If he would have messaged the business number, I'm pretty sure the "half-assed" mow would have been corrected at no charge. Had Bill reached out, there would have not been a reason for the negative review. It's not easy for a business owner to know what all of his employees are doing at all times, so just letting them know that an employee cut into your lawn in error, I guarantee the owner would have come to your door to correct the mistake. That is the one thing I know they take seriously. They recently broke an irrigation pipe in my yard and once I let the owner know, he repaired it himself. I have them doing all 3 of my homes right now, and as a long time customer I highly recommend their service. You won't regret trying them!

Price was not changed, and they also picked and blew all the debris from my yard. Watching them take down a giant lollylop pine that was leaning 30 degrees was scary, but they did it like pros and it came down safely without damaging anything.

Pictures are available!!! Driving in this space is illegal and totally unnecessary. It seems that they were trying to avoid carrying tree limbs to the street. They were planning to dump the tree debris in this Green space until I caught them. The Green space is park land and was very wet, so naturally the got stuck !! They had to bring in a bobcat and another truck to pull out the truck that is shown in the advertising. These vehicles did sever damage that could have been repaired by their crew. They will not return calls to address this issue. The issue has been reported to The Woodlands Township and San Jacinto River Authority who jointly manage this space.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
