Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR! I've never found a company that is this helpful or this responsive.

For our nearly 3,200 sq. ft. home, we stayed at a nearby Airbnb expecting a longer process, but their team was so efficient they started on Monday and wrapped up completely by Saturday! The crew was courteous, respectful of our belongings, and made sure the house was securely locked up every day. After spending less than four hours at the site, they did very little to identify the source of the leak but only spread silicone sealant on the wall panels over a large area the wall that looked terrible. They have since agreed to reduce the cost of the work (ackowledging the sub-standard result), that normally I would have expected a full refund for, since it was done so poorly. I now have to replace the wall as it is beyond repairing in a way that would be acceptable. Do not work with this company.
