I purchased tires and rims for my truck at Texas Tires 44 about a year 1/2 ago. I went back to get a balance and rotation as I've done before since my purchase. There was a mix-up in the system with my information on file. Ash handled the situation and got me all taken care of. My tire was going flat and texas44 looked and looked and finally figure out it leaking around the air nozzle they had to replace it and fixed it! Seems simple, I took this car to discount tires first and not only did they give me a 45-1hr wait time they also said my tires were all bad and I needed new ones. Thank gosh I left and came here. My tires are not even to the wear bar yet. They have plenty of tread left. I will always buy my tires from Texas 44. The honesty and quality of this team is amazing and it's great to be able to trust who your dealing with. I would recommend them 10fold for sure!! read more

This morning I went to get in my car and noticed a nail in one of my tires. I went on my maps right away to see what tire place was open on a Sunday. I found this place, called them, and they said to come right in. I drove over there and they were super helpful. Advised that where the nail was placed that they wouldn't be able to patch it up and I would need a new tire. Unfortunately, they didn't have my tire in stock so they put on my spare for me. Even though, I have to to go get a new tire tomorrow, they didn't charge me and was able to help me right away. I got in and out within 15 minutes. Very much appreciated! read more

So I posted a review about 20 days ago. Since then I had my son-in-law take a look at the leveling kit Texas Tire installed. He's a certified tech for Toyota and Ford. He found another missing bolt. So I was missing two bolts that they neglected to reinstall. There were another two bolts that were hand tightened only and one so loose the bolt was about to fall off. I'm really not trying to bash these guys but Texas Tire 44 is making it very difficult not to. It was a total HALF ASS JOB. If I could go back in time, I would have gone with someone else to do my leveling kit. Most of the other places I had talked with wanted around $1000 to do it. Texas Tire 44 wanted $500 to do it. That's what I made my decision on $500 "POOR CHOICE" I should have paid the $1000 and had it done by professionals not these HALF ASS JOBBERS! I'd think twice before letting Texas Tire touch your truck! read more

if I could give them no stars I would , charging me over $325 extra per tire for tires on my truck. You should be ashamed of yourself I am not paying $650 per tire for four tires that are only 33's. You are insane. And now reading all the reviews after you guys wanted to try and put another lift on my truck after my truck is already lifted to read the reviews of peoples nuts and bolts falling out and / or you recommending the wrong tire I'm glad I'm not doing business with you . One of my tires had a slow leak and I took it to get replaced. Was actually expecting to replace all 4. I took it in and found that the tire with the slow leak had a nail in it. This was fixed and not charged. I plan to go back when it's time to replace all 4 tires. I saw another review on here that said reviews must come from friends and such. I had a nail in my tire. These guys patched it up quickly and had me back out on the road in no time. I was worried at first because every time I drive by I only see big trucks and Jeeps there. Purchased tires in January to drive to Florida, where I was assured that there was a Texas Tire location, in Hollywood, so if anything went wrong I would be close enough to a location to use the warranty. After calling location in Florida with a mail in my tire, was told that they were not affiliated with them. I was told by the salesman "I wouldn't do you wrong, I'm treating you like I would my own sister...." I would be sad to be his sister. You can't trust a word they say. The O internet "credit" program is a lie also, if you pay it off before they start charging you interest they charge you a fee! SWINDLERS! When I called and confronted them about what happened they basically said no one would lie to me and tell me there was a location in Florida. I remember the guy saying he drove to Texas in his truck all the time and he didn't recommend driving in my old tires and he was looking out for me! Awful, just awful. read more

Zero stars if I could. The people writing those good reviews must be friends of them bc they are scammers. They promise a product then never deliver it. 6 months gone and still haven't received my product. Through the six months just got the run around never the same answer. I was told they're coming in this week then they're coming in next week, then supposedly LOST THE PALLET with my product the following week. They said they can't find the wheels in the warehouse said they have black ones they can powder coat for me said cool. Wait a few more weeks I call the store no answer like they blocked my number or disconnected the line. I come in store they have excuse after excuse on why they don't have my rims in. 6 months later after being ignore and lied to I had to go into the store with the financing company to resolve this since they can't pick up the phone to anyone... I had to pay a $600 restock fee for a product I never ever got never seen in person AND THEY TRIED TO SHOW ME A WHEEL SAYING THEY WERE THE ONES I ORDERED AND THEY WERE BLACK NOT SILVER ANDDDD THEY WERENT THE SAME RIMS AT ALL!!!!!!!! Why do I need to pay a restock fee for a product that wasn't even mine, a product that wasn't even produced...... they are scammers and scammed me out of my time and $600 for a fee for restocking a item that they never delivered couldn't produce AND while on the phone with the finance comply Jeramy hid my phone under the counter and put it on mute when he was telling us we can't get a refund at all... I called him out on it and the finance company said ACCORDING TO TEXAS TIRES POLICY they can give back the money just charge a 25% restock fee..... they tried to lie they are money hungry not concerned about good service they tried to take advantage and I'll be reporting them... they should go out of business. AND THEY TRIED TO BLAME ME FOR THEIR SCAMS COULD NOT DELIVER THE SLIGHTEST BIT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

I woke up on a Sunday morning and realized one of my tires was almost completely flat. My regular tire guy was closed. I had an early appointment at 8AM Monday morning and I didn't know what I was going to do. Most tire stores were closed on Sunday. Then I came across Texas Tires 44 and fortunately it was not far from where I live. I drove over there a mechanic came out right away and checked out the tire. I left the keys and stopped in at the Subway shop next door and had a soda. I came back and he told me he found a nail in the tire. He patched it, filled it up with air and checked the pressure on all the other tires. He was done inside of 25 minutes. I went in to the office and the manager refused to charge me. I was impressed. He just reeled in a customer for life. Everyone there was professional and courteous. I would recommend no one else for tires, tire repair or rims. And he had quite a display of rims if that's your thing. Go to Texas Tires, they're good people. read more
