We contacted his company, they advised us that he would need 2 trucks and 4 guys. When they showed up, it was a trailer, 2 guys, and suburban that broke down at least four times In the way to our new home. While we were moving the owner heard we needed a "move out/deep clean". I am sure he saw dollar signs. The owner told us that his girlfriend cleaned houses and he could get her to come by, he also told us there would be light vacuum and we didn't want a shampoo . Needless to say that didn't happen. His girlfriend never showed up. There was no vacuum lines on carpet to indicate it had been vacuum. Tacks in floor, command strips left in walls. The fridge was not cleaned out either. The bathrooms looked like they had been wiped with a wet rag and because of that it got dirty again. I know what you're thinking....why did yall pay? and that is A good point. We were under stress and wasn't thinking. We have learned our lesson and hopes someone can too before and not after.

My back patio is still a mud pit. When I asked them to come by and check it out he said he would but never came and I haven't heard back since. This wasn't the first time he stood us up without a warning either. As far as the retaining wall, my 80 year old grandma would've built an equal quality wall as they did. I asked them to build about a quarter of the wall but after I saw them working on it decided to finish it myself. I paid about 20% of what they charged me to build the rest. Bottom line, SUPER expensive, poor quality work, poor quality customer service. Look elsewhere.

The owner was not onsight while work was being done. When I found a problem, and the workers left my yard a wreck, I called the owner. He came out to clean up all of their mess yet he didn't notice the mess when collecting the money for the job. In addition, when the workers were painting the boards, they layed them in my front yard and painted them which left paint lines all over the grass. Very unprofessional. After I paid the owner, I had not had time to look over their work. They did do a good job on the other windows with the exception of the caulk which is one of the most important parts. They barely used any caulk, so I will have to go back myself to caulk after paying all of this money. At any rate, when I discovered a problem with one of the windows, all the owner wanted to do is argue, raise his voice and tell me I'm wrong. The second I questioned anything, he immediately became defensive. You CAN NOT discuss anything with this man or find any fault. Why would he want to fix anything? He has my money. I had to tell him several times to lower his voice and calm down. I mean, I had neighbors outside. It was embarrassing. Suffice it to say, I will be repaying someone else to fix the problem I found.
