After doing…read moresome troubleshooting Saturday morning to see if it's a simple fix, I was unable to get it back working so I decided to give them a call. They did a service call later that day which revealed that the board on my furnace was bad and needed to be replaced. They put in a temporary fix which allowed one of my 2 thermostats to directly control the AC for the entire house until then. Monday roll around, they came out and replaced the board which took a few hours. After being told it was done, there was still no air coming out of the vents. I communicated my problem and the next day, the owner had another tech out investigating my issue which revealed a slightly different issue than what it was originally believed to be. They got it figured out and got my AC working. They also came back the following day just to further troubleshoot and make sure they had the issue fully resolved, then also fully explained to me what was the issue and the steps they took to resolve it. I felt like they took the effort to make sure my issue was resolved properly. I stand by any business that values customer service. I recommend these guys!

I figure must be a simple fix and AC probably needed its 1 year maintenance so for that I called. Dude comes in, says a bunch of nonsense claiming I needed 4k in repairs?!? I chewed him out to get the F out of my home! I took the time to find the warranty. They came, it was a simple fix. Without warranty, 80 bucks he said. With it, free. This place must think people have crap for brains to blatantly try to cheat anyone. Evil company. And I was a fool for calling them. Do not be a fool. For the record, I wish I was lying or exaggerating because who wants to live in a world with such snakes. Sadly, I am not. I do not know if HVAC companies ever get audited by the state, this one should and pin them to the wall for such disgusting business practices

I don't know any company that is looking out for the little man especially during this economy. Conley Cooling and Heating will be my HVAC company I use for now on and will be suggesting them to my family and friends. Trust me, don't go to big names companies (Moore/Abacus) and so on. Conley is here to help and treat you like family. My condensation lines run across my attic to master bedroom sinks and cause ton of blocks and issues. Shawn was able to provide me estimate and information on terminating it outside instead of a p-trap in the sink which most builders are doing now.
