Tara ended up having to take over while Suzy helped the growing line of customers. I apologized and offered to wait if she wanted to help the other customers. She had the same patient and nice attitude, and assured me she'd get it figured out. And sure enough, she entered all of the information in correctly that the system required. I felt like even though they were obviously busy, they treated each customer with care and without rush, but still moving at the most efficient pace as possible. The customer care here is wonderful. There was something with their connection, so it took a while for my e-mails to be received in order for me to be able to print out all the documents that I needed. Which were a total of 100 documents. It was a great value for the amount of documents I printed. Skylar, Kendrick and the site manager all ended up helping me in one way or another, but the main person who took on the task initially was Skylar. Thank you all for being so helpful and patient. You can print documents, make copies, ship items, buy boxes or other containers for your shipping needs, and they also have a self-serving area to ship items if you have everything packaged and the information to ship the item already, since it prints out the shipping label.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced…read more Today we had to return a prepaid Brio water cooler. It's heavy and as I was walking in 3 associates standing there looking confused. We also had 3 other packages to ship that we were paying for. All going to different locations. One was a food processor. It's semi heavy so one would expect it to cost more. Immediately we were asked if we wanted them to pack and ship...with eye brows raised. I'm like yes if that's what's needed. The 2'nd box was the same box but it only had gifts. Much lighter in weight but was quoted the same price as the heavy food processor. This made no sense. Instead of using the box you have they force you to buy a box and pay for their "packing fee's". After dealing with what I perceived as attitude's we opted to leave and go to UPS. What should be noted here is they were training someone who was new...no biggie except they're training her how to have an attitude. Not a friendly customer service person in the building. Shipping packages should not be stressful.

When I arrived at the office on Western Center the Associate working at the front told me that I would have to go to this FedEx on Mark IV, because THIS location delivers to P.O. boxes but that location did not. I drove to this FedEx office on Mark IV. There they had a machine that I can print the stamp to deliver my letter. The associate was busy and there was a line, and I thought it would be faster to go through the machine instead of waiting in line. I filled in the information, who it was being sent to. Not one time did it say anything about not mailing to P.O. Box... Then yesterday - I get a call from Austin saying they have received my mail. FedEx sent it to the closest address to my P.O. Box. The call was from the front desk at the office. She asked me where I wanted to send it to because the FedEx guy dropped it off there and told her they don't deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Luckily come to find out, it's the office in which the department that I was sending the letter to is located and the wonderful woman at the front desk was able to send it to that department through inter-department mail (I think that's what she called it). I called back the Western Center FedEx office to let them know to make sure that associate doesn't send anyone else to this location on Mark VI for services that FedEx doesn't even offer. In addition to that however... Now I have an addition $21 charge on my account from FedEx... PLUS the $8 that I paid to mail the letter. FedEx needs to get their ish together.
