When she got here, she had almost no brakes, rotors were history, and of course pad were bad completely worn. We ordered the parts for our mechanic but he could not get to it. I contacted Fidel, who I was told to do the work. I dropped the car off and explained the situation. He and his guys looked at the tires and stated that they would not make it to California and I agreed. She was on limited income but he worked out a deal where he got her used but searched the yard for tires on newly wrecked vehicles so he knew she would be safe. He put the brakes, rotors, etc put on and the tires for less that she would hav paid for the brakes alone at my other mechanic. The mechanic, knowing what the situation was, did a full safety check on the car, added a full gallon of oil (she was nearly empty of oil), checked her power steering fluid found it low and refilled it and fixed the leak in that line, also went through the entire cars engine and transmission to make sure it was safe and dependable for such a long drive by an elderly woman. ,The mechanic was incredibly able, left nothing to chance and easy to communicate with and was as caring about his lady as he would a good friend. And the cost was less than changing the brakes would have been with my other mechanic. Thanks, she said her car loved her and had never been in such good shape. Thanks to you all there. Your care was very much noticed and appreciated. And she made it to her destination and back,,,,and all was very well.

I had a really frustrating experience at this AutoZone. I had already paid online for two…read morewindshield wipers for pickup, but when I arrived, I was told my order "hadn't arrived" yet, even though the exact wipers I purchased were already in stock at the store. Instead of simply getting the wipers that were already there, the employee told me I would have to pay for them again if I wanted to take them that day. I asked if they could cancel my original order instead, and I was told they couldn't do that either. I eventually had to ask for a manager, which is something I normally never do. The manager confirmed that the employee should have just given me the wipers from the store in the first place. What made the experience even more disappointing was that there was no real apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I also needed help installing the wipers because part of my old one was already coming off, but the employee wouldn't install them or even try to find someone else who could help me. I understand that mistakes and confusion with online orders can happen, but the way the situation was handled made something that should have been a quick pickup unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. The manager was able to resolve the order issue, but the overall customer service experience was very disappointing.

The main problem I have had on MANY visits is someone being there to fill propane tanks. And I learned early on that I needed to call in advance to make sure someone would be there. But even after calling in advance, there were times when no one was there. Apparently only two people are certified to fill propane and one of them is a guy that frequently works the overnight shift. Not sure how that helps the customers since they aren't open overnight. My advice, secure better employees and get more people certified to deal with propane. I love getting my propane from Tractor Supply because they are the only location that charges by the gallon (which ends up being about $9-10 to fill an empty tank instead of $22-24 at Lowe's or Home Depot) but you need to have people on duty at all times, not just some of the time. If customers can't get there until after a normal work day to get propane but your one guy only works until 4, that does us no good. Fix this big problem and I'll gladly change my review to 5 stars.

Why would I buy my cattle's cubes their for almost 15$ a bag when I can get them for 11.50 a bag down the road and my animals prefer the cheaper priced ones. Also, if your looking for rye grass seed in the 50lb bag they are 20$ higher a bag than Bastrop Feed on Hwy 95. Makes no sense to buy my farm supplies from them at their current prices. Buy three bags of rye grass at TSC and I could get 4 bags for about the same price just down the road. Sorry TSC I will be choosing the option that saves me money and puts more food the in the bellies of my animals and in my barn.
