We…read morehired them for our backyard project spending over 35 thousand dollars only to have issues non stop after they finished the project and us constantly telling them there were issues. Drip line irrigation was left open so it constantly flooded the side house and plants. I have three dead plants and one tree starting to die. The walk way constantly floods and holds water, the area they trenched has a sinkhole that is covered with river rock but you can feel and see the ground indent, some grass that has been over saturated with water from their water irrigation, spent over 5 grand on a kool deck spray that is starting to peel off the concrete patio already (likely because they didn't seal it) and it's only been 4 weeks. Oh and can't forget flower beds that flood when it rains. We reached out to the owner Michael Faust several times and got a sideline response of they are busy we will have someone come out and look, but never bring materials to fix the issues. Finally after my husband texted the owner Micheal Faust he said we can come out and quote you for drainage on the flood area of the walkway. Let's also not forget that after the project was completed, and attempts to get them back out are met with we will have somebody out this day, and it never happens. Today they should've been out to swap out a light that doesn't match the rest of the lights, and no one showed. This light should have been put in place before they finished the work 4 weeks ago. I guess this is what happens when one of their employees separates the wife from the husband and assaults her in their backyard while their daughter is less than 5 ft away and witnessed the beginning of the assault. We called the police to report and to press charges against the employee only to find out from the Montgomery Sheriff detective that the owner Michael Faust is not helping them and will not give them the employee (Carlos') information. In the end the owner eventually suffers with the same company trying to get more money from the project to fix their screw ups.

When I reached out, they lied to me and said that was only offered if we continued a maintenance program with them. Never once was that mentioned to me. I was specifically told I had a one year warranty on everything except sod (4 months) if I let them inspect my sprinklers, which I did and paid for. -They cut my internet line one day and then 2 days later cut my neighbor's line after I specifically asked them to stop working until I had all lines marked by professionals. They dug anyways and cut another line. -They planted the wrong plants and when asked about it, they simply said the ones I wanted weren't available. They did not ask if I was even ok with the substitution. -I had to constantly ask for things to be fixed or redone like cutting the pieces of sod to match the shape of the borders of the flower beds. They also weren't going to trim any existing plants unless I asked. -They checked existing sprinklers and added a few new zones. I had to ask them to go back and adjust because my driveway and walkways were getting watered more than some of my plants. -They did not stake down any trees unless I asked. -I was promised in the beginning some things they would "throw in for free". Never saw any of that and by the end, I just wanted them gone and the job completed. It was a terrible experience and now I'm let down once again because of their dishonesty with the warranty. Please avoid them to save yourself the headache. I hope they don't treat other customers the way I was treated.

For this project, I aerated and dethatched part of my front yard and it was in need of a good base layer for the soil to recover; in addition to, landscaping a front patio area. I ordered 1 1/2 Cubic Yard Leaf Mold Compost, 1/2 Yard of Landscaper mix, a few Black-eyed Susan, a Mexican Sage bush and some other pollinators. Due to the time saved from gathering all my materials from this one location saved me $$$ and I was able to complete the project in a weekend. If your need is not as expansive they offer bagged soil for smaller needs, but to get the best value I would partner with a fellow DIYers with pickup trucks and order loose materials or have it delivered on site. Nature's Way Resources also have a big selection of mulch, compost, fertilizers and offer a Green Waste Recycling program. If you read this post to the end, I will let you in on a little secret.....they have a rock garden in the rear where contractors and DIYers dump material not needed and you will find some gems for FREE. All you need to do is sign a liability waiver at the front desk and recommend you have some sturdy steel toe boots, gloves, and watch out for critters.
