We had them come out to our 10 acres in Willis, TX yesterday. Upon inspection from John and he asked about additional tanks. We said we don't know of any other tanks, as we have three with risers. Sara grabbed a shovel and went to digging and found we had an additional tank that we didn't know existed, which by the way was full. Why this was never mentioned to us in over ten years of inspection and maintenance was mind blowing. This had been the issue we'd been having with odor, broken aerators etc They were professional, kind, informational, and hard working. They pumped and cleaned all three tanks. Answered all our questions. Later that day, I went online looking for chlorine tablets and was trying to find an economical solution to tablets when I came across liquid chlorination. I read website after website and determined that installing a liquid bleach dispenser would save hundreds of dollars per year. This morning I called and Roger answered, I told him I had questions regarding a liquid bleach dispenser and he said they install them, but gladly answered all my questions regarding the ones I saw online. What a GREAT team they have. Honest, hardworking and kind people are who you want, installing, maintaining and coming onto your private property. We will not be using any other company going forward. Every time I go to antique shops they are way over price and not priced to sell. Since these place are there to sell stuff it was extremely nice to walk in here and be able to buy some stuff today. Plus the 2 Ladies that work there are so nice and friendly. They get new stuff often. So check this place out and step back into time with a super cute rustic vintage shop for a great adventure.
