Another great job by Texas Tree Elite…read more We had a pine tree in our back yard that was damaged when another tree swiped it and fell during Hurricane Beryl. I guess that stressed the tree enough to the point that it couldn't defend itself: it was infested with pine bark beetles. Within days we watched it go from semi-brown on a few branches to totally brown. Wow. Called Texas Tree Elite as soon as they opened on a Monday morning. Within hours, Jose was here to give us an estimate. Since this tree was perilously close to the power lines, it would be a little more expensive to remove. Received a fair quote, and the next day the crew was here. In about an hour, this tree was gone, stump ground, yard cleaned. What a crew! Excellent service with a skilled crew who were very conscious of the neighboring trees, the power lines and our yard. Highly recommended.

Before the job, I told him clearly: deal with me, not my mother, because she gets confused. He agreed. I signed the proposal. When his crew showed up on March 31st, I wasn't there. Mike upsold my mother -- a woman with significant memory impairments on a fixed income -- on an additional $1,500 of unauthorized work, then demanded full payment for everything. The trimmer crew was very professional - they had hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, boots, and all the right safety equipment - you would have thought I hired the Forestry service - which is what they could be but us regular ol' homeowners get to hire them! The best part was they didn't hurt any of my delicate plants below and they cleaned up meticulously. My tree canopies have never looked this nice. The owner Mike gave me a free estimate and the crew went far above and beyond what I expected. I need more great experiences like this especially when it comes to my yard!

We had an outstanding experience with Beaver Tree Service (Magnolia) and highly recommend them. The…read moreowner Rufus met with us and it was clear his priority wasn't to just cut trees down - it was saving them with an arborist's mindset. This initial evaluation really set them apart from other tree companies we have used. Rufus took several hours walking and assessing our property, then explaining to us what each tree needed to thrive. The very next day his crew arrived at 8am with 8+ workers with all the right (and large!) equipment, handling our property with impressive efficiency. They completed everything in just a few hours with coordination and professionalism - almost like watching a dance performance. What really stood out was the result: our trees look healthier, stronger, and genuinely revitalized. our 40+ loblolly pines were saved, our oaks were perfectly pruned and the large decorative tree by our front road and driveway got exceptional care making it a great tree to welcome folks (it was kinda scary looking before). Not a single tree had to be removed. Rufus (the owner) was exceptional - experienced, knowledgeable, clearly passionate. He is personable and easy to approach. You can tell he has seen it all (not his first rodeo by any stretch of the imagination). He cares about doing the job right. The pricing was very reasonable especially considering all that was involved. Cleanup was perfect - nothing left on the ground. They even removed large stumps that a previous tree company left that we've had to deal with mowing around for years. This was the best tree service experience we've had - and we've had a few before that were only mediocre. We just couldn't be happier with Rufus and his team.
