I met Don Putnam and the insurance adjuster assigned to investigate the issue further at the site on a scheduled predetermined date, because I had escalated it to that point, Don was prepared and then went on to explain and demonstrated his expertise and through documentation and proof clearly showing the adjustor that there in fact was hail damage and a certain type of improper flashing installed was leading to further leakage and damage.
