I'm only reviewing to leave a tip for anyone that doesn't already know (because I didn't know). I had to deliver some mail (a certification renewal payment and paperwork) to Austin, the address was a P.O. box address. When I arrived at the office on Western Center the Associate working at the front told me that I would have to go to this FedEx on Mark IV, because THIS location delivers to P.O. boxes but that location did not. I drove to this FedEx office on Mark IV. There they had a machine that I can print the stamp to deliver my letter. The associate was busy and there was a line, and I thought it would be faster to go through the machine instead of waiting in line. I filled in the information, who it was being sent to. Not one time did it say anything about not mailing to P.O. Box... Then yesterday - I get a call from Austin saying they have received my mail. FedEx sent it to the closest address to my P.O. Box. The call was from the front desk at the office. She asked me where I wanted to send it to because the FedEx guy dropped it off there and told her they don't deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Luckily come to find out, it's the office in which the department that I was sending the letter to is located and the wonderful woman at the front desk was able to send it to that department through inter-department mail (I think that's what she called it). I called back the Western Center FedEx office to let them know to make sure that associate doesn't send anyone else to this location on Mark VI for services that FedEx doesn't even offer. In addition to that however... Now I have an addition $21 charge on my account from FedEx... PLUS the $8 that I paid to mail the letter. FedEx needs to get their ish together. read more

WELL another failure for this FedEx location delivering to my FRONT door when I was home all day if doorbell was ringed. Being home ALL day I get notice my pkg attempted delivery was UNSUCCESSFUL due to no one here to receive it. When I call FedEx the ROBOT as well as the CALL person in ANOTHER country said the pkg was allowed to be left on the porch so what's the problem??? SO NOW it's coming once again tomorrow taking all day to get to me IF they GET the address right AS I looked at all front doorbell security camera video & NEVER saw a FedEx person TRYING to deliver my package yesterday like they are saying they did! IT'd be nice if you had a local ph # to call for this FedEx shipping center & direct ph #'s for supervisors running it. BUT FedEx or any company REALLY do NOT care anymore to talk to the customer when something goes wrong! NOT COOL NOT BEING CAUGHT ON MY SECURITY CAMERA BUT YOU'RE SAYING YOU TRIED TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE?????????? ARE YOU ABLE TO COME ONTO MY PORCH IN AN INVISIBLE STATE???? If you're NOT you should've been caught on my front doorbell camera trying to deliver a pkg you said was attempted to deliver???? SUPERVISORS DO YOU LIKE THE LOW FEEDBACK YOUR CENTER IS GETTING BECAUSE IF YOU LIKE THESE LOW FEEDBACKS YOU'RE NOT DOING YOUR JOB EITHER!!!!! read more

We have been waiting on a package to make it 30 minutes south of this Fort Worth location for DAYS. The package was due to arrive on 8/23, then 8/26, now there's no date given. It's just sitting in Fort Worth. The AI chatbot says everything is fine, and the AI voice on the phone (because FedEx doesn't employ human beings?) keeps trying to gaslight me as well. No, this is NOT fine. Where is this package? I will pick it up in Fort Worth if I must, but I can't get a human being on the phone. Completely unacceptable. read more

I've had the worst experience ever with FedEx I never want to use their company for any future deliveries. The customer service was no help at all and the delivery driver never even came to house to make the delivery attempt. We I called in to complain the only offer that was made was for me to inconveniently drive out of my way to pick up my own package! Like do I work for FedEx? Is my gas and mileage being compensated for this? read more

FedEx is all around horrible customer service at this locatuin Lost one customer package and destroyed another.

