Tara ended up having to take over while Suzy helped the growing line of customers. I apologized and offered to wait if she wanted to help the other customers. She had the same patient and nice attitude, and assured me she'd get it figured out. And sure enough, she entered all of the information in correctly that the system required. I felt like even though they were obviously busy, they treated each customer with care and without rush, but still moving at the most efficient pace as possible. The customer care here is wonderful. You can also rent a mailbox here and access it through a separate entrance from the main one. They have a cute little area where you'll find candles, greeting cards, even handbags. Very boutique feels.The staff here are great. They welcome you with a greeting when you walk in. I come in often to get documents notarized and Melanie helps me with that. She's always quick and efficient. I really appreciate having them down the street from us. It saves me a trip to the post office and so much time out of my day.

We also had 3 other packages to ship that we were paying for. All going to different locations. One was a food processor. It's semi heavy so one would expect it to cost more. Immediately we were asked if we wanted them to pack and ship...with eye brows raised. I'm like yes if that's what's needed. The 2'nd box was the same box but it only had gifts. Much lighter in weight but was quoted the same price as the heavy food processor. This made no sense. Instead of using the box you have they force you to buy a box and pay for their "packing fee's". After dealing with what I perceived as attitude's we opted to leave and go to UPS. What should be noted here is they were training someone who was new...no biggie except they're training her how to have an attitude. Not a friendly customer service person in the building.
