percentage off of my services. Just if y nails chip I can come back. I just left, and I thought my pedicure came out great! Loved the color. I enjoyed my complimentary glass of wine (though it did get me a little buzzed - lol), and the technician was professional. I highly recommend getting an appointment here. They seem like they can't really accommodate too many walk-ins, which is good for them because I guess that means business is good. I would say they are maybe 2-5 dollars pricier than most salons in the area, but they have all new equipment and a very polished high quality look to them that makes it worth it. I was offered a complimentary glass of wine, which was a nice surprise to me! Tip: Be on the look out for the complimentary drink list! First impressions are key to me. Unfortunately both receptionists seemed annoyed (maybe I got there a little late) I tried not to take it personal. I went in asking for a gel manicure once I was seated I thought I'd ask if there was time for a pedicure Tiffany said yes once we went over to start the pedicure a receptionist came over and told Tiffany if I asked for something else she needed to tell her, which is fine of course but I thought she could've waited till Tiffany walked away from me, it wasn't professional and it made me feel a little weird to be honest! I only got a pedicure 'hot stone' it was very nice however most nail salons perform the stone massage for about 7-10 minutes per leg Katie only took about 3 minutes per leg. this is the first salon that actually 'washes' your feet. when you wash them at home you go between your toes well this happened here. I've been getting pedicures for about 30 years and this was a first. The massage chair is a higher quality then other salons it felt like a real or actual massage. It's clean friendly and efficient. I came here today because my normal salon is closed on Sunday's, and I was highly impressed. I called and they were able to give me an appointment 45 minutes later. Once I arrived I was immediately seated and picked from a wide variety of nail colors. I loved the pedicure area because the stations had space in between them and you aren't super close to the person next to you. My pedicure was great for various reasons, (1) the water was nice and hot, (2) the technician paid attention to detail, (3) the materials he used were new and didn't come from a dirty container (4) the tool he used for the heel of my foot wasn't unbearable but still got the job done (5) there was a great massage after he was done, complemented with a hot towel afterwards. Next I got a gel manicure which was great as well because of the same reasons listed above. The only different thing they do at this salon is the guy files my nails after they were painted with the final coat. Thought it was strange but it didn't mess up my nails, so might just be something new! Oh and did I mention they give you free drinks, I definitely took advantage of the mimosas, which put the icing on top of the cake. read more

They dont have the skills like many nails salon. It looks beautiful. Customer service is great. But, you will be waiting very long. Also, they dont do coffin style very good. They lack skills in nail design and nail shaping. I would look to another location if you are very particular about shapes and technical nail art designs. Also, i went to Manny, very nice guy, but he can be very slow and he also scrubbed my feet soo hard that my skin came off. This was over a month ago and it has yet to heal properly. I went in for a sports pedicure was charged $62 and they're pamphlet said it included, "Shape, Cuticle Trim, Exfoliating Scrub, Massage, Hot Towel, Paraffin Dip & Polish". The women put paraffin on my feet for 30 seconds. I think the exfoliating scrub is what she wiped on and off my leg or maybe that was the massage since she used a hot towel to do it I guess that counted. The service I received was not worth $62. Hello to My Yelp Family!!!! I want to talk about Omnia Nail Spa. My mother has patronized this salon for about 20 years and counting. They are located in the City Line Shopping Center. They used to be at another spot in the shopping center, but they moved to their current location in the center because they needed more space. 18 years in the old spot, about 3 years in the new. They will be gaining more space because Hair Cuttery, next to them are closing; this location only. The other locations of Hair Cuttery will still be there. I recently started patronizing Omnia because of my mom. I have been coming here for about two years now. My mom loves the employees here, who are mostly bi-lingual. The other language besides English is Vietnamese. There are a lot of employees here. I think about twenty. It may be more than that. My mom's nail tech is Jonathan, and my nail tech is Kim. My mom pays $30.00 for her nails and I pay $40.00 for my pedicure. Omnia accepts cash or credit/debit card. My mom gets the gel manicure and I get the sport pedicure with exfoliating scrub with paraffin. Kim is wonderful. We always laugh and have fun during the procedure. Kim puts my feet in paraffin bags for about 15 minutes and my skin feels super smooth. You can also get your arms and hands in paraffin. I haven't done the arms and hands yet, but I will one day. I have been getting the sport pedicure for about a year now. I started out getting the Essential pedicure which includes shape, cuticle trim, massage, callus treatment and polish, which was $25.00. In my opinion, the services are expensive, but so worth it!!! I love the fact that an employee cleans up each pedicure station before the next customer sits down. This employee meticulously cleans the station, sanitizes it and leaves fresh towels and instruments for the nail tech to work. The atmosphere here is light and airy. Everyone here is nice. The ladies that work the front desk are polite. Jonathan takes his time with my mom's nails and Kim does the same with my feet. I don't get my fingernails done because I have spots in my nails and they will show through the polish. An important part that I would like to mention is that if you mess up your polish, like I do a lot, you can return and they will fix it for you free of charge. Either go back the same day or the next day and you will not be charged. They also offer free beverages. They have wine and non-alcoholic beverages such as orange juice, hot tea and bottled water. They serve it in a large attractive glass. There is a lot of parking in the shopping center. However it tends to be crowded and a lot of traffic especially anywhere between 12 noon to about 6 pm any day of the week. The trick is to let in and get out early. Other fine stores in the shopping center are Hair Hair, T J Maxx, Applebee's Restaurant, Police and Fire Federal Credit Union and Cricket Wireless.
