Wanted Rachio and they insisted on Hunter which sucks! Zones say they are running but are dry, others say they aren't scheduled to run for "6 days and 13 hours" when the program says it's scheduled for tonight (for ex). These controllers were expensive and a total waste of money. We had Rachio at our last place and never "ever" had a problem with them. Now they want hundreds of dollars to come work on stuff they programed a few months ago! And the install of the controller was shabby as well. Take a look read more

Truly unbelievable local company. They solved a broken pipe issue and installed a check valve that dramatically simplifies the winterization/de-winterization process. They did a full system check and head adjustment (straightening heads, which is a time consuming, messy task), and installed a smart controller and app setup. Correct this is my second review of Sprinkler Pros - this is one great company to work with. I spoke to Lisa to set up appointment, it was a year ago I had them out to give an evaluation, this is on my project list this year. Easy to make appointment, great crew of 4 to work with. I had roughly 20 breaks in my system, they fixed them all. Some breaks were from the county when they repaved our road, some were because I just had my lot clear cut. Heck I even found sprinkler heads I didn't know I had. They fixed everything and tested and showed me how to use my system. Sprinkler Pros is a first class business with first class folks running it. We have used them twice and they will be the first we call the next time we have any sprinkler work needed done. The first time was when we moved into a new house and needed maintenance done on the existing sprinkler system. Lisa answered the phone, explained exactly what work they would do, how long it would take, and set a time as to when they would arrive. The crew that showed up (on time) also took the care to explain each repair they were making, how much it would cost, and how long it would take them to do it. All work was done exactly as promised, and we have had no issues since! The second time I called was for an issue unrelated to the work they performed before. Nice and knowledgeable. No task is too big or complicated. Lisa and Charlie troubleshooted loss of pressure on my system and fixed. Then found all the cut wires by the landscapers with specialized equipment, and finally changed the heads, rotators, etc. to get 100% water coverage. This company was amazing! Prompt response- even on a weekend. They gave me a time slot the next day, arrived on time and both Andy and Walter introduced themselves with a handshake. These guys were great representatives for their company. Well mannered, extremely knowledgeable and completed the work so fast they were able to get to another "issue" with time left to spare.