Awesome, I had a fragile package delivered here from another state and it arrived earlier than expected, the lady there was kind and helpful but I missed her name. If every employee is like that nice lady then I recommend. read more

I ordered a package last Tuesday and it has been sitting in this facility since Friday. Tracking said it was going to deliver Friday... Then it updated and said Saturday... Then it updated and said Sunday... And now it's Tuesday and hasn't updated since Sunday. My package is just sitting there. I've called customer service every day to see what's going on and they say they've opened a case and that someone will call me. No one has called me. I don't normally use FedEx... Thought I would give them a shot to see how it works out... But this has been extremely disappointing. Have a good feeling that my package is lost. I don't think I will be using FedEx again. read more

FedEx Ship Center - Pending... - Shipping Centers Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

FEDEX sucks. And they blame everything on either COVID or the weather. Yet strangely UPS and USPS manage to deliver packages. Somehow they can manage to deliver things during the horrible 70º weather we're experiencing now. read more

Had a package that was scheduled for delivery Friday 3/5/21. I was here all day waiting with the door open, driver never showed, the tracking suddenly showed "incorrect address - recipient moved, returning package to shipper". I immediately called them and they said the local station would call me back. A lady called back saying it will be delivered Monday. Come Monday the tracking showed "address corrected" but now it showed scheduled delivery for Tuesday..... Today is Tuesday and it has not showed up. I just called them again and the agent said it is being returned to sender, it is too late to stop it. This is outright lying and ridiculous they are stealing money and the driver never even showed. read more

According to FedEx, they will only make one delivery attempt to my house because I am "so close" to the Fed Ex Ship Center. I've been on the phone multiple times to try to get a second delivery attempt. Every time they say they will make a second attempt. Every time it does not happen. This Fed Ex Ship Center is actually about 25 minutes from my house. So Fed Ex wants me to drive nearly an hour round trip to pick up a package because they don't want to make a second delivery attempt? Unacceptable. read more

My phone had broke and it would not turn on, so when I contacted Verizon about it, they pulled so many strings so I could get my upgrade early. I had picked out my new phone and the lady on the phone asked if I wanted to receive the next day (which was a Saturday), Monday or Tuesday. I paid extra to get it the next day. I'm so excited for my phone to arrive, I went to work and tracked my package online. The package had arrived at this location at 8:03 am and was marked as an "invalid address" at 8:06. How did they deliver a package to Valley View in 3 minutes and decide it was an invalid address? I called and asked about why it was marked as an invalid address and got the response, "I'm not sure, I'll send a message and have it delivered Monday." I am not happy right now. If I do not receive my package Monday, and get marked as an invalid address, I will be contacting corporate. This is unacceptable. The employees obviously do not like working, the customer service is awful! Why offer my package to be delivered on Saturday if they aren't going to do it? read more

I was expecting a package yesterday for my anniversary gift. I was in my closet when the dogs barked. The door bell did NOT ring! By the time I got to door , there was a Door Tag documenting attempted delivery . There was no attempt! I called to report and request he come back as I had waited all day for delivery. It took 26 minutes on the phone for the man to make a report. I is 9:30 following morning, no package! read more

I confirmed my delivery appointment twice and when the delivery day came no delivery and no phone call stating it would be delivered the next day. I took off a day of work and rented heavy equipment to unload my shipment on the original appointment day. Very poor communications and lack of customer service. read more

Exact thing that happened to Armand happened to me. So evidently this is FEDEX HOME DELIVERY that is the issue, because I got my other item with FEDEX GROUND on time. So now 2 days in a, no attempt to deliver, no note on my door and second day I have called customer service. Supposedly a manager is going to call me from the hub, but I am starting to doubt that. UPDATE: WOW. Ended up having ti pick it up at the hub myself. read more

Great place. Excellent service. They are very helpful and friendly. Needed a package sent to California overnight all I had was an envelope and an address they gave me a box for free sealed it up very well and it arrived the next morning. read more

No attempt at delivery was made. We waited all morning and for 3 days in a row only to receive a text notice that we were not available for the "attempted" delivery! Flat out lie!! Try getting cogent answers from FedEx's call center and all you'll receive is, "I apologize for the inconvenience ma'am." That's not enough, when shipping has been paid in advanced, at a premium, there should be recourse and reimbursement for the shoddy work ethic of their drivers. This facility must employ only slackers. If I wanted this kind of incompetence I would have gone through the United State Postal Service!!! read more

