I asked to have the upcharge removed since I didn't receive what I ordered. Instead, they brought me a small 2-ounce cup of sausage gravy on the side and still charged me the extra $1.99. Unfortunately, the poor timing of the food and the way the mistake was handled left a bad impression. It's safe to say I won't be returning. I hope they improve their food timing and customer service, and that others have a better experience than I did.
