Details: In the fall of 2023 Thomas Irwin, owner of the Irrigation Man company came to my house and performed an assessment of my sprinkler system. It was 25 years old and honestly, we/I had done a poor job maintaining it. Mr. Irwin did a detailed assessment while explaining all the places I was wasting water. He is a super nice guy with a clear, easy to understand speaking style. He sent me a written report of his assessment shortly after the visit. I read it, and asked for a quote. His quote/contract was reasonable, we moved ahead and his crew came out on the planned date (2 day job) and repaired/replaced my system. They set it up, showed me how to edit the program if needed (I have not needed to) and it has worked like a charm ever since. Danny Proverse, the installation manager, told me to please call him if I had any questions about the system. He gave me his contact info and I called him twice related to the January freeze. This is an A+ company. They fixed a number of problems with my rotors and sprinklers. Danny seemed to know immediately what the problem was so I saved on hourly fee. I was impressed by the can-do and friendly attitude. The last guy I had around was just shy of grumpy... like he was doing me a favor just being here... Not these guys. You can tell when someone enjoys their job 'cause they're good at it. What's more: after writing the invoice (they were aching to leave on a Friday, last appointment), I mentioned another problem I had, but didn't list 'cause I didn't want them to mess up my grass. Danny just said, no problem. We can fix it and leave grass as new. They took out the tools and back to work again. 45min later, my rotor head was moved and grass looked like nothing happened.