Another disgruntled customer here. Dishonest practices and drivers. I followed the tracking number on their website, as of the morning, was listed as 'on vehicle for delivery'. I waited all day (the packages can't be left out in the weather), and at 5:00 I checked the tracking page again and there was a delivery exception: "Customer not available or business closed". That's an outright lie. I called customer service and they said that the driver attempted to deliver but I wasn't here. I asked if the package was marked as 'signature required'. No, it wasn't. If the driver tried to deliver, why couldn't he leave it on the porch like everyone else? Actually, I had another Fedex delivery from the same place a few days ago, and the driver left it on the porch like they always do. There's something else going on when they use that "Customer not available" junk. Sounds like they're trying to cover their behinds during the corporate reporting meetings when their bosses ask about how the delivery numbers look. They need to add a few more selections for their drivers to choose when reporting why they screwed up. "Didn't feeling like driving all the way out there"..."Only had one delivery in that area, so we'd lose profit by delivering as promised"..."Traffic was bad and I'm mediocre at my job"..."It's hot, and I wanted a popsicle"... I wouldn't care if they needed a couple of extra days to get the package delivered, but don't tell me it's going to be here today, then not show up, thereby making me wait around all day. What a shoddy company. Thank goodness for UPS and USPS. read more

I have been waiting on a package to be delivered for 2 days now. Scheduled for June 4. Waited ALL day long. Nobody showed up. I called about 7 pm because it finally showed up as a delivery exception. Saying no one was available or the business was closed. It's a residence and i was and still am available to receive the package. Today the driver shows up at 1:10 pm. I watched him the whole time from my front door. He gets out opens the side doors of his van gets in looks around and gets out and shuts the doors. Then he goes to back doors of the van gets in throws a few packages on to the ground and gets out, puts those packages back in the van and returns to the side doors again. Gets in wipes his forehead with his front shirt tail gets out closes the doors and goes and gets in the driver seat. Started to drive away and looks up and sees me in the doorway. He gets out yells at me from the street saying his truck is a mess and that he needs to make a few deliveries then will be back and for me not to worry, he will find my package. Now juat after 7pm the tracking status has again been posted as delivery exception, no one available. I've had enough of this shit!!! He never left a tag or any notice that he had been here today. Nothing yesterday either. This is really SHITTY SERVICE!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO DELIVER TRASH TO A DUMPSITE.. Choose wisely and don't choose this company!!!! And they are never wrong according to their call center/customer service. It's all my fault. read more

I had two packages delivered to my house today 2/21/2017. The fedex driver just dropped everything on my porch and never even knocked or let me know that they were there. One of the packages was an 8 x 10 rug and the other was my meds. This was very frustrating because of the potential loss of my meds. Really need to simply knock on the door or ring the bell something is better than nothing. Terrible service!!!!!!! read more

Purchased an item from Dell Inc. with 3 year extended warranty, total $1550.00. Dell sent it via FedEx express overnight but unfortunately FedEx only delivers at specific times in my area (11AM through 2PM)? I called and asked Norma at FedEx Mark IV location for explanation. She was very rude, unprofessional and made me feel like I was bothering her at that time. I signed the door tag and left it at my door expecting a drop off. I tracked the package the next morning around 9-10 AM, it showed that I had requested for pickup, notes entered by Norma I was told by another representative? I made 5-7 more calls today and they were supposed to have delivered to my workplace. They now tell me that the driver was looking at my area code and phone number instead of the zip and decided it was a bad address?????? So far this has been the worse experience ever. I spoke to 3 Customer Advocate team members and all they did was apologize and could not come up with a plan to have this item delivered on time? This is a Warning to all about FedEx and their services and personnel. read more

after having someone wait all day at my apt for my delivery, the driver did not even attempt to drive inside my apt gates!!! he stopped at the office and had them call me and ask if it was ok to leave at my front door... of course I said NO. I didn't know anyone was there. I called the person waiting and she said she had left for about 30min only and she was there and she saw the fedex driver at the office and assumed he was driving in and he just turned around and left!!! I called the only freaking number I could and the rep told me she was gonna call the facility and ask if they could go back... well after all the info, she then told me that ground does NOT reattempt the same day!!! I would have to wait til next day... after waiting all day having to wait a 2nd day in a row!!! uuggghh!!! FEDEX sux!!!!
